As Martech Coordinator, you’ll manage tracking, analytics, integrations, and reporting across client campaigns to ensure accurate data visibility and operational efficiency. You’ll support media buyers and client services teams by maintaining reliable attribution, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Client Setup & Integrations

• Handle technical onboarding for new clients and verify platform connections.
• Build CRM automations in HighLevel, including SMS/email workflows, webhooks, and alerts.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and HighLevel.
• Maintain integrations between CRM systems and advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Implement and maintain Pixel, CAPI, and server-side tracking setups.

Campaign Tracking & QA

• Support campaign launches by validating conversion tracking and attribution accuracy.
• Perform QA checks on events, URLs, pixels, and reporting before campaigns go live.
• Monitor discrepancies between ad platforms, CRM data, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues and document updates within ClickUp.

Automation & Operations

• Improve internal automations, integrations, and tracking templates.
• Develop SOPs and technical documentation for recurring processes.
• Monitor HighLevel workflows to improve launch speed and reduce errors.
• Automate internal KPI and performance reporting where possible.

Ongoing Optimization

• Serve as the primary contact for technical and tracking-related issues.
• Recommend improvements to attribution and reporting visibility.
• Share weekly updates on tracking reliability, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency.
