Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Solid programming experience in at least one language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and database testing.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Execute manual and exploratory testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of critical business scenarios.
• Participate in early stages of the software development lifecycle (Shift Left) to identify potential issues before coding begins.
• Integrate and maintain automated test suites within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Document test cases, track defects, and report quality metrics using tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to align testing strategies with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Research and implement AI-driven testing tools to optimize test suite maintenance and anomaly detection.
