Person with California specific Architectural and permitting experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and guide projects during the plans and permitting phase. Submit plans online and navigate various city agencies in Northern California during the permitting process. Review and redline plans prior to submittals as well as type up responses to comments. Some drafting as well if you'd like to draft plans

Requirements:

• Must speak English well and have experience doing this in California. This is a very specific market and requires prior experience. 5-10 hours a week to start and will eventually reach 20 hours a week. Pay starts at $7/HR to start
