Final engagement terms are confirmed during hiring.Position Overview:Handle customer conversations, explain options and respond to objections in clear spoken English.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer conversations, explain options and respond to objections in clear spoken English.- Close phone sales or book appointments and confirm next steps.- Record follow-ups and handoffs in CRM and calling systems.Qualifications:- 3+ years combined customer service and phone sales experience, with a proven track record closing deals or setting appointments over the phone.- Strong, clear spoken English suitable for live US customer calls, including explaining options, handling objections, and confirming next steps.- Clear English communication for US business collaboration.Additional Relevant Experience:- Experience supporting US-based customers or companies (home services / roofing / similar a plus).- Comfortable with VoIP and CRM workflows (Dialpad, Acculynx, Podium or similar) for logging follow-ups and handoffs.- Available full-time Mon–Fri roughly 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern for inbound + outbound closer / A/R work.Resume Submission Guidelines:Paste your complete English resume into the Sagan application form, with at least 1,000 characters.
