Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate onboarding and agreed account milestones.• Maintain account plans, stakeholder records and next steps.• Identify customer questions or risks and coordinate appropriate follow-up.• Prepare account updates and keep commitments visible to the team.Qualifications:• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.• Practical experience with customer success, CRM, onboarding and account reporting tools.• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.Nice-to-Haves:Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support.
