Creative Strategist

exec education strategy customer support

Creative Strategist - Ramen Bae

ABOUT RAMEN BAE

Ramen Bae is the original dried ramen toppings company on a mission to level up the ramen category.

We started three years ago as a passion project because we wanted better instant ramen toppings and couldn’t find anything like it. Since then, we’ve gone viral, built a loyal fan base, grown to over 400,000 customers, and recently launched protein ramen. We’re still just getting started.

We’re a small, fast-moving team of builders who take ownership, move quickly, and figure things out as we go. We’re looking for another like-minded person who is excited to help us build the next great ramen brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ramen Bae is looking for a Creative Strategist to build and lead the creative engine behind our DTC ramen brand.

This person will own performance-driven creative across paid social, with Meta currently being our largest channel. You’ll be responsible for understanding our products, customers, audience awareness stages, and performance data, then turning those insights into ad concepts, hooks, scripts, creator briefs, and video assets that convert.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, consumer psychology, and execution. The ideal candidate is analytical enough to understand what is working and why, creative enough to find new angles that break through, and scrappy enough to move quickly from idea to launch.

This is a high-impact role with significant room for leadership and growth. You’ll work closely with the CMO and growth team to build a repeatable system for producing high-performing creative at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Strategy

• Own creative strategy across paid social and performance marketing channels, with a strong focus on Meta.

• Build and manage a repeatable creative testing framework across hooks, formats, scripts, offers, concepts, personas, and audience segments.

• Develop creative angles based on customer pain points, product benefits, trends, competitor research, customer reviews, and performance data.

• Think through the full customer journey, from problem-unaware audiences to highly aware, ready-to-buy customers.

• Own the pipeline of performance video assets, including UGC, creator-led ads, founder-led content, product demos, recipe content, narrative ads, comparison ads, and social-first concepts.

• Analyze creative performance to identify winning patterns, scalable concepts, and opportunities for improvement.

• Help improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue through stronger creative strategy and execution.

Creative Production & Execution

• Manage the creative process from concept to brief, scripting, production, editing, feedback, and final delivery.

• Write compelling hooks, scripts, ad briefs, and creator directions that are clear, strategic, and performance-oriented.

• Direct creators, editors, freelancers, agencies, and internal team members to produce high-performing assets.

• Build systems for creative ideation, testing, asset organization, feedback, iteration, and reporting.

• Ensure creative is both on-brand and built to perform in paid social environments.

• Stay on top of social trends, competitor ads, creator formats, and emerging creative opportunities.

• Jump in wherever needed to keep creative moving, whether that means writing scripts, reviewing edits, sourcing creators, organizing assets, or helping bring concepts to life.

Strong bonus: Ability to shoot and edit your own creator-style content.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social creative, DTC ecommerce, or a performance creative agency.

• Strong understanding of paid social creative, especially for Meta.

• Deep understanding of what makes video ads convert, including hooks, pacing, messaging, storytelling, offers, and visual structure.

• Experience building or contributing to a creative testing system that generates new concepts consistently.

• Strong analytical ability and comfort reviewing performance data to understand what is working, why it is working, and what to test next.

• Ability to deeply understand a product, customer persona, and the emotional and functional reasons people buy.

• Strong creative instincts, copywriting ability, and visual taste.

• Comfort developing new creative angles based on product benefits, customer pain points, cultural trends, competitor research, and performance insights.

• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take ownership without needing constant direction.

• Comfortable working on a small team where everyone is expected to be hands-on, proactive, and accountable.

• Strong collaborator who can work effectively with internal team members, creators, editors, freelancers, and agencies.

• Curious, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable moving fast in a startup environment.

WHO THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR

This role is perfect for someone who loves combining data, creativity, and execution.

You want to understand why an ad works, not just whether it worked. You can look at performance data, customer reviews, product benefits, and social trends, then turn those insights into creative ideas that drive growth.

You’re comfortable leading the creative process, but you’re also willing to execute. You bring a strong creative point of view, a deep interest in performance marketing, and the hustle to move quickly from idea to launch.

