We're looking for a full-time LATAM Customer Success Manager to become the primary point of contact for our existing clients. This is NOT a cold-calling position and it is not a basic administrative VA role. Your responsibility will be to make sure our clients feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout their time with Signature Boost.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Communicating with clients through our CRM, text, email, and client app
- Responding to routine client questions in a professional and friendly manner

- Reviewing client accounts and making sure required credit monitoring remains active
- Following up with clients when documents, information, or action is needed

- Explaining next steps to clients using our established processes and training
- Identifying issues that need to be escalated to management
- Keeping client records, notes, tasks, and conversations organized inside our CRM

- Identifying clients who may benefit from additional services such as credit-building products, tradelines, extensions, or ChexSystems/EWS assistance
- Helping us continuously improve the overall client experience
Who We're Looking For: We care more about your communication skills, organization, judgment, and ability to take ownership than previous credit-industry experience.
You should be:
- Fluent or highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Located in Latin America
- Available during U.S. Pacific business hours
- Extremely organized
- Comfortable communicating directly with U.S. customers
- Friendly, confident, patient, and professional
- Able to handle frustrated customers without becoming emotional or defensive
- Able to follow documented systems and SOPs
- Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented when documenting conversations and client accounts
- Comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision
- Interested in a long-term position with a growing company
Experience with customer success, account management, customer support, CRM software, GoHighLevel, financial services, or credit-related businesses is helpful but NOT required. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time remote position. Our primary business hours are Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time. Applicants must be able to consistently overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours.
Compensation: Starting compensation: $1,500-$2,000 USD per month depending on experience and qualifications. There are additional performance-based earning opportunities for certain client upgrades, products, referrals, and additional services. This is intended to be a long-term position with opportunities for increased responsibility as the company grows.
What Success Looks Like: A successful person in this role will eventually be able to take ownership of the Signature Boost client experience. Clients should know who you are, receive consistent communication, get answers quickly, understand what is happening with their account, and feel that somebody is actively paying attention to their progress. Management should not have to constantly remind you who needs follow-up. You notice things before they become problems.
How To Apply
Please submit:

3. Your desired monthly compensation in USD.
4. A description of your previous customer-service or customer-success experience.

AI agents are only as useful as the data they can reach. SaaS products are only as sticky as the integrations they support. Paragon sits at the intersection of both: integration infrastructure for the companies building the next generation of software. Our platform gives product and engineering teams the primitives to connect anything, fast, without owning the infrastructure themselves. The category is forming now. We're at the front of it.
About the role
This is our first dedicated PMM hire. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work directly with our founders, product, and sales. No PMM team to slot into, no established playbook to follow. The job is to build and hone our positioning and make it real everywhere it needs to show up: the website, the sales motion, how we launch, how we compete. If you want to build something from scratch at a company that ships fast, keep reading.
We sell to two audiences: AI-native startups building integrations as table stakes, and enterprise product teams retrofitting AI into existing products. They don't read the same content, talk to the same analysts, or buy for the same reasons. Figuring out whether that's one story told two ways or two stories told in parallel is the most interesting part of this job.
What you'll do
Own Paragon's messaging and positioning, from homepage copy to the pitch deck to how sales answers "how are you different from Merge?"
Build a messaging framework that gives sales, content, and partnerships a shared source of truth on how we talk about ourselves
Run product launches end-to-end. You own the process and timeline, not just the blog post
Build and maintain sales enablement assets that reps actually use: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handling
Develop ICP personas for both segments: AI-native builders and enterprises reinventing as AI companies
Share the success, or failure, of Marketing campaigns with Demand Gen
Own competitive intelligence across Merge, Prismatic, Composio, Workato, and others. Our competitive set spans legacy iPaaS to AI-native infrastructure. Picking which fights to pick is part of the job.
Plug into product planning before code ships, not after.
