The role focuses on budgeting, reporting, financial control, and providing accurate insights to support business growth.📋 Key Responsibilities• Own budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.• Prepare and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board.• Monitor working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.• Analyze sales performance, costs, and business profitability.• Ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting.• Support leadership with business planning and financial decision-making.• Improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.🎯 Requirements• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role.• Experience managing budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting.• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting to the management board.• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management.• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and proactively.🏖️ Benefits• Work remotely from anywhere in the world.• Flexible working hours.• 20 paid days off annually.• Professional growth, support, and an atmosphere of trust and care.
