Sales Representative, Health Diagnostics (Bilingual)
SalesExperience and Skills
- Ability to work in Central European Time (CET).
- One to three years of experience in a sales role, preferably in longevity, diagnostics, health testing or a comparable consumer health service.
- Prior customer support experience and familiarity with biomarkers, blood draws, test panels and related terminology.
- Fully bilingual in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to meet sales quality and response time Key Performance Indicators.
- Working knowledge of applicable software, including a CRM such as Attio, Pipedrive or Close, plus Slack and Claude Cowork.
- Experience with Intercom or a comparable live chat and helpdesk platform.
- Above-average typing speed and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work organisation, accurate record keeping and reliable follow-up within established timeframes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling member health and payment information.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for prospective and existing members with general enquiries, concerns or information requests.
- Answer inbound live chat and phone enquiries and conduct outbound follow-up contact in Spanish and English.
- Respond to questions about panels, add-ons, membership tiers and market-specific logistics using established guidelines and resources.
- Qualify prospects, recommend appropriate core panels and add-ons, and close sales.
- Explain panel coverage and the testing process in each market while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Recognise requests outside the approved scope, including medical interpretation or advice, and escalate them according to established guidelines.
- Categorise and document contacts, stage changes and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
- Handle prospect requests received through email, WhatsApp and social media direct messages.
- Triage and route non-sales enquiries to CX, Lab Ops or Product.
- Hand closed sales over to CX and Lab Ops to support onboarding, booking and the first draw.
- Participate actively in daily, weekly and monthly team meetings, training and coaching sessions.
- Identify and report recurring objections, pricing friction, product gaps and market-specific blockers.