What we're looking for
6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, having spent time as the first or second PMM, with meaningful time in developer tools, API infrastructure, integration, or something technically adjacent
You've lived through a company repositioning or category creation, owning messaging architecture, not supported it. You can show a before/after of how you changed the way a company/product talked about itself
Your writing earns trust from technical readers. You don’t need five sentences to say one thing. We'll ask for samples.
Sales enablement experience that goes beyond decks. You've trained reps, sat in deal reviews, and built materials that actually got used
Owned product launches from brief to post-launch retro, including wrangling product, design, and GTM to actually hit a date
Have worked alongside DevRel and have a view on how PMM and DevRel divide the work

Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead — Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Greenfield Oracle Fusion Implementation
Company Tessera Labs AI
Role Type Senior consulting engagement — full-time or contract, workstream-critical role
Location Nearshore, based in Mexico or Brazil — remote-based delivery model; excellent business
English required for direct engagement with client stakeholders and leadership
Reports To Program Director / Engagement Lead, Tessera Labs AI
About the Role
Tessera Labs AI is a technology product firm delivering next-generation, AI-accelerated enterprise transformation programs. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation for a fast-growing client.
This is a greenfield implementation from a process and configuration standpoint — there is no legacy SCM configuration to reverse-engineer or carry forward, and the opportunity is to stand up Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement and related logistics processes from a blank slate, configured to Oracle standard wherever possible. Data is a different story: item, article, inventory, and other master and historical data still needs to be extracted, transformed, and loaded (ETL) from the client's legacy ERP into Oracle Fusion, and this role supports that migration effort alongside the functional design work.
This is a highly cross-functional, business-facing role. You will run discovery and design workshops directly with logistics, supply chain, and procurement stakeholders — including ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream — translate their requirements into working Oracle Fusion design and configuration, and own the documentation trail from business requirement through configuration and test. You will also own the integration design connecting Oracle Fusion to Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization, and to the client'swarehouse management system(s) for outbound and inbound logistics — alongside integration with adjacent Oracle Fusion modules as applicable.
This is a nearshore delivery role, based in Mexico or Brazil, working in a remote-first model alongside Tessera's distributed FDE delivery and AI engineering teams. Because you will be running workshops and presenting directly tobusiness stakeholders and client leadership, excellent business English — spoken and written — is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and facilitate business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders to capture requirements for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, spanning Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and related logistics processes.
• Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules — Inventory Management, Order
Management, and Procurement, with particular ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream,
translating workshop outcomes into a working, standard-first system design.
• Configure and maintain the Oracle article/item master setup in line with fashion and apparel industry best practices (e.g., style, color, and size hierarchies, seasonal and pre-pack/kit structures) and Oracle Retail conventions.

⚡ This one's going to move fast. We're expecting a lot of interest, so we're running this as a focused hiring sprint. Applications and assessments close September 20, with interviews happening over the two weeks after that.
📍 Where do we hire from? Almost everywhere. Check that your country appears on this page. For this role, you'll have at least 4 hours daily overlap with your UK-based manager.
Hi there, I'm Olive Turon, Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla. I'm excited to share more about the Senior People & Talent Operations Partner role and our team.
About TestGorilla
At TestGorilla, we're on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we're building the world's leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We're all AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we're now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you'll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
About the role
As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire. You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one.
Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role. Just as critically, you'll build and own the AI/automation and self-serve layer that keeps our People function lean, bringing a product mindset to everything you touch. Let’s face it: we’re a scale-up, so you’ll also need to be happy wearing other People hats when the moment requires.
We're looking for someone autonomous, opinionated and candid, who'll tell me when I've got it wrong. You'll be dealing with real people and real problems, so you'll need to stay empathic but boundaried, structured and organized even when the pace picks up.
I’m biased, but I think it’s a dream job: this is an HR role in an HRTech company changing the world of work for the better, we’ll have immense amounts of fun, there’s plenty of uncharted territory for you to make your own, and I’m committed to helping you to do the best work of your life.
