About this role

The Applied AI Engineer role at Amigo is a launchpad. You'll ship production AI agents end-to-end — writing the code, shaping product decisions, and sitting with customers as they deploy — and in doing so, you'll build the exact skill set that opens doors to the next chapter of your career at Amigo.

This role is designed to help you grow into other parts of the company. Applied AI Engineers move into one of four paths within 6–12 months:

• Applied AI: stay in the org; go deeper on agent architecture, verification frameworks, and the hardest customer problems; become a technical leader on the applied team

• Product Management: if you gravitate toward roadmap, discovery, and shaping what we build next

• Sales Engineering: if you thrive in pre-sales, technical storytelling, and closing enterprise deals

• Software Engineering: if you want to go deeper on platform, infrastructure, and core systems

You won't have to guess which fits. This role will actively help you explore each path, give you projects that stretch in those directions, and sponsor the internal transition when you're ready. People who want to stay on the applied side long-term can do that too — but this role is explicitly built so you don't have to.

What you'll do

• Implement context graphs that enable agents to select the right reasoning mode (lookup, pattern recognition, exploration) based on problem complexity

• Build and optimize agent configurations, including static personas, dynamic behaviors, and functional memory systems

• Design bounded Operational Patient Domains (OPDs) with explicit inclusions, exclusions, capabilities, and escalation rules

• Implement verification loops and simulation-based testing to validate agent performance against customer KPIs

• Write Python code for tool integrations and API orchestration within customer environments

• Build evaluation suites that gate deployments using customer-specific success metrics

• Collaborate with domain experts through structured interviews to capture reasoning patterns and clinical protocols

• Support technical power users through git-based workflows for rapid iteration

• Implement adversarial testing to systematically identify and prevent failure modes

• Ensure agents maintain audit-ready provenance with version pinning and evidence links

• Contribute to systematizing implementation patterns across different problem domains

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of production software engineering experience

• Strong Python skills including proper use of typing, and experience building highly reliable systems that interact with external APIs (schema design, retry strategies, error propagation)

• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building on AI platforms

• Ability to implement systems with strict reliability requirements

• Understanding of testing and verification methodologies

• Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders to deliver technical solutions

• Familiarity with git workflows and collaborative development

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for complex systems

• Ability to balance theoretical concepts with practical implementation constraints

• Clear technical communication for both engineering and non-technical audiences

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Own and drive high-priority initiatives end-to-end across any function. Scope deliverables, set milestones, manage dependencies across teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and quality standards.

• Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and action plans. You're the person who builds the model, frames the trade-offs, and delivers a recommendation.

• Help design and run the company's operating cadences — reporting cycles, planning processes, review rhythms. Identify where process is missing or breaking and stand up lightweight systems before problems compound.

• Act as the connective tissue between the CEO, functional leads, and execution teams, ensuring outcomes are measurable and repeatable.

About You

• 5–7+ years in business operations, finance, or management consulting, with at 2 years in a cross-functional ops or chief-of-staff-type role at a high-growth company preferred

About the Role

We're hiring a Data Engineer to sit at the intersection of our analytics and engineering teams. You'll be responsible for making Pivotal's product data accessible, reliable, and ready for analysis, connecting data sources to our warehouse, building clean transformation pipelines, and ensuring our analysts have what they need to drive business decisions.

This is not a traditional software engineering role and it's not a pure analyst role either. You'll bring a strong technical foundation and apply it in service of business outcomes: faster reporting, better data access, and more reliable pipelines that the team can actually trust.

What You’ll Do

• Own the pipeline from product database to analytics warehouse: Take full ownership of extracting data from our PostgreSQL product database and loading it into BigQuery. Design and maintain the ETL processes that make this happen reliably, with the right structure for downstream analytics use.

• Bring in new data sources: Expand our analytics footprint by integrating new data sources, including third-party tools like Salesforce, into our warehouse. You'll partner with our DevOps team to establish the right service accounts, permissions, and connection patterns to do this securely and correctly.

• Build and maintain analytics-ready tables: Use dbt to design, build, and manage the transformation layer that turns raw data into clean, well-structured tables. You'll have real ownership over what the data looks like: what gets modeled, how it's shaped, and what makes it most useful for reporting.

• Support reporting and business insights: Work alongside our analysts to support the reporting layer, ensuring data is fresh, accurate, and structured in a way that makes building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase reliable and efficient.

• Be the bridge between analytics and engineering: Attend engineering team meetings to stay ahead of product changes that could affect analytics. Serve as the connective tissue between both teams, translating data needs into technical solutions and keeping everyone aligned.

• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in modern cloud data warehouses: BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift

• Proficient with dbt for managing SQL transformations. You understand how to write clean, maintainable, well-documented models

About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.

This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. You’ll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.

This is a high-ambiguity, high-velocity role. You will not be handed perfectly scoped tickets or asked to maintain a mature product in a narrow lane. You’ll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we can turn ideas into valuable product experiences. The upside is massive impact: the products you work on can materially change how the company operates and how customers experience Pivotal.

We also want someone who is AI-first in how they work. Part of this team’s job is building AI-powered products, but part of it is also helping the company get dramatically better at using AI. We want a product engineer who is personally fluent with AI tools and can use them to move faster, think better, and build stronger products.

The Role

We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to own pipeline generation and revenue across EMEA. You will be one of the first commercial hires in the region, responsible for landing and expanding mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France, Italy, and the Middle East and Africa. This is a full-cycle quota-carrying role: you will prospect, qualify, run complex evaluations, negotiate contracts, and close deals alongside sales engineering, product, and executive sponsors.

You will report to the SVP of EMEA and work closely with marketing, partnerships, and the founding team to shape our EMEA go-to-market motion from the ground up. Expect to spend meaningful time on the road meeting customers, partners, and prospects across the region.

What You'll Do

• Carry a number: Own an annual new-logo and expansion quota across assigned EMEA territory.

• Generate pipeline: Build and maintain 4x pipeline coverage through a mix of outbound prospecting, partner-sourced opportunities, inbound follow-up, and account-based plays into target logos.

• Run the cycle: Run disciplined, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC (or equivalent), orchestrating SE, product, legal, security, and executive resources to close six- and seven-figure ACV deals.

• Sell value: Articulate the TENEX.AI platform, ROI, and differentiation to technical buyers (CISOs, heads of security operations, VPs of engineering) and economic buyers (CIOs, CFOs).

• Operate in EMEA: Navigate data residency, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act considerations with customers and partners; localize messaging and commercial terms per market.

• Develop the ecosystem: Build relationships with key regional partners (GSIs, VARs, MSSPs, hyperscaler field teams) to accelerate coverage and close.

• Forecast and improve: Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce; contribute to territory planning, pricing feedback, and playbook development as one of the first reps in region.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years selling into enterprise accounts in EMEA.

• Demonstrable track record of consistently hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, including multiple six- or seven-figure ACV wins.

• Experience selling a technical product to security, IT, or engineering buyers. Cybersecurity, observability, data infrastructure, DevOps tooling, or AI/ML platforms preferred.

• Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language (German, French, Dutch, or a Nordic language) strongly preferred.

• Comfort operating in ambiguity: you have been an early hire, a founding AE, or the first rep in a new region before.

• Structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or equivalent) and rigorous CRM hygiene.

• Willingness to travel 40–60% across EMEA and occasionally to US HQ.

• EU or UK work authorization.

Our engineering team is building the core infrastructure that powers private capital markets. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and the leadership team to design and build high-impact products. The Role

As a Sr. Software Engineer at Finalis, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our ai-native platform across our three core pillars: compliance, data, and payments. You’ll own significant parts of our system design and implementation, contribute to our technical roadmap, and mentor other engineers. What you will do and achieve:

• Own and evolve core parts of our AI platform, spanning search, retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration.

• Lead the design and build-out of a multi-agent system, including defining new agent “pillars” and how they collaborate in production.

The Role

This is not a generalist SRE role.

You will design, operate, and debug large-scale GPU infrastructure used for distributed training and inference, working directly with customers pushing the limits of modern AI systems.

We’re looking for engineers who have personally run GPU clusters in production, understand the failure modes of distributed training, and can reason about performance from network fabric → kernel → framework.

What You’ll Own

• GPU Cluster Architecture: Design and evolve multi-provider, multi-region GPU compute clusters optimized for large-scale training. Make topology-aware scheduling, networking, and storage decisions that directly impact training throughput and cost efficiency.

• Customer Technical Partnership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers running large-scale training workloads. Onboard, troubleshoot, and optimize, often in real time.

• Reliability & Performance Engineering: Define SLOs and error budgets that account for the unique failure modes of GPU infrastructure (ECC errors, NVLink degradation, NCCL timeouts). Own capacity planning across heterogeneous GPU fleets optimized for training throughput.

• Networking & Fabric Health: Ensure the health and performance of high-speed interconnects (InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink) that underpin distributed training. Diagnose and resolve fabric-level issues that degrade collective operations.

• Observability: Build deep visibility into GPU utilization, memory pressure, interconnect throughput, training job performance, and hardware health. Go well beyond standard infrastructure metrics.

