📌 Role: Recruiter, Agency🌎 Location: Remote – Mexico City, Almaty, Belgrade, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiago, São Paulo💼 Contract Type: Contract (1099 via Deel)💰 Compensation: Typically USD $800–$1,600/month base + commission; job listing indicates $1K–$3K/month with commission and bonus🕐 Schedule: Flexible, with availability for team/client calls during U.S. Pacific Time and overlap until at least 3 PM PT📋 General DescriptionLavendo is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting cycle for sales, GTM, and technical roles. The position includes outbound sourcing, candidate screening, pipeline management, relationship management, and driving placements through signed offers.📋 Key Responsibilities• Proactively source candidates through outreach tools, social media, and creative strategies.• Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.• Communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teammates.• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals.• Identify issues, share ideas, and contribute to team improvements.🎯 Requirements• Fluent English is a hard requirement.• Proactive, accountable, coachable, and results-oriented mindset.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.• 0–3 years of experience in an outbound or client-facing role such as sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.• Availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time until at least 3 PM PT.🏖️ Benefits• Commission based on successful hires.• International payments through Deel.• Hands-on onboarding and coaching.• Daily team collaboration, weekly training, and regular 1:1s.• Autonomy to manage your own pipeline.• Growth opportunities within the company.