A quick check: if you've never built objectively clever automations (not just used one someone else built), this probably isn't the role for you. Automation is just that central to the job.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
Designing, building and maintaining a smart, automated and AI-enabled people journey - from pre-boarding to off-boarding - that frees up capacity for bespoke, white-glove treatment where it matters
Being the technical owner and orchestrator of our HR tech stack: evaluating and enhancing it, ensuring these tools are not siloed but unified and integrated.
Owning the non-Finance side of payroll, invoicing, contract administration, and compliance end to end, across every country we operate in.
Owning data privacy and recordkeeping, and the day-to-day relationship with our EOR vendor.
Owning configuration and troubleshooting of our hiring tooling, so hiring managers can run their own searches independently.
Owning the documentation that makes self-serve actually work in practice, ensuring that it’s structured in a way that is easily accessible to both humans and P&C AI agents.
Working with me to maintain a clean line between what's self-serve and what needs a person. We do not aspire to automate our entire People journey here.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Has built and owned sophisticated automations (Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the like) as a core part of an integrated HR tech stack, not just used AI tools day to day. Arguably the most important thing on this list.
Has managed payroll, compliance, or HR operations across multiple countries, ideally through an Employer of Record or a mix of EOR and direct entities.
Has deep, hands-on HRIS experience. HiBob experience is a big plus, and so is experience assessing or migrating HR systems.
Brings a product mindset: builds for the people who use them (employees and managers), listens to their feedback, and iterates rather than building in isolation.
Thrives in a high-autonomy, async-first, remote-only environment, and has worked in these kinds of teams and working cultures before.
Marries operational rigor with genuine empathy and a real interest in people. You'll be dealing directly with team members, sometimes on sensitive matters.
Is opinionated and candid, with excellent feedback and stakeholder management skills.
Most people in this role will have acquired these skills over five years of relevant experience. That being said, we care far more about what you've owned, your impact and how you've progressed, than the exact number of years.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone, even if your experience doesn't exactly match the description. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement - let's buck that trend!
Bonus skills
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have any of the following:
Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
Experience supporting a team through organizational change.
What's in it for you?
Please note: In this role, you'll be hired as an Individual Contractor.
Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world.
Competitive compensation: €56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component.
Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
Check out the countries we currently hire from here.Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year, or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities.
Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches.
Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being.
Interested?
At TestGorilla, we believe your skills speak louder than your resume. That's why we champion a skills-first approach, using cutting-edge, AI-powered assessments to uncover your true skills and experience match.
When you apply, you'll get to experience our platform firsthand by taking an assessment – it's your invitation to shine and show us what you can do! While our platform is powered by AI, every hiring decision is made by humans. Check out our Applicant Privacy document to see how we protect your data.
Given the hiring sprint timeline above, we'd love to see your application land before September 20.
Concerned about test anxiety or need help with the assessment? We've got you covered. Please check out our candidate support page for any questions. Accommodations are readily available as part of the assessment setup, and requesting support will never impact your application.

🔮 Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for a Senior Shopify Developer who balances deep e-commerce expertise with modern frontend engineering. You'll build pixel-perfect, hyper-performant storefronts ranging from custom Liquid themes to headless Hydrogen/Next.js implementations working alongside our design team to create world-class shopping experiences.
In this role, you’ll work across a variety of client projects to find cost-effective, high-quality, and pragmatic solutions to complex e-commerce challenges. Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Technical Leads and Designers to meet clients' custom e-commerce and technical needs.
- Building and maintaining high-performance storefronts using both custom Liquid (Online Store 2.0) and modern headless architectures (Shopify Storefront API, GraphQL, Hydrogen/Remix, Next.js).
- Implementing responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect interfaces based on design specifications, with meticulous attention to product interaction details and motion design.
