Safe Transfers by Cielo Travel runs private ground transportation across 22 cities in Colombia. The operations platform is live: FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL, Preact booking widget with Stripe, Next.js ops dashboard, and a background worker for flight tracking.

We're building the public website at safetransferscolombia.com — a bilingual conversion engine that turns search traffic into bookings. ~150 programmatic route pages from 89 database routes, city landing pages, Claude API for bilingual content generation, and ISR so a new route becomes a live indexed page in 60 seconds.

You'll work alongside Juan (backend/API) and Robert (booking widget), reporting to Shawn (CEO). You own the /website directory in the monorepo. The spec is written — developer brief, design specs, and phased delivery plan ready.

4+ years shipping production Next.js and TypeScript. Experience with App Router, server components, and ISR. Strong CSS and responsive design (Tailwind preferred). Comfortable in a monorepo with other developers. You use AI dev tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) and can show real work shipped with them. Strong English — docs, specs, and async coordination are in English. Spanish fluency — bilingual site, bilingual team. Based in Bogotá, available hybrid in Chapinero 2-3 days/week. Preferred: technical SEO, programmatic page generation at scale, API integration (Claude, Google Maps, Stripe), PostgreSQL/Alembic migrations, WordPress migration experience.