This is an opportunity to help shape the creative engine of a growing DTC brand and play a key role in how Ramen Bae reaches, converts, and retains customers.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $80,000–$115,000 base salary, based on experience and leveling

• Equity options in a profitable, rapidly growing company

• Flexible PTO and paid holidays

• Health, dental, and vision benefits

• Fully Remote

Rippling
  • StackAmplify
  • Anupgarh,
infosec technical customer support ops
The verdict

Rippling is one of the strongest products you can buy if you run HR, IT, and finance as connected systems, and the review data backs that up: 4.8 across more than 14,000 G2 reviews and 4.9 on Capterra. The onboarding automation that provisions payroll, benefits, IT access, and a device in one move is the standout, and it earns its keep. Go in clear-eyed about two things: the modular, quote-based pricing stacks faster than people expect, and the first-week learning curve is real.

Key features

One employee record that drives everything

Hire someone once and the record propagates everywhere: payroll, benefits, device provisioning, app access, and offboarding all read from it, so a department change updates downstream automatically.

Automated payroll and tax compliance

Rippling calculates payroll taxes and files them with the correct federal, state, and local agencies, supports multi-entity and global payroll for employees and contractors, and stores electronic W-2s and 1099s.

One-click onboarding and offboarding

A single flow sends offer letters, enrolls payroll and benefits, ships a device, and grants app logins; offboarding runs it in reverse, revoking access and triggering device returns.

Benefits administration with payroll sync

Over 500 EDI and API carrier integrations, integrated HSA/FSA/commuter accounts with automatic payroll-deduction sync, COBRA and ACA automation, and bring-your-own-broker support alongside Rippling's PEO and brokerage.

600+ out-of-the-box integrations

Connects QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Guideline for 401(k), Checkr for background checks, plus identity and productivity tools, with real user provisioning, attribute mapping, and cross-app workflow automation.

Modular HR, IT, and Finance products

Buy the core Rippling Platform, then add only the products you need across HR (Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Performance), IT (Identity, Device, Inventory), and Finance (Corporate Cards, Expenses, Bill Pay).

What it is

Rippling is an HR platform that doesn’t stop at HR. The core is a single employee record: hire someone once, and that record drives payroll, benefits, device provisioning, app access, and offboarding. Where most HR software treats the employee database as a system of record, Rippling treats it as a trigger. Change a person’s department and Rippling updates it everywhere downstream. Onboard a new hire and it enrolls them in payroll, sets up their benefits, ships a laptop, and grants the right app logins from the same flow.

The product is sold in modules. There’s a core, required Rippling Platform, and then you buy what you need on top of it: HR products (Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Time & Attendance), IT products (Identity & Access, Device, Inventory), and Finance products (Corporate Cards, Expenses, Bill Pay). The pitch, and it’s a real one, is that all three sit on the same data, so the IT and finance sides aren’t bolted-on afterthoughts.

Who it’s for

This is built for the company that has outgrown a point HR tool but is also tired of running payroll in one place, device management in another, and expense reports in a third. If you’re hiring across multiple states or countries, Rippling’s strongest. It runs multi-entity and global payroll, stores W-2s and 1099s, and handles contractors through dedicated products. Reviewers who pay people internationally describe currency conversion and cross-border pay as something Rippling “just takes care of.”

It’s a worse fit for a simple operation. If you have fifteen domestic employees, one benefits plan, and no real IT footprint, the all-in-one model is overkill, and reviewers say exactly that, warning that simpler teams risk overbuying. You’d be paying for breadth you won’t use and absorbing a configuration burden you don’t need. Rippling rewards companies that genuinely run HR, IT, and finance as connected systems. If those live in separate departments that never talk, you lose the main reason to buy it.

Why it stands out

Onboarding and offboarding is the standout, and it’s not close. Capterra logs 97% positive mentions on onboarding, with reviewers describing clear step-by-step guidance to add employees, configure payroll, and connect benefits. business.com calls it a major strength. The thing people keep describing is “one-click onboarding” that provisions payroll, IT access, and a device in a single action, and the same automation runs in reverse at offboarding, revoking access and triggering device returns. The January 2026 release added advanced Microsoft 365 offboarding actions, which is exactly the kind of detail that matters when someone leaves.

The unified platform is the second genuine win. Capterra users rate the all-in-one dashboard 98% positive, and reviewers repeatedly call out Rippling’s UI as the best they’ve used in an HRMS. Collapsing payroll, benefits, and people data into one synced record removes the manual re-entry and the reconciliation errors that plague stitched-together stacks.