- Integrating custom storefronts with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful), payment gateways, subscriptions, search, and third-party e-commerce APIs.
- Optimizing e-commerce performance, focusing heavily on Core Web Vitals, image/video asset delivery, bundle size, and runtime efficiency across high-traffic collection and product pages.
- Architecting scalable, reusable component libraries and design systems tailored for commercial platforms.
- Writing clear documentation for store management, custom app integrations, and codebase maintenance.
- Participating in project team rituals, including Sprint Planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
The person we’re looking for is happy, relaxed and easy to get along with. They’re flexible on anything except conceits that will lower their usually outstanding work quality. They work “smart”, by carefully managing their workflow and staggering features that have dependencies intelligently. They prefer deep work but are OK coming up to the surface now and then for top level / strategic conversations.
We believe people with backgrounds or interests in design, art, music, food or fashion tend to have a well rounded sense of design & quality, so a variety of hobbies or side projects is a big nice to have!
🔑 Must-Have Competencies:
We’re always pitching for new and exciting technology niches. Some of the areas below are relevant to us!
- 8+ years writing highly performant frontend code with an obsession for 95+ Lighthouse scores and optimal Core Web Vitals.
- Deep Shopify Ecosystem Mastery: Proven experience building custom Shopify themes (Liquid, JSON templates, Online Store 2.0) as well as headless storefronts using the Shopify Storefront API (GraphQL) and frameworks like Hydrogen/Remix or Next.js.
- Modern Frontend Tech: Expert-level experience with TypeScript and modern CSS methodologies (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules) alongside robust animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).
- Headless CMS & Integrations: Extensive experience merging Shopify with headless CMS platforms like Sanity, Contentful, or Prismic, as well as third-party services (Klaviyo, Recharge, Algolia/Searchspring, Stripe).
- Platform & Hosting: Fluency in industry-standard PaaS platforms including Vercel, Netlify, and Shopify Oxygen.
- Architecture & State Management: Experience with state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, Pinia) and API integration patterns for cart state, multi-currency, and checkout flows.
- Quality & Accessibility: Experience building accessible (WCAG compliant), responsive interfaces with a strong commitment to SEO best practices, testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress), and maintainable code.
- Performance Optimization: Practical knowledge of WebSockets, caching strategies (Redis, CDN-level/Cloudflare), and advanced image delivery networks.
💪 Nice-to-Have Competencies:
- Custom App Development: Building bespoke Shopify Apps using Node.js, Remix, GraphQL Admin API, and Shopify CLI.
- Shopify Plus & Enterprise Features: Hands-on experience with Shopify Functions, Checkout Branding API, Shopify Scripts, and B2B configurations.
- Tracking & Analytics: Setting up server-side tracking, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Customer Privacy APIs without hurting site load times.
- WebGL, Canvas & 3D: Experience building interactive graphics, 3D product visualizers, or canvas animations using Three.js or ``.
- Full-Stack & API Design: Experience across backend/database layers (PostgreSQL), REST/GraphQL API design, and authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
- Client-Facing & Management: Direct experience working with clients to clarify requirements, defining product roadmaps, or leading engineering teams.
💸 Compensation
Our pay scale ranges from $40/hr to $120/hr pending seniority (& team leadership experience), and our projects are rarely less than 8 full time weeks at 40 hours per week.
We prefer long standing relationships with highly accountable and communicative team members, so we encourage candidates to expect longer term engagements.
🎤 How we interview
After you submit your application, a member of our team will reach out. Our interview process starts with an intro call to answer any questions you have about the role and to learn a bit more about your experience and interests.
From there, we’ll follow up with a panel interview call where you get to meet a few members of our team, to openly discuss some of our challenges and ensure your skills and interests align with where we’re going as a business.
For qualified candidates, the process wraps with a reference call, and an offer to follow.