• Automation & Tooling: Build production-grade automation for cluster provisioning, GPU health checks, job scheduling, self-healing, and firmware/driver lifecycle management.

• Incident Leadership: Lead incident response for complex, multi-layer failures spanning hardware, networking, orchestration, and ML frameworks. Drive blameless postmortems and systemic fixes.

What We’re Looking For

• GPU Systems Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience operating large-scale GPU clusters (NVIDIA A100/H100/B200 or equivalent). You understand GPU memory hierarchies, ECC behavior, thermal throttling, and hardware failure modes from direct experience not documentation.

• High-Performance Networking: Production experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, or NVLink fabrics in the context of distributed training. You can diagnose why an all-reduce is slow, identify a degraded link in a fat-tree topology, and reason about congestion control at scale.

• Distributed Training & ML Frameworks: Working knowledge of how large training jobs actually run — NCCL, CUDA, PyTorch distributed, DeepSpeed, Megatron, FSDP, or similar. You don't need to write the models, but you need to understand what's happening at the systems level when a 1,000-GPU training run stalls.

• Linux & Systems Internals: Expert-level Linux knowledge: kernel tuning, driver management (NVIDIA drivers, CUDA toolkit), cgroup/namespace internals, performance profiling at the syscall and hardware level.

• Kubernetes & Orchestration: Strong experience running Kubernetes in production with GPU workloads, including device plugins, topology-aware scheduling, multi-cluster federation, and custom operators. Experience with Slurm or other HPC schedulers is equally valued.

• Automation & Software Engineering: Strong engineering skills in Python, Go, or Bash. You build production-grade tools and services, not just scripts. Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or equivalent).

• Observability & Monitoring: Hands-on experience building monitoring and alerting for GPU infrastructure, not just Prometheus/Grafana basics, but GPU-specific telemetry (DCGM, nvidia-smi, fabric manager metrics) integrated into actionable dashboards.

• Incident Management: Proven track record leading incident response for complex distributed systems where the failure could be in hardware, firmware, networking, drivers, orchestration, or application code and you need to narrow it down fast.

Strong Candidates May Have

• Distributed Storage: Experience with high-performance parallel file systems (VAST, Weka, Lustre, GPFS) and the checkpoint I/O and data-loading bottlenecks that come with large training runs.

• Training Optimization: Experience profiling and optimizing distributed training performance: identifying stragglers, tuning collective communication strategies, improving MFU (Model FLOPs Utilization), and reducing idle GPU time across large runs.

The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in advancing the Arrive Health Network platform—a core part of Interra Health’s ecosystem that powers real-time prescription decision-making and cost transparency at the point of care.

You will help guide the design and development of scalable, high-impact systems used by providers and care teams to deliver more accessible and affordable treatment options. This role combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional partnership—actively collaborating on complex initiatives, contributing to architectural decisions, and working closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to ensure our platform evolves with reliability and integrity at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex greenfield projects used directly by providers and clinical staff

• Partner with engineering and product leadership on planning, prioritization, and execution

• Maintain and evolve backend systems and tools used by internal clinical and operational teams

• Integrate with electronic health records (EHRs) and external partner APIs

• Contribute to platform, monitoring, and infrastructure efforts in partnership with Platform Engineering (AWS, Terraform, Docker, DataDog)

• Build solutions with attention to system interoperability, scalability, and long-term maintainability

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including participating in on-call rotations

• Mentor engineers and help elevate technical standards on the team

• Help on-board new engineers, teaching them how to use and monitor our pipeline

Expectations:

• Contribute to team-wide technical initiatives that span multiple systems

• Develop deep expertise in the healthcare and prescription coverage domain, and use that knowledge to inform architectural decisions by anticipating future needs

• Maintain and extend our existing system using Agile practices including TDD, pair programming,

• and radically collaborative development

• Identify cross-cutting problems and suggest solutions (shared services, tooling, architecture)

• Actively participate in collaborative efforts across team and functional boundaries, particularly with Product, to solve shared problems and contribute to company-wide goals

• Help evolve and uphold engineering standards, documentation, and team norms

• Stay current with modern development practices and tooling, and contribute to evolving team workflows, such as agentic AI workflows

• Close collaboration with other lead engineers and product management on planning and execution in a remote-first environment

What You’ll Bring:

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Strong experience building and scaling full stack applications in production environments

• Experience designing distributed systems and integrating with external APIs (EHR experience a plus)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in one or more backend languages/frameworks (Kotlin/Spring, Ruby on Rails, or similar)

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or similar)

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and service-oriented architecture

• Solid working knowledge of SQL and data modeling

• Increasing familiarity with AI models and tools
