Solution Orientation: We embrace challenges with a positive mindset, communicate directly, and identify and implement effective solutions with efficiency
Excellence: We insist on excellence, holding ourselves accountable and empowering each other to deliver best-in-class service while maintaining the highest ethical and scientific standards
Why This Role Exists
Clinical trials generate enormous volumes of data â and the integrity of that data is what makes research meaningful. Every data point entered accurately and on time moves a study closer to the answers that matter: for sponsors, for science, and ultimately for patients.
The Data Entry Coordinator exists to ensure that data integrity never becomes a bottleneck. Working remotely and in close partnership with on-site clinical research staff, this role is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps data flowing cleanly across studies. From entering source documents into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to resolving queries and supporting database lock activities, the Data Entry Coordinator holds a critical thread in Profoundâs research operations â one that directly enables high-quality, audit-ready trial data across our growing network of sites.
What Youâll Do
Enter clinical trial data into EDC systems accurately and on time, in accordance with study protocols and sponsor requirements â turnaround time and accuracy are the benchmarks that matter most in this role
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to entry
Perform routine data quality checks; identify and resolve discrepancies and data queries promptly to keep studies on track
Partner with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and investigators to clarify missing or inconsistent data, and assist with query resolution from sponsors, monitors, and data management teams
Track data entry timelines across multiple concurrent studies and sites
Support database lock activities, ensuring all data is complete and clean ahead of deadlines
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with GCP, FDA, and HIPAA standards
Generate basic reports on data status, query metrics, and site performance as needed
Participate in study start-up activities, including EDC system training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable
What Weâre Looking For
You have a sharp eye for detail and a low tolerance for errors. Youâre organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing track of what matters. You understand that in clinical research, accurate data isnât just a deliverable â itâs the foundation everything else is built on, and you take that seriously.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with clinical research processes, terminology, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Preferred:
Associateâs or Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field
Experience with EDC systems such as Medidata Rave, REDCap, or Oracle InForm
Prior experience in a multi-site research network or site management organization (SMO)
Exposure to regulatory requirements, audit processes, and data cleaning workflows
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role is primarily performed in a remote/office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, working on a computer, and participating in virtual meetings
Requires the ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written forms and to read and interpret detailed materials
Minimal travel to company sites, meetings, or partner locations may be required, including the ability to navigate office/clinical environments and transport typical work materials
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role
Why Join Profound Research?
Meaningful Impact:
Every role at Profound contributes to advancing medical knowledge and expanding therapeutic options for patients â the work we do here matters.
Professional Growth:
We invest in our people through comprehensive training, certification support, and ongoing education to help you grow in your role and your career.
Leadership & Advancement:
Profound is a place where initiative is recognized. We actively support internal growth and create pathways for people to take on greater responsibility over time.