👩🏭 How we work:
We believe that there’s a better balance between the poles of freelancing & full time, and for that reason Sanctuary works differently to most shops:
- Transparency & Ownership: We release out Profit & Loss statements to the community each year, open source our best ideas, and talk business & money with everyone in the company. We’re proud to run our business with integrity, and for that reason we share everything with our team & community.
- 150% Carbon Negative: Our studio offsets 150% of the carbon we use to do business each year, dated back to our founding in 2015. We turn down work that is not in-line with our morals, and we encourage our peers to do the same. We have been certified climate neutral since 2021.
- Strong Morals: Since our founding, we've turned down somewhere between $1mm - $2mm of work that didn't meet our moral standards. (Most of that was DTC brands that can't show a valid sustainability initiative).
- Async & Decentralized: We use tools optimized for calm, thoughtful communication, and opt for async whenever possible. We fight hard to maintain our focus time.
- Remote Friendly: Our company is fluent in remote work, making our workplace more decentralized, and democratized in the process.
- Ideas & Products: In our spare studio time, we work to build our own open source or internal products to diversify & bolster our income. We create amazing technology products for our clients, so why not for the studio?

- Build agentic systems with the Claude API and Agent SDK: tool use, extended thinking, prompt caching, citations.
- Deploy cloud-hosted agents with Claude Managed Agents: sandboxed execution, memory, checkpointing, orchestration, tracing.
- Build MCP servers/clients connecting Claude to enterprise systems.
- Make Claude Code core to delivery — skills, subagents, hooks.
- Deploy Claude via the API, Vertex AI, or Bedrock, choosing Opus/Sonnet/Haiku per trade-off.
- Track Anthropic's releases and translate capabilities into value.
Make AI Systems Production-Grade
- Write evals and regression tests; monitor cost, latency, quality.
- Apply solid practice: version control, review, testing, CI/CD, observability.
- Deploy on GCP/Azure/AWS using containers, serverless, infra-as-code.
- Build and maintain data pipelines feeding AI systems.
Work AI-Natively and Client-Facing
- Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, Cursor) daily, with good judgment.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and blockers to clients and leads.
- Support pre-sales: scope solutions, build demos, estimate effort.
- Mentor engineers; contribute to accelerators and standards.

- Fast growth opportunities inside a scaling startup
Requerimientos del cargo
- Experiencia real desarrollando producto full stack, frontend y backend.
- Bots y mensajería (WhatsApp, Telegram y similares).

What we’re looking for
What you’ll do
Nice-to-have
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking platforms.
- Background in home services, hospitality, property management, or operations.
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.
What we offer
- Fully remote position with a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule.
- Supportive and collaborative team culture.
- Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing PropTech company.
- Opportunities to gain experience across operations, scheduling, customer service, and service coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer support, customer success, or QA for a software product (SaaS).
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or better). Almost all our customers are in the US, Canada and the UK. You will be on video calls with them.
- Strong technical curiosity. You are comfortable in a web admin panel, you understand what a browser console is, and you can tell a user error from a product bug.
- Excellent written communication. You can explain one thing clearly instead of three things vaguely.
- Genuine care about the customer's outcome, not about closing the ticket.
- Autonomy. You work remote, you manage your own queue, and you ask for help early.
- Availability overlapping US business hours (at least 09:00–17:00 US Eastern).
- You already work with AI every day. This is a hard requirement, not a bonus. Equally important: you know when the AI is wrong. We do not want answers pasted to a customer without a human who checked them.
What you will do
This is not a ticket-closing job. You are the person who knows our product better than anyone outside the engineering team.
You have two connected jobs. First, you support our clubs: you answer their questions, solve their problems, and make sure they succeed with the platform. Second, you are the first person to use every new feature we build. You test it before it reaches customers, you report what is broken or confusing, and then you explain the finished feature to the clubs that need it.
Because you tested the feature, your support answers are correct. Because you support customers, your feature feedback is real. The two jobs make each other better.
