• 3–4 years of experience in operations, data entry, administrative coordination, order processing, supply chain, or a similar role
• Experience supporting, training, guiding, or informally leading others
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work

• Confidence working with CRM, order processing, inventory, or data management tools