Integration breadth is the third. Rippling ships 600+ (the FAQ says 650+) out-of-the-box integrations: QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Guideline for 401(k), Checkr for background checks, plus the usual identity and productivity tools, with real provisioning and attribute mapping, not just data export. Reviewers call this exceptional. The one caveat worth flagging: Expert Market notes Rippling doesn’t natively integrate with third-party HR systems, so the strength is in app provisioning and internal cross-module sync rather than swapping out parts of the HR stack.

Pricing in plain language

Rippling starts around $8 per employee per month, but that number tells you very little. The real model is modular and quote-based: there’s no full price list on the site, and some products carry a monthly base fee on top of the per-employee rate. You buy the core platform, then add each product separately. That’s the flexibility selling point and the budgeting headache in one.

Here’s where the wall is: the modules stack. Independent reviewers are consistent on this, the per-employee base is reasonable, but as you add Benefits, Device Management, Expenses, and the rest, the total climbs in ways that aren’t obvious upfront. The most common complaint across G2, Capterra, and third-party reviews isn’t that Rippling is bad value, it’s that the total cost is hard to see coming. Benefits administration is a particular gotcha: it’s a separate paid module, which is why business.com calls benefits a “notable weakness” on cost grounds, though those fees can be waived if Rippling is your broker or PEO.

Get a real quote before you fall in love with the demo, and price the modules you’ll actually turn on, not the ones that look nice in the sales deck.

Limitations

The learning curve is real. The same feature density that makes Rippling powerful makes it overwhelming on day one. G2 reviewers describe it as a lot to absorb, especially for new admins. This is the cost of the all-in-one model, and it’s worth budgeting setup time for.

Stability is the more concerning one. Capterra reviewers flag platform bugs and slow loads (48% negative) and auth or session timeouts (46% negative), and the mobile app comes up as occasionally buggy and missing features the desktop version has. More seriously, payroll, the thing you most need to be boring and correct, has edge cases. Capterra reviewers report incorrect overtime calculations that forced them to claw back overpayments, and Thrivea notes tax edge-case issues. The payroll engine is rated highly overall, with a 100% error-free filing guarantee cited by business.com, but the exceptions are the kind you remember.

Reporting is the quieter gap. 43% of Capterra mentions on reporting are negative, centered on a lack of customization. If you need to slice your people data in non-standard ways, expect to fight the report builder. Benefits enrollment is the last one worth naming: Thrivea reports the workflows can feel clunky or incomplete, which is part of why benefits sentiment runs mixed even though the payroll-to-deduction sync is well liked.

The bottom line

If you’re a growing company running HR, IT, and finance as connected systems, especially across states or borders, Rippling is one of the strongest products you can buy, and the review data backs that up. The onboarding automation alone earns its keep, and the unified record genuinely removes work. Buy it for the integration, not just the HR.

But go in clear-eyed. Get a real quote and add up every module you’ll switch on, because the stacking is where people get surprised. Budget setup time for the learning curve. And if you’re a small, single-country team with simple benefits and no IT footprint, this is more platform than you need, you’ll pay for breadth you won’t touch. Rippling rewards complexity. Bring it the right kind, and it’s excellent.

What people are saying online

Rippling is one of the most highly rated HR platforms I track, 4.8 across more than 14,000 G2 reviews and 4.9 on Capterra. Users love the unified dashboard and the way onboarding fires off payroll, benefits, and IT setup in one move. The platform is most positive for growing companies that genuinely run HR, IT, and finance together and have the bandwidth to configure it. The recurring frustrations are the same ones every time: a steep first-week learning curve, occasional bugs and slow loads, and a modular price tag that stacks up faster than people expect.

Supply & Logistics Coordinator
  • Nabu Casa
  • Warszawa, Warszawa, Woj. Mazowieckie, Polska
analyst teaching customer support data science
About Nabu Casa

Nabu Casa is the organisation behind Home Assistant, the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform used by over two million households. We were founded to ensure the project's sustainability, and in 2024, we partnered with the Open Home Foundation to protect and promote a wide range of open-source initiatives. Our guiding principles—privacy, choice, and sustainability—are embedded in everything we do, from our architecture to our community.

We are a profitable company with no external investors. Our funding comes directly from users who subscribe to Home Assistant Cloud and purchase Home Assistant hardware, ensuring our only stakeholders are our employees and our users. We also support other open-source projects, including those focused on hardware, standards, and voice technology.

