We are Canadian family company of 45 years with strong ties to Mexico . Our current staff have all been born or spent most of their lives up north but now prefer to live in the sunny south . We all sound like we come from Alberta . You too must be able to pass as a local . Many of our customers are ESL so you must have a good ear to understand highly accented English from many nationalities . It often requires a real native level understanding to follow what our customers in Vancouver are saying . It is extremely multicultural there and many do not speak English .

This job is easy and profitable if you are good at psychology . Our calls are all warm and the customers are looking for confidence and support in this very stressful time of their life . This is not about estimating and numbers . It is about building rapport and trust.

Our software is complex and there are intricate procedures to follow .There are lots of logistics skills required behind the scene so you need to be a quick learner . We are too small to have any formal training so you need to catch on fast . That is why I keep talking about being smart .Usually i find if you are a super smart salesperson you can apply that same smartness to learning anything needed .

We are not a call center and our efforts are geared more towards quality rather than quantity . If you are an aggressive call center guy you will not fit here . Our customers respond well to women and a positive humor . We are seeking PERSONALITY and BRAINS . Looks don't matter lol .
