Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer and/or front-end engineer.
• Hands-on experience with React and back-end development, including Java services and APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Comfort working under deadlines and adapting as project requirements evolve.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
• Collaborative mindset—willing to voice opinions and suggest improvements respectfully.

We value engineers who can own problems end to end: from proposing the right approach, to reviewing code, to helping ensure stable production releases. If you enjoy working across front-end and back-end responsibilities and you bring clear, respectful communication, we’d love to meet you.

What we need you to do

• Build modern, dynamic front-end experiences using React.
• Develop back-end services and APIs to integrate cleanly across the stack.
• Design solutions, propose approaches, and troubleshoot issues on the front end.
• Participate in code reviews and support releases to production.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align implementation with evolving project requirements.

Nice to have

• .NET experience (helpful because we may work across Java & .NET services).