The Role

Nabu Casa is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the flow of our hardware products — from manufacturers to distributors, and ultimately to the homes of the people running Home Assistant.

As the official provider of Home Assistant hardware, we ship to a passionate global community, and this role is central to keeping that operation running reliably. You'll own the day-to-day: purchase orders, manufacturer coordination, logistics, distributor support, inventory, and RMA handling — and you'll be the person who turns how we do these things into documented, repeatable processes.

As part of our continued commercial growth, we are expanding the Commercial team with several key hires that will help shape the next phase of Nabu Casa’s global operations and partner ecosystem. This role will play an important part in supporting and scaling our international hardware operations across regions and distribution channels.

We're hiring because we're growing fast and need someone to take full ownership so the work scales with us. You'll have real autonomy from day one: if a shipment is delayed, a distributor has an urgent issue, or stock needs to be allocated across regions, you take it and drive it to resolution.

You'll work closely with our Global Channel Manager, Hardware team, and Finance team, and directly with manufacturers, distributors, and logistics partners. You'll be part of the Commercial team and report to our VP Commercial, based in Norway.

Why this role, and why now

  • You'll own a function, not a queue. This is a step up for someone who has coordinated logistics or supply chain inside a more structured company and is ready to run the whole thing themselves. Success looks like the supply chain operating well without anyone above you in the daily detail.
  • You'll build the structure, not just maintain it. We're small and deliberately light on process. You'll bring the good practices you've seen elsewhere, document them as SOPs, and shape how this function works as the company scales.
  • It's operational and strategic. Beyond running the day-to-day, you'll analyse forecast data to decide when and how much to order, and use modern tools — including AI-assisted workflows — to do it well.
  • AI works for you here. We invest in AI to support our people, not replace them.
  • Stable and mission-driven. Profitable, no investors, funded by the community we serve. You're building something that lands in millions of real homes.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end flow of hardware products from manufacturers to distributors across multiple regions
  • Place and manage manufacturer purchase orders and track them through to delivery
  • Coordinate directly with manufacturers on lead times, production schedules, shipment planning, and day-to-day issues
  • Support distributors with back-office tasks: order coordination, delivery updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage order flow, inventory updates, and data in NetSuite
  • Handle partial deliveries, stock allocation decisions, and inventory coordination across regions
  • Coordinate global logistics with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Run the RMA process end to end, including coordination, root-cause tracking, and reconciliation with manufacturers
  • Analyse forecast data and inventory levels to support purchasing decisions on when and how much to order
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures and supply chain documentation
  • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the supply chain as the company scales
  • Work cross-functionally with the Hardware, Commercial, and Finance teams to keep everything aligned

What You Need To Have

  • 4+ years in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or operations, with direct, hands-on ownership of the work
  • Direct experience coordinating with manufacturers — placing and managing purchase orders, and working with them on lead times and production schedules. Experience with factories in China (or elsewhere in Asia) is strongly preferred
  • Cultural fluency communicating with international manufacturing partners, particularly in Asia — you understand professional norms and know when directness or informality is and isn't appropriate
  • A practical grasp of inventory management, stock allocation, and partial deliveries — you've solved these problems for real, not just in theory
  • Experience coordinating international shipments and logistics
  • Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar) and confidence placing POs and managing deliveries within one
  • A track record of bringing structure: documenting processes, writing SOPs, and improving workflows — ideally drawn from a company that already had solid supply chain practices you can adapt for us
  • The ability to operate independently with minimal structure and high ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • An analytical mindset — comfortable using reporting and forecast data to drive decisions
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

It would be great if you also have

  • Specific experience with NetSuite
  • Experience in hardware, consumer electronics, or e-commerce operations (e-commerce is a great fit if you've had direct contact with manufacturers)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
  • Experience supporting distributor or channel operations
  • Personal experience using Home Assistant, and an affinity with open-source, community-driven products

  • Other countries: Compensation can be discussed during the first interview.

About Us

Nabu Casa funds the development of Home Assistant and other projects at the Open Home Foundation. Nabu Casa is best known as the organization driving the development of Home Assistant, the world's largest free and open-source smart home platform. More than two million households benefit from its home automation capabilities. Powered by a worldwide community of open-source developers, GitHub ranked it the most active open-source project in the world in 2024.