- Answer customer questions by email, chat and video call. Own each case until it is solved.
- Diagnose problems with real data: read the admin panel, reproduce the issue, and decide if it is a configuration mistake, a misunderstanding, or a bug.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports for engineering — steps, expected result, actual result, screenshots, affected club.
- Test new features before release on our staging environment. Try the normal path, then try to break it. Report what is unclear, not only what is broken.
- Run feature walkthroughs and onboarding calls for club admins. Turn a new release into something a club owner understands in five minutes.
- Write and maintain help center articles and short how-to videos.
- Bring the voice of the customer into product decisions. You will tell us which requests keep coming back and which features nobody uses.
- Help onboard new clubs: set up their courts, pricing, memberships and staff accounts.
- Use AI every day as part of the job. You will also test and support Ace, our in-product AI copilot for club admins.
Nice to have
- Experience testing pre-release software, writing test cases, or doing exploratory QA.
- Experience with a payments product (Stripe, refunds, failed charges, disputes).
- Experience writing help center documentation or making product videos.
- Familiarity with support tooling (Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot) and issue trackers (ClickUp, Jira, Linear).
- Basic SQL, or the willingness to learn it. We will teach you.
- Knowledge of racquet sports — pickleball, padel, tennis, squash — or experience working at a sports club or gym.
What we offer
- $1800-$2500/mo salary
- Fully remote work from anywhere in Latin America.
- Direct access to the founders and the engineering team. Your bug report goes to the person who wrote the code, not into a queue.
- Real influence on the product roadmap.
- A small team where your work is visible.
- Paid AI tooling. We give you the accounts and we expect you to use them.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask across multiple service lines, residents, and service partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- A proactive approach to resolving scheduling challenges and resident concerns.
- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems quickly.
- The ability to remain professional, responsive, and composed in a high-volume environment.
- Strong follow-through and accountability.
What you’ll do
Nice-to-have
- Experience with scheduling tools, CRMs, or booking platforms.
- Background in hospitality, property management, luxury residential services, or home services.
- Experience coordinating vendors or service providers.
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
What we offer
Fully remote position with a consistent Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM– 12:00 AM CT schedule. Supportive and collaborative team culture. Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing PropTech company. Opportunities to gain experience across resident services, operations, scheduling, customer service, and service coordination. The opportunity to play a direct role in creating exceptional experiences for residents across communities nationwide. Exposure to a wide range of service lines and operational functions.
What we need
- 2+ years as a team lead, supervisor or shift lead in support or a contact centre, ideally on US accounts.
- Hands-on configuration experience with at least one helpdesk platform (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot Service, Chatwoot, Gorgias). You should have built workflows in it, not only worked inside one somebody else built.
- Experience migrating a support operation from one system to another, or standing one up from scratch.
- English at C1 or above, spoken and written. You will speak with American parents directly.
- Real command of support metrics: SLA, first response time, answer rate, case ageing, CSAT.
- Hands-on billing experience: refunds, failed payments, subscriptions or invoicing in a customer-facing role.
- Genuine availability 8:00 to 18:00 US Eastern, not "reachable".
- Reliable internet and a workspace suitable for calls.
What you will do
Build and migrate
- Help design the case model: priorities, SLAs, statuses, routing, tagging.
- Run the migration from mailbox and spreadsheets onto the new platform, including the cutover plan and what happens if it goes wrong.
- Configure the platform: automations, macros, assignment rules, reporting.
- Train the team on the new process and keep it from drifting back.
Run the operation
- Run the queue through your shift: assign work, watch cases approaching their deadline, move load between agents.
- Own the phone line: answer rate, callbacks on every missed call, no dropped contact.
- Escalate hard cases to our second line and to the teaching, IT and finance teams, and push them to an answer rather than forwarding and forgetting.
- Hand over the shift: every open case with a status and a next step.
- Check quality against a scorecard and give agents feedback.
