Responsabilities
- Software Development and Architecture: Writes code using at least one programming paradigm, designing basic functions with an awareness of overall service architecture, avoiding duplication across codebases and interfacebreaking changes. Works semi-autonomously and proficiently in a specific stack. Develop top-level structure and organization of the software and identifies the various components for system architecture.
- Project Impact and Responsibility: Participates and assists Senior Engineers in the design and deployment of projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal business users to understand, translate and generalize their particular requirements and use cases in order to build applications.
- Continuous Improvement and operation: Identify systematic issues and refactor them in a specific stack.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a software engineer, fullstack experience is a plus.
- 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), ideally with experience in using the AWS Cloud
- Experience with Development Kit (CDK) for deploying cloud infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience with TypeScript and NodeJS.
- 3 years of experience working with version control systems such as git. Ability to use Github Actions.
- 1 year of experience in Frontend (React).
- 2 years of experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with payment systems such as stripe, mercado pago, etc. (desired).
- Experience working with Zoho and Healthie is considered a plus (desired).

Responsabilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Leads, mentors, and develops a team of 2–6 software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, urgency, and over-communication. Conducts regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Recruits, interviews, and onboards new engineering talent. Collaborates with engineering leadership on team planning and resource allocation while promoting best practices in software development and code quality
- Identity & Access Architecture Ownership: Owns the most critical layer of the platform: identity, authentication, and authorization. Ensures best-in-class security practices, compliance alignment, and high availability for identity services that support enterprise-grade, high-traffic applications. Leads the design, implementation, and evolution of secure identity mechanisms.
- Technical Strategy & Product Development: Defines and implements the technical strategy for Identity & Access in alignment with business and security objectives. Ensures scalability, reliability, performance, and observability of authentication services under significant traffic loads. Spends 20%–30% of time doing hands-on technical work, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical implementations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners closely with Product, Security, Compliance, QA, and SRE to ensure identity solutions meet business requirements while maintaining strict security and performance standards. Communicates technical trade-offs, risks, and system constraints clearly to stakeholders. Leads incident reviews related to authentication, authorization, or access failures.
- Project Management & Delivery: Plans and executes complex, high-impact platform initiatives related to identity and access. Ensures reliable delivery of secure, scalable releases. Monitors system health, incident trends, and team velocity, driving continuous improvement in development and operational practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in management roles leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Proven experience implementing identity and authentication mechanisms in enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience integrating and managing identity platforms such as Okta or similar IdPs.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js
- Experience designing and building event-driven architectures
- Experience building and scaling high-traffic enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SAML, etc.).
- Deep understanding of secure system design, compliance requirements, and identity security best practices.
- Experience participating in hiring processes and providing structured interview feedback.
- Advanced English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilities
We're seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of quality assurance across our data pipelines and infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining automated test suites that ensure the reliability and accuracy of our healthcare data systems. You'll work closely with a small, focused team of data engineers to establish testing strategies, prioritize coverage for critical data paths, and maintain quality standards as we scale.
• Quality Ownership: Own and maintain the automated test suite that runs in our CI pipeline, including integration tests, data quality checks, and smoke tests for our data infrastructure.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with data engineers to understand pipeline architecture, identify critical data paths, and develop comprehensive testing strategies that prioritize business-critical datapoints.
• Test Development: Write and maintain automated tests for data pipelines using Python and TypeScript, ensuring coverage across batch and event-driven workflows.
• Data Validation: Implement data quality checks including row counts, schema validation, key-column validation, idempotency testing, and duplicate handling across ETL processes.
• CI/CD Integration: Build and maintain testing frameworks that integrate seamlessly with our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeArtifact.
• Documentation & Standards: Document test cases, testing strategies, and coverage metrics to establish repeatable quality standards across the data team.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify testing gaps and systematically expand coverage toward end-to-end testing of critical data pipelines.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in QA automation or software testing, with a focus on data pipelines or backend systems.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript for test automation.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, CodeArtifact).
• Hands-on experience working with data lakes and ETL processes on AWS (familiarity with services like S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, EventBridge).
• Experience with testing frameworks for Python (pytest, unittest) and TypeScript/JavaScript (Jest, Mocha).
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling concepts, and data lineage.

- Levantar requerimientos con stakeholders y traducir necesidades de negocio en métricas, definiciones y visualizaciones en Power BI.
