HR Generalist

📌 Role: HR Generalist - Mexico🌎 Location: Mexico City / Monterrey / Puebla, Mexico – Remote💼 Contract Type: Full Time🏢 Department: People📋 General DescriptionThe HR Generalist will support HR Business Partners across the US and LATAM regions, serving as a first point of contact for employee relations, coordinating HRBP programs and projects, supporting performance and engagement cycles, and providing data and reporting insights.📋 Key Responsibilities• Support employee relations cases, review HRBP Agent (AI) information, coordinate follow-ups, and escalate complex cases.• Support performance management, goal setting, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, surveys, and HR projects.• Manage internal team transfers, documentation, and handoffs.• Support onboarding and offboarding alongside Talent Acquisition and HR Ops, including new hire check-ins and exit interviews.• Track headcount, hiring, and attrition trends and prepare quarterly HR dashboards.• Analyze employee exit data and provide retention insights and recommendations.• Partner with HR Ops to maintain accurate HRIS data.• Support HRBPs with workforce data, documentation, and business insights.🎯 Requirements• 3 years of experience in HR coordination or people programs.• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.• Preferably experience across multiple geographies.• Understanding of different business areas such as GTM, Engineering, and Corporate.• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with HRIS data.• Interest in AI development.• Experience supporting remote-first teams across multiple regions.• Fluent written and spoken English.• Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
