Bilingual Installation & Scheduling Manager
Op. ManagementWe’re a growing U.S. construction company looking for an organized, proactive professional to manage installation schedules and keep customers, subcontractors, and our production team informed.What you’ll do:• Schedule roofing, siding, and gutter projects• Confirm crew availability, materials, and start dates before each job• Update customers on arrival times, schedule changes, and project progress• Follow up with subcontractors daily and resolve scheduling issues• Keep schedules, work orders, and project statuses accurate in JobNimbusWhat we’re looking for:• Construction experience• Fluent English and Spanish, including excellent spoken and written English• Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects as priorities change• JobNimbus experience preferred• Experience reading plans and scopes, reviewing material takeoffs and orders is a plusSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time, with a one-hour lunch break.
