Customer Success Manager – Remote LATAM
Willing to hire from the following locations: Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru

Signature Boost is a U.S.-based credit education and optimization company helping consumers and business owners improve their overall credit profiles and become better positioned for future financial opportunities.

We're looking for a full-time LATAM Customer Success Manager to become the primary point of contact for our existing clients. This is NOT a cold-calling position and it is not a basic administrative VA role. Your responsibility will be to make sure our clients feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout their time with Signature Boost.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Communicating with clients through our CRM, text, email, and client app
- Responding to routine client questions in a professional and friendly manner
- Proactively checking in with clients each month
- Reviewing client accounts and making sure required credit monitoring remains active
- Following up with clients when documents, information, or action is needed
- Coordinating client status updates with our internal fulfillment team
- Explaining next steps to clients using our established processes and training
- Identifying issues that need to be escalated to management
- Keeping client records, notes, tasks, and conversations organized inside our CRM
- Collecting Google reviews and client testimonials from satisfied customers
- Identifying clients who may benefit from additional services such as credit-building products, tradelines, extensions, or ChexSystems/EWS assistance
- Helping us continuously improve the overall client experience

Who We're Looking For: We care more about your communication skills, organization, judgment, and ability to take ownership than previous credit-industry experience.

You should be:
- Fluent or highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Located in Latin America
- Available during U.S. Pacific business hours
- Extremely organized
- Comfortable communicating directly with U.S. customers
- Friendly, confident, patient, and professional
- Able to handle frustrated customers without becoming emotional or defensive
- Able to follow documented systems and SOPs
- Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented when documenting conversations and client accounts
- Comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision
- Interested in a long-term position with a growing company

Experience with customer success, account management, customer support, CRM software, GoHighLevel, financial services, or credit-related businesses is helpful but NOT required. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time remote position. Our primary business hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time. Applicants must be able to consistently overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours.

Compensation: Starting compensation: $1,500-$2,000 USD per month depending on experience and qualifications. There are additional performance-based earning opportunities for certain client upgrades, products, referrals, and additional services. This is intended to be a long-term position with opportunities for increased responsibility as the company grows.

What Success Looks Like: A successful person in this role will eventually be able to take ownership of the Signature Boost client experience. Clients should know who you are, receive consistent communication, get answers quickly, understand what is happening with their account, and feel that somebody is actively paying attention to their progress. Management should not have to constantly remind you who needs follow-up. You notice things before they become problems.

How To Apply

Please submit:
1. Your résumé or work history.
2. Your location and time zone.
3. Your desired monthly compensation in USD.
4. A description of your previous customer-service or customer-success experience.
5. The CRM/customer communication software you've previously used.
6. A link to a 60-90 second Loom video introducing yourself.

In your Loom video, please answer:
- Tell us briefly about yourself.
- Why do you think you would be good at managing customer relationships?
- A client has been working with our company for several months and sends you the message:

"I've been paying for this and I don't feel like anything is happening. What's going on?"

Tell us how you would respond to the client and what you would do next internally.
(Applications without the requested video will not be considered.)
