- Liderazgo y Estrategia:

- Pruebas: experiencia en pruebas funcionales, de regresión, de integración, rendimiento y seguridad; pruebas automatizadas (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Newman, PyTest).

Como Especialista en Automatización y Aseguramiento de Calidad de Software, serás responsable de definir la estrategia, liderar la ejecución y asegurar la calidad del software para nuestros desarrollos a medida. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo, arquitecto de software y jefe de proyecto, aportando una visión de mejora continua y eficiencia a través de la automatización y la gestión basada en métricas. Los proyectos desarrollados son mayoritariamente plataformas web.
El cargo reporta directamente al jefe de proyecto de Usercode, todas las mañanas se realiza una daily para conversar sobre avances y posibles bloqueos del día anterior. Durante el día, todo el equipo trabaja en sus actividades planificadas pudiendo conectarse a una videollamada con todo o parte del equipo de desarrollo para reuniones de trabajo y/o aclarar dudas.
Requerimientos del cargo/Responsabilidades
- Liderazgo y Estrategia:
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA) y el roadmap de automatización de pruebas para los proyectos.
- Colaborar con el Jefe de Proyecto y el Líder técnico para integrar el QA y la automatización en todo el ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
- Automatización de Pruebas:
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener la arquitectura, frameworks y scripts de pruebas automatizadas de alta calidad (funcionales, de regresión, API, etc.).
- Garantizar la cobertura de pruebas automatizadas eficiente y escalable, integrándolas en el pipeline de Integración Continua/Despliegue Continuo (CI/CD).
- Gestión de Calidad y Procesos:
- Entender los requisitos del negocio: leer requerimientos y participar de las reuniones de levantamiento de requerimientos con los clientes.
- Desarrollar el plan de pruebas, casos de prueba y generar datos de pruebas.
- Aplicar pruebas manuales y automáticas de software de acuerdo al plan.
- Detección de defectos, documentar, reportar y gestionar las incidencias, colaborando con el equipo de desarrollo para su resolución.
- Gestión de KPIs e Informes:
- Definir, monitorear y analizar los Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) clave de QA (ej. cobertura de automatización, tasa de defectos, tiempo de ciclo de pruebas, eficiencia de la ejecución de pruebas).
- Generar y presentar informes de gestión y rendimiento periódicos (avance, cierre, rendimiento) a la jefatura y otros stakeholders, proponiendo planes de acción y mejoras basadas en los datos analizados.
Experiencia excluyente:
- Estudios relacionados al Desarrollo de Software y Aseguramiento de Calidad de Software.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en Aseguramiento de Calidad de Software, con al menos 2 años en un rol de especialización en automatización
- Capacidad de análisis y comprensión de requerimientos y procesos de negocios.
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar full time.
