We are assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding its engineering team with a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across backend and frontend, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Challenge

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can confidently move between backend architecture and frontend development, taking ownership of features from design to production.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain full stack applications using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.

Architect backend services with clean separation of concerns and scalable design.

Develop and enhance user-facing features using React.

Design and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

4+ years of experience in software engineering.

Strong proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.

Core Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Palantir, you’ll own every phase of the product lifecycle—from generating ideas and designing prototypes to executing features and shipping releases—while being paired with a dedicated mentor who champions your growth. You’ll work hand-in-hand with both technical and non-technical colleagues to uncover real customer problems and deliver solutions that address them. To gain firsthand insight, you might sit side-saddle at a military exercise or partner directly with vendors using Palantir’s Apollo & Rubix to put our software into the hands of warfighters and government workers.

Technologies We Use

It doesn’t matter what languages you know when you join us; what matters is that you can write clean, effective code and learn new languages quickly. Our software is constantly evolving, so we need engineers who can do the same. Alongside peers that bring diverse experience - whether you’re a former university Teaching Assistant, switched to computer science recently, or are a hackathon enthusiast — you'll build your skills to apply the best technology to solve a given problem. Right now, we use:

• A variety of languages, including Java and Go for backend and Typescript for frontend

• Open-source technologies like Kubernetes, Cilium, Envoy, Grafana, React, and Redux

• Industry-standard tooling, including Gradle and GitHub, and agentic tools like Windsurf & Cline

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals, including engineers, users and non-technical team members.
• Willingness to learn and make decisions independently, and the ability to ask questions effectively.
• Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.

• Engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, and Physics.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• Experience coding in programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $145,000 - $155,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.

The Problems You’ll Solve

As a Sr. Software Engineer, Back-End, you’ll own some of the most consequential systems at Rebuy. Your primary anchor is our billing and payments infrastructure — the engine that determines how merchants are charged, how partners get paid, and how financial balances flow across our entire product suite. This is genuinely complex financial engineering. It requires deep PHP and Go expertise, careful architecture, and judgment that no automated tool can replicate. Merchant billing runs daily, touches real revenue, and demands someone who understands both the technical and business dimensions of every decision.

Alongside billing, you’ll grow into a broader platform portfolio — the partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and reporting infrastructure that power the business. And in the near term, you’ll play a critical role in a significant technical migration: moving our legacy Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4, including work tied to increasing our enterprise market share. This migration requires hands-on PHP expertise and cannot be deferred.

You won’t be handed a sprawling list of things you must do on day one. You’ll be trusted to grow into this role — and rewarded when you do.

• Billing & Payments Architecture: Design and build Rebuy’s centralized billing system that handles merchant billing, partner payments, and customer-facing charges. Architect the integration layer that allows payment balances to be applied across Rebuy’s full suite of services. Tackle genuinely complex financial engineering challenges with PHP and Go at scale.

• Build Robust APIs: Design and implement secure, well-structured APIs in PHP and Go to power billing events, payment processing, and financial data flows across our platform and Shopify integrations.

• Legacy Modernization: Lead and contribute to the migration of our Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4. This is high-priority, near-term work with real business dependencies — including enterprise partnership commitments — and requires a PHP engineer with the experience and judgment to do it right.

• Agentify the Platform: Partner with product and engineering to identify where AI agents can automate workflows, surface insights, and guide merchants through our product. Build the backend systems — APIs, data pipelines, and event hooks — that enable intelligent automation. This is genuinely new territory and one of the most exciting growth vectors for Rebuy’s product.

• Platform Breadth: Our team owns more than billing and payments — we also support a partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing reporting APIs, and the infrastructure that makes data flow reliably across the business. You won’t be responsible for all of it on day one, but you’ll have genuine opportunities to grow into the areas that most interest you. Engineers here don’t get siloed; they get context.

• Engineering Best Practices: Contribute significantly to the engineering culture at Rebuy by establishing, documenting, and promoting best practices. Lead initiatives to introduce and standardize frameworks and tools that increase development efficiency and maintainability.

• Security & Compliance: Stay current with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices as they apply to billing and payment systems. Champion security-first engineering across authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance considerations in everything you build.

• PHP Technical Leadership: Serve as a key technical anchor for PHP across the engineering organization. Rebuy’s codebase has significant PHP depth and relatively few engineers with that expertise. • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure code, setup, and configurations meet expected results. Ensure that all features meet high standards of quality and performance before deployment.

