Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, particularly LLM-based information extraction workflows.
Experience with Databricks AI Functions and Unity Catalog.
Strong data modeling and solution architecture experience.
Experience leading small engineering teams or technical workstreams.
Experience reviewing code, architecture decisions, and technical deliverables.
Excellent client-facing communication skills and strong English proficiency.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead the technical direction and execution of a team of three engineers.
Design and evolve the canonical contract data model aligned with existing domain architecture.
Own the AI/LLM extraction strategy for contract language, reimbursement terms, amendments, fee schedules, incentives, and payment rules.
Design structured extraction frameworks with strong traceability back to source contract clauses.
Establish extraction validation methodologies, quality standards, and accuracy thresholds.
Design effective-dated and bi-temporal data models to support historical accuracy and contract versioning.
Review architecture, prompts, schemas, Python code, SQL, and pull requests.
Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and participate in technical decision-making.
Integrate the solution into the Huron Vantage platform and service contracts.
Ensure the solution is scalable, reliable, auditable, and production-ready.
