We're a small startup building an AI agent platform for property management — a system where AI agents work alongside human property managers on day-to-day operational work rather than replacing them. The platform is in production with established clients; we're now expanding to additional client engagements.

The team is small, flat by design (no managers, no HR scaffolding), and fully remote across Brazil, Argentina, and the UK. We've held this shape deliberately — it's a feature, not a phase. Our preference is for senior people who can self-direct, communicate clearly, and care about craft.

Job functions

You'll own a client-facing use case end-to-end. Concretely:

  • Build and extend the backend functionality specific to one client's commercial property workflows
  • Implement jurisdictional and client-specific extensions on top of our existing platform capabilities
  • Communicate directly with the client — extract requirements, explain technical decisions, own the engineering relationship
  • Evolve the way our AI agents and humans collaborate on day-to-day operational work
  • Triage and maintain the slice of code you own as it stabilises into production