We were initially founded to ensure that the development of Home Assistant would remain sustainable as it kept growing, but over time it has grown to support more open home initiatives. In 2024, the Open Home Foundation was formed to protect these open-source projects and ensure they thrive into the future. Nabu Casa is a commercial partner of the foundation, and our principles are aligned with a joint commitment to privacy, choice, and sustainability in the smart home. These are the values that we put at the heart of every decision we make. It's woven into our architecture, licensing, community, and everything else.

Nabu Casa is profitable, has no external investors, and our only funding comes from people subscribing to Home Assistant Cloud and buying Home Assistant hardware. That means the only stakeholders we have to concern ourselves with are our employees and our users.

Supply & Logistics Coordinator
  • Nabu Casa
  • Madrid, Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, España
analyst teaching customer support data science

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to to lead end-to-end strategy, content creation, and profile management across TikTok and Instagram.

This role sits at the intersection of personal branding, short-form video, and organic audience growth. The ideal candidate can take the client's ideas and turn them into polished content, and build a premium, education-first presence from the ground up.

About The Client

The client is a life insurance agent focused on family and union-member benefits. The positioning is deliberately exclusive and premium, closer to an invite-only, members-only community than a mass-market page: education-first and trust-led. The objective is to establish a credible, high-end profile that attracts the right audience organically and turns inbound interest into referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an end-to-end social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, built from the ground up
  • Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence
  • Turn the client's ideas into polished short-form content
  • Produce and edit content end to end, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form videos, graphics, captions, and copy
  • Lead the personal rebrand and establish a cohesive, premium, education-first identity
  • Create content that educates audiences on life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in an accessible, non-salesy way

  • Solid graphic design, caption, and copywriting ability
  • A track record building personal or founder-led brands, including rebrands
  • A strong eye for premium, aspirational aesthetics that feel curated rather than mass-market or corporate
  • Ability to make educational or complex topics simple and engaging; finance or insurance familiarity is a plus
  • Focus on organic, community and referral-led growth rather than paid or ads-led tactics
  • Flexible, proactive, and collaborative, able to take direction and run with it without being rigid

Social Media Manager TikTok and Founder
  • Once Upon a Farm
  • Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
exec education strategy customer support
Who You Are

You are a culturally plugged, TikTok-obsessed content creator and strategist who understands how to own TikTok content and TikTok Shop. You will drive Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok presence end-to-end—strategy, creation, publishing, and performance—while also developing and producing content for our co-founders. This role will have vendor resources, but must be able to execute content on their own as well. While this is a remote role, this candidate must be based out of Los Angeles, CA , NYC or San Francisco/Bay Area, CA.

The Task At Hand

This is a rare dual mandate: roughly half your time is building Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok into a high-converting Gen-Z and millennial destination, and the other half is working directly our founders to develop their own content. You will report to the Senior Manager of Social and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

TikTok Strategy & Growth

  • Own our TikTok channel as the driver of primarily Gen-Z audience growth, with a secondary focus on Millennial parents, health enthusiasts, and athletes, to help Once Upon a Farm find niche markets to expand reach, brand awareness, and TikTok Shop revenue
  • Develop and execute a platform-native content strategy built around Once Upon a Farm’s product lineup, brand mission, and cultural relevance to young parents and Gen-Z consumers
  • Build and manage Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok Shop presence along with the E-Commerce team, driving traffic, conversion, and repeat purchase through shoppable content, live formats, and product integrations
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator culture to ensure our brand is consistently early, authentic, and on-platform
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media on cross-platform content strategy, ensuring TikTok content complements and amplifies Once Upon a Farm’s Instagram and YouTube presence
  • Work proactively within your budget to find and develop agencies and influencers who can create additional TikTok Content for the brand.

TikTok Content Creation & Production

  • Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish much of Once Upon a Farm’s TikTok content—you are the creator, not just the director
  • Develop recurring formats and series that build audience loyalty and drive saves, shares, and follows
  • Create content spanning product storytelling, childhood nutrition education, brand values, and culturally relevant moments—all tailored for a TikTok-first audience
  • Capture real-time content at brand events, activations, and shoots with prepared concepts and shot lists, and direct on-site photographers and videographers to do the same with your art direction.
  • Brief and collaborate with the Partnerships & Influencer team to activate creators who extend OFarm’s TikTok reach and authenticity.
  • Own vendor selection, outreach, payment and execution for the TikTok platform including agencies, CGI creators and videographers.

Founder Content