• Team Collaboration: Engage actively in building a strong team culture. Work closely with the Product Owner, Engineering Manager, and peers across billing, payments, partner tools, and data infrastructure to define requirements, estimate effort, and drive solutions forward. As a Software Engineer on the Payment Operations team, you will be responsible for the execution layer that ensures every dollar on Wingspan's platform is accounted for, reconciled, and moved accurately on time. Short on time? TL;DR

• You: Can define what should be measured, how it should be modeled, and how those insights should shape product and company decisions.

• Ownership: You’ll own Junction’s highest-leverage statistical, modeling, and evaluation work across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product development.

• Scope: This is not a pure IC modeling role and not a reporting role. You’ll set the methodology, research roadmap, and decision framework for how Junction uses data to drive product, clinical, and business outcomes.

Why we need you

Junction sits in the flow of high-value diagnostics and clinical data. As the company grows, our advantage moves beyond just having data to having the ability to turn it into reliable intelligence improving product decisions, customer outcomes, and the performance of the business.

Some of that work exists today, but it is not yet owned as a coherent function. Models get built. Analyses get done. Experiments answer local questions. But we need someone who can define the broader scientific and analytical system: what we should measure, what methods we trust, where modeling creates real leverage, and how that work translates into products and decisions that hold up outside a demo.

We’re hiring our first Data Scientist to take ownership of, and establish that standard.

This role will lead Junction’s most important modeling, experimentation, and evaluation work. You’ll partner closely with data, product engineering and leadership teams to drive the analytical roadmap by which Junction can leverage differentiated value from data.

What you’ll be doing day to day

• Own the research and modeling work underlying Junction’s highest-priority data science opportunities across diagnostics, clinical workflows, and AI-enabled product features

• Define rigorous frameworks for measurement, experimentation, and causal evaluation so we can distinguish signal from noise and make decisions we can defend

• Lead development of predictive models, segmentation approaches, risk or routing logic, and other statistical systems that directly inform product and business strategy

• Build the analytical foundation behind customer-facing features — from model development through to validation and performance tracking

• Partner with engineering and data engineering to ensure models and analytical systems can be put in production, are reliable, and useful in real workflows

• Establish how Junction evaluates data-driven and AI-enabled features, including methodology, quality thresholds, monitoring, and performance review

• Communicate complex technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including tradeoffs, limitations, and implications for action

Requirements

• Strong track record of leading high-stakes analytical work that influenced product, operational, or business decisions

• Deep foundation in statistical inference, experimental design, observational analysis, and model evaluation

• Strong Python and/or R skills, with experience working on large, messy real-world datasets

• Experience building predictive or decision-support models in production or near-production environments

• Experience partnering closely with engineering to move work from analysis or prototype into deployed systems

• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels: defining the roadmap while also getting into the details when needed

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain methods, findings, and tradeoffs to executives as well as technical peers

• Comfort operating in a startup environment with ambiguity, limited structure, and high ownership

Nice to have

• Experience designing, executing, and publishing research studies

• Experience with HIPAA, PHI, or other regulatory clinical frameworks

• Deep familiarity with modern data tooling and production workflows across warehouses, orchestration, and transformation layers

• Experience developing, deploying, and designing evaluation frameworks for LLM or AI-powered features in customer-facing products

• Expertise directly working with healthcare, diagnostics, lab data, wearable data, and other clinical data

• Experience applying causal inference methods, such as diff-in-diff, propensity scoring, or instrumental variables in practice

What this role isn’t

• Not an analytics role focused on dashboards, reporting, or one-off analysis

• Not an ML platform role — you won’t own infrastructure or tooling

• Not a good fit if you mainly want to experiment with models or AI ideas without being accountable for how they perform in production

• Not a good fit if you struggle with ambiguity. Knowing what to work on is part of the job

• Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + equity

Engineering at Finalis

Our engineering team is building the core infrastructure that powers private capital markets. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and the leadership team to design and build high-impact products. You’ll be expected to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, solve complex problems, and create ai-native technical solutions that deliver value to our customers and scale with our growth.

The Role

As a Sr. Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our ai-native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments. You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to navigate complexity, and a passion for creating reliable, secure, and elegant software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for our compliance, data, and payment products.