- Report daily on the queue and weekly on the numbers.
Billing and onboarding
- Work billing cases end to end: failed and duplicate payments, subscription changes, refund requests, chargeback threats.
- Chase students who have paid but not finished onboarding, and get them activated before the term starts.
- Be the person finance talks to when a parent's payment history and their case history need to line up.
Nice to have
- Experience in education or EdTech, or anywhere the customer is a parent.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Twilio-based telephony.
- Spanish.
What we offer
- Full-time, remote, paid in USD.
- Base 1,500 USD per month plus a performance bonus taking total pay to 2,000 - 2,500 and above.
- Real authority: you move work and raise critical cases without waiting for sign-off.
- A build, not an inheritance. You will shape how support works here, then run it.
- Room to grow: the team is expanding and this role grows with it.
Requirements
We need a dependable, organized professional who is comfortable communicating with both contractors and working-class customers. Strong spoken and written communication is essential, and we value natural, confident conversation over scripted responses.
- English: good spoken and written proficiency, accent okay.
- Spanish: fluent/native-level spoken Spanish to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking customers
- Comfort working with U.S. customers in a service and sales context
- Phone confidence with the ability to explain next steps clearly and professionally
- Customer service and/or sales experience in the U.S. is strongly preferred
- Reliability and strong organization for managing ongoing conversations, quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Natural communication: able to communicate smoothly rather than sounding scripted
- Comfort coordinating details and staying consistent through the customer journey (inquiries → quotes → order questions → follow-ups → delivery coordination)
- Ability to support outbound outreach to contractors and property stakeholders
- Plus: experience in construction, flooring, cabinetry, home improvement, or building materials
Soft skills we value: patience, professionalism, clarity under time pressure, and an upbeat, helpful tone. We expect a team-minded attitude and a consistent commitment to excellent customer experience.
Role
We are seeking a full-time bilingual English/Spanish Sales & Customer Service Representative to support customers and help grow our pipeline. This is a long-term remote position working U.S. Eastern Time.
- Handle nearly all customer communication: phone calls, texts, Facebook, and website leads
- Provide quotes, answer order questions, and complete follow-ups
- Resolve customer service issues and coordinate timely next steps
- Support delivery coordination by communicating status and updates clearly
- Perform outbound outreach to contractors, landlords, and property managers
- Help generate new business and maintain lead conversations through to next steps
- Request customer reviews after successful service
- Assist with basic social media/Facebook marketing to support visibility and engagement
We want someone reliable and organized who can talk naturally with contractors and working-class customers—especially on the phone—without sounding overly scripted.
Desirable
- Previous U.S. customer service or sales experience
- Experience with cabinetry, flooring, construction, home improvement, or other building-materials environments
- Familiarity with managing leads and customer communication across multiple channels (phone, texts, web, Facebook)
- Comfort working with contractors and stakeholder outreach (contractors, landlords, property managers)
- Experience coordinating order and delivery updates for customers
Compensation & Schedule
We offer a long-term remote position working U.S. Eastern Time, with 40 hours per week.
Pay target:$6–$9 USD/hour depending on experience. 15 paid holidays annually.
If you’re reliable, organized, and confident communicating naturally in both English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply.

What we need from you
- Fluent written and spoken English. Our clients are US doctors. You will write to them and speak with them every day.
- You own outcomes. You have handled client relationships and can tell us what you kept, what you lost and why. Haven't owned a client book yet? tell us honestly.
- You bring bad news early, with a plan. You do not wait to be asked.
- You write clearly and fast. If your writing needs a second pass to be understood, this is the wrong seat.
- You can hold a doctor's respect. Calm, direct, prepared, unbothered by pushback.
- You live in AI tools. You useClaude or similar every day, can show us how, and pick up new tools fast. This matters more to us than your resume.
You do not need to be a GoHighLevel expert on day one, but you must learn fast and be willing to build. You need to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern, with your camera on.
