What we're looking for
- Solid experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
- A portfolio that shows user-centered thinking, problem-solving, and the impact of your work.
- Strong skills in Figma and experience working with Design Systems.
- Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow (e.g., for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or content).
- Experience incorporating user research and data into design decisions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain the "why" behind your design choices.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, from early discovery to polished UI.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate behavior and intent.
- Incorporate AI tools throughout the design process, from research synthesis and ideation to rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Contribute to and evolve the Design System.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to turn requirements into simple, effective solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with rapid prototyping using AI-assisted or no-code tools.
- Familiarity with conversational design or prompt design.
- Experience across B2B and/or consumer products on multiple platforms.
