• 5+ years of experience in senior accounting roles, with a proven track record of personally owning the monthly close process.
• C1 English level or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Practical, hands-on experience preparing financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end monthly close process to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial forecasts and the annual budget.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows and increase efficiency.
• Provide reliable financial data and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