We're looking for a Web Development Specialist to build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages for our agency's B2B technology clients. This is a hands-on production role across the three platforms our clients live on most: WordPress, HubSpot CMS (COS), and Webflow.
You should be equally comfortable building a custom WordPress theme, standing up a HubSpot CMS site with HubL templates and modules, and shipping a Webflow build with a clean CMS structure. On top of that, the modern web is increasingly about wiring things togetherâso we want someone who's strong with APIs and can move fast using the latest AI-assisted build tools (Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, Bolt) when the situation calls for it.
The work spans new site builds, ongoing iteration on existing client sites, landing pages for paid campaigns, and the integrations that connect those pages to the rest of the marketing stack (CRM, analytics, automations).
A fast, pragmatic builder who's fluent across WordPress, HubSpot, and Webflow and treats APIs as a first-class tool, not a last resort. The right person knows when to reach for a CMS, when to build a custom integration, and when to use a vibe-coding platform like Lovable or Replit to prototype something in an afternoon. Reliability, speed, and good platform instincts matter more than deep specialization in any single framework.
The Platform team creates the technology that enables Spotify to learn quickly and scale easily, enabling rapid growth in our users and our business around the globe. Spanning many disciplines, we work to make the business work; creating the infrastructure, tooling, frameworks, and capabilities needed to welcome a billion customers.
What if the systems you built changed how millions of developers work â not just at Spotify, but across the industry? The Platform Developer Experience (PDX) team builds the infrastructure and internal products that power how Spotify engineers ship software. Within PDX, the Wingspan team is building the next generation of fleet management and reimagining how we interact with AI agents â and bringing those capabilities to market through Portal, Spotifyâs external developer platform built on Backstage.
We are redesigning platform engineering around intelligent agents, large language models, and decision-aware automation. In this role, youâll lead a team shaping how AI becomes a core operating layer of modern platform infrastructure, directly improving how developers ship and maintain software at scale.
\n⢠Lead and grow a team building AI-native backend systems that orchestrate large-scale, autonomous fleet changes
⢠Define the technical vision for integrating LLM-powered reasoning and agent-based execution into production infrastructure
⢠Architect systems where AI agents analyze service metadata, generate safe change plans, execute updates, and validate outcomes
⢠Establish safety boundaries, evaluation frameworks, and observability models for AI-driven automation at scale
⢠Drive responsible AI adoption by embedding governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop safeguards into system design
⢠Balance rapid experimentation with platform reliability, ensuring intelligent automation meets production-grade standards
⢠Partner with product and go-to-market teams to position Portal and AI fleet management as a leading developer platform
⢠Build a team culture grounded in curiosity, technical rigor, and continuous learning in emerging AI systems
⢠You have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams working on distributed systems or developer platforms at scale
⢠You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with strong expertise in Java, Python, and/or Node.js
⢠You have experience integrating AI/ML systems, LLMs, agent frameworks, or AI-assisted tooling into real-world systems
⢠You understand how autonomous systems make decisions and how to design guardrails that ensure safety, reliability, and traceability
⢠You think in systems, considering data flows, model behavior, orchestration layers, and operational impact
⢠You are comfortable leading in emerging technical domains where patterns are still forming
⢠You create inclusive environments where diverse perspectives strengthen technical and product decisions
⢠You communicate clearly across engineers, product leaders, and executives about both the opportunities and risks of AI-driven systems

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. As we continue to grow, clear and consistent messaging across our marketing channels is increasingly important. We are looking for a Marketing Copywriter who can help lead that effort.
About this role:
You'll own the quality, clarity, and consistency of BIS marketing messaging. You will work closely with marketing leadership to understand the companyâs positioning and translate it into clear, compelling copy across a wide range of channels. This includes everything from advertising and website content to buyer guides, campaigns, product messaging, and video scripts.
The role requires someone who enjoys thinking deeply about how customers interpret messaging, and how different audiences respond to different types of communication. At BIS, copywriting is not simply writing. It is about understanding the psychology of buyers and shaping how the market understands our product.
What does success look like in this role?
Speed of output, and strong technical understanding of our digital product. We produce a high volume of marketing content across campaigns, website pages, guides, and digital initiatives. The right candidate can write quickly while maintaining clarity and quality. And copywriting is not treated as a support function. This role has real influence over how the company communicates with the market.
This is a remote position.

BIS Safety Software has been headquartered in Sherwood Park, Alberta, since 2006. We build software that helps organizations manage safety training, learning, and compliance - and weâre growing!
A few things that make us different: we donât use job titles internally - we value humility and contribution over hierarchy. We move fast, integrate new ideas quickly, and give people real ownership of their work. And through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), you have the opportunity to own a piece of the company youâre helping build.
How to apply:
When applying, please include:
⢠Two examples of marketing copy you have written
⢠A short explanation of the goal of each piece and the audience it was intended for
We are interested in how candidates think about improving messaging, not just writing content.
Visit our Careers Page for more information. We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest. Only those selected for interviews will be contacted.