Skunks on the table
Every line is true. If one makes you want to close the tab, that is useful for both of us. If they make you lean in, you are probably who we are looking for.
- This is a fully remote position. If you do not have a quiet, productive place to work from home with reliable power and internet, this is not the right role for you.
- Going quiet is the one thing that does not work here. Missed a deadline? Tell us. Stuck? Say "I hit a wall." Problems get named the same day, in the open.
- No recipe, and the structure keeps moving. We are "building the plane while flying it," and pods, seats and clients change as we grow. The first 2 to 3 weeks are quiet. The people who thrive start digging before anyone asks.
- The CEO is direct. Plain feedback, expected back. He loves being challenged and hates silence.
- Doctors push back, and quality beats volume. Our clients are smart, busy and spending their own money, so you hold your ground with evidence. A cheap lead who cannot afford a $4,000 treatment is not a win. Compliance is non-negotiable: no guarantees, no definitive claims.
- You are the last set of eyes. Errors that should have been caught in QA come out of the pod's bonus pool, just as retention and expansion grow it.
Our values: give a shit · better before bigger · sincere candor · move fast and fix it · prove it works · unimpeachable character.
The job
- You own the relationship. The doctor emails you, Slacks you and gets on calls with you.
- You turn requests into work. Every client ask becomes a ClickUp task the team can act on without a follow-up question, with the why attached. "Build a new landing page" is not a brief. "The heatmap shows people stop scrolling before the CTA, so the CTA moves above the fold" is. When it is something you can build, you build it.
- You narrate the numbers. In two minutes, in plain English: what is working, what is not, and what is next.
- You catch problems first. The client never discovers an issue we have not already told them about.
- You spot the next win. Not a pitch. Arithmetic out loud with the client's own numbers until the next step is obvious.
This is not a messenger seat: from day one you also build GoHighLevel automations, workflows and landing pages, using AI to move fast. And if all you do on a call is read a report, you are not doing the job.
What a good month looks like
- Every client request became a ClickUp task with enough context that nobody had to come back to you to ask what it meant.
- You ran the client calls yourself. The CEO was not on them.
- You built or fixed automations, workflows or pages yourself instead of leaving them in someone else's queue.
- Your pod's daily client updates went out accurate, because you read them before they shipped and corrected the one that was wrong.
- No client surprised anyone with a problem, and no client cancelled without the risk being visible weeks earlier.
- You brought at least one expansion case built on a client's real numbers, or explained why the timing was wrong.
How we work
- Reply to clients within 1 business hour, even if it is "got it, looking into it," with a real answer or a timeline within 24. Reply to internal Slack within 10 minutes.
- Decisions live on the ClickUp task or in the client channel. Never in DMs.
- Monday all-hands, 9:00 to 10:30 AM Eastern.
Not required, but make sure to tell us if you have any of these:
- Healthcare or high-ticket cash-pay client experience
- GoHighLevel, or a similar CRM and automation platform
- Zapier, Make or other automation tools
- Meta Ads Manager
- Briefing builders, designers or media buyers, and getting the work back right the first time
Pay and growth
- Junior Client Success Managers start at $1,500 USD per month, plus a share of the pod's monthly bonus pool.
- Raises follow responsibility, not tenure. And a 90-day review with the CEO to set what comes next.
- CSM to Strategist. This is a real step people here have been offered.
- Earn more by carrying more. Cover more than one seat in your pod well and you earn more than one seat's share of the bonus.
- Learn a niche most marketers never touch. Doctors as clients, four- and five-figure treatments. People who get good at this are rare, and they get paid like it.
- Room to build, zero micromanagement. See a better way to run things? Say so and run it.
Terms: full-time independent contractor, paid semi-monthly in USD. 20 days of paid time off a year, including six US holidays, approved in advance. Fourteen-day notice, either party. Location flexible, Eastern hours fixed.
