This pool is for coordinators who can take ownership of follow-up, keep field crews informed and improve day-to-day workflows.Key Responsibilities:– Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and text and maintain accurate CRM records.– Coordinate estimates, service appointments and field-crew schedules.– Follow up on estimates and open customer requests.– Prepare complete job information and communicate schedule changes to crews and customers.– Track routine purchasing or inventory needs and identify improvements to operational workflows.Qualifications:– 2+ years of relevant professional operations, scheduling or administrative-coordination experience.– Experience coordinating multiple priorities and following work through to completion.– Clear spoken and written English for US customer and team communication.– Comfort learning CRM, scheduling and spreadsheet tools.– Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.Nice-to-Haves:– Experience supporting residential home-services businesses.– Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan or a similar field-service platform.– Estimate follow-up, route planning or inventory coordination experience.Resume Submission Guidelines:Please submit your resume in English as a text-based PDF.
