You will join a tight knit dispatch team that keeps technicians moving across multiple states. The group works together in ServiceTitan, shares updates on Slack and phone, and adjusts the daily board in real time. Decisions are made quickly, everyone jumps in when phones back up, and the culture is built on clear communication and keeping customers happy.

You will build and manage the daily technician schedule in ServiceTitan, slotting the right tech to the right call based on urgency and geography. Throughout the day you will watch the board, move appointments as jobs finish early or run long, and call customers when a tech is delayed. You will answer inbound calls during peak periods, update customer records so everything is accurate, and keep an eye on daily call volume and revenue targets to help the team hit weekly and monthly goals. You will communicate constantly with technicians, customers, and the office over phone, email, and text, flag any service issues to the team lead, and handle small admin tasks that keep the day running without friction.
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms, prior dispatch work in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades, familiarity with U.S. geography and time zones, comfort with HVAC terminology and service workflows, and a track record of tracking dispatch metrics like on time percentage or right tech right call.
Compensation is paid monthly in USD as an independent contractor. The role is fully remote and follows a fixed schedule that includes weekends, aligned with U.S. Eastern time. You will receive a performance bonus tied to call volume and revenue targets, plus ongoing coaching so you can grow within the dispatch team.