\nOur retail platform is scaling across multiple brands and needs a senior engineer who can own a service area end-to-end â setting technical direction, writing production code daily, and raising the bar for the developers around you. As Software Engineer (Team Lead), you will serve as the technical owner for a core area of our retail service cloud, designing approaches, contributing code, and mentoring engineers while driving the roadmap from legacy replacement through new feature delivery.
In your first 6â12 months, success means you have shipped meaningful improvements to the platform, replaced targeted legacy services, and established clear technical standards that the team follows without prompting.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
The people who do best here are builders. They take ownership, move fast, and want to see the direct impact of their work.
Interview process is subject to change. Any updates will be communicated promptly and clearly.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the relationship between our product/engineering teams and the customers in our sales cycle. That includes everything from mid-market commercial accounts to seven-figure-plus enterprise deals.
Today, our PM team is small and high-leverage. Each PM acts as a bridge between a go-to-market motion and the engineering teams that build the platform. This role is the counterpart to our Growth PM (who focuses on self-serve developer adoption). You'll be the primary product voice for customers going through the sales process and scaling in production.
This means you'll spend real time with customers and prospects, deeply understand what's blocking them from going to production or expanding usage, and translate that into roadmap priorities that engineering teams can act on. You'll also be the connective tissue between our sales org and engineering, making sure both sides have context, alignment, and a shared sense of what matters.
Be the product expert in the room for sales-cycle customers. Join calls, understand technical requirements, and help prospects see how LiveKit fits their architecture, working alongside solutions engineers and account executives.
Organize and prioritize customer asks. Build a clear, consolidated view of what sales-cycle customers need, how urgent it is, and which engineering teams are responsible. Replace scattered threads with real visibility.
Translate customer needs into roadmap. Synthesize patterns across customer conversations into clear product priorities. Work with engineering leads to shape what gets built and when.
Bridge sales and engineering. Build the communication loops so sales knows what's coming and engineering knows what customers are asking for. This is not a process-heavy role. It's about high-bandwidth, trust-based relationships across teams that operate with a lot of autonomy.
Arm the GTM team. Equip sales with the roadmap context, competitive positioning, and product knowledge they need to close and expand deals. Help shape packaging and pricing for enterprise offerings.
8+ years in product management, with significant experience working with enterprise sales motions. You've been the PM that sales teams rely on.
Technical depth. You can hold your own in conversations about infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand systems well enough to earn trust with engineers and make good tradeoffs.
Strong customer instincts. You've spent time directly with enterprise customers and can quickly identify what's a real blocker vs. a nice-to-have. You know how to distill signal from a dozen different customer conversations.
Cross-functional influence. You're effective at aligning teams without authority over them. LiveKit's engineering teams operate with high autonomy. You'll influence through clarity, trust, and good judgment, not process or hierarchy.
Communication as a superpower. You write clearly, present well, and can context-switch between a board-level strategy conversation and a detailed technical discussion with an engineering lead.
Comfort with ambiguity. We're a small product team at a fast-growing company. You'll need to figure out what matters, prioritize ruthlessly, and move quickly without waiting for perfect information.
Experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company
Familiarity with real-time communication, WebRTC, or telephony
Background in AI/ML platforms or voice AI specifically
Experience with usage-based pricing models
Real impact, fast. Our platform is already running hundreds of millions of agent minutes per month for some of the world's largest companies. You'll shape how that scales.
Open source at the core. We build in the open where possible and our developer community is a genuine competitive advantage.
Small team, big leverage. The product org is lean. You won't be writing PRDs that go into a queue. You'll be directly shaping what gets built.
The market is moving. Voice AI is in its early innings. LiveKit is positioned to define how this industry scales, and this role is at the center of that.
Competitive salary and equity package
Health, dental, and vision benefits
Flexible vacation policy
LiveKit is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law. If you require a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please contact recruiting@livekit.io.

Job description:
You're right, I sanded it down too much. The whole point of the role is the creative-to-audience-to-data loop, and I cut that out. Here's a version that keeps the depth, still passes Indeed:
Meta Ads Manager + Creative Producer (Remote, AI-Native)
We are hiring one person to own Meta advertising end-to-end for a portfolio of AI-powered SaaS products sold to small businesses in Europe and other regions. This role combines audience strategy, creative production, and performance analysis. It is not a media-buying role and it is not a creative role. It is both.
About the role
You will be responsible for understanding each target audience deeply enough to design creative that speaks to them, producing that creative yourself using modern AI tools, launching campaigns across multiple countries and languages, and reading Meta's data closely enough to know which variant is working, why, and what to do next. You will work directly with the founder with no layers in between.
