designer illustrator game ai

Department: Art Team

Location: Warsaw (Remote)

Description

RubyPlay is a place where passion meets competence. Since 2017, we’ve made more than 200 innovative games and built more than 100 strong partnerships globally!

Proud to be:
  • The Winner at BFTH Arena Awards — Best Online Casino Game
  • Shortlisted for SBC Awards 2024 — Casino/Slots Developer of the Year
  • A strong player on 10+ markets globally
  • Beloved workplace for hundreds of specialists from 34 countries
We are now looking for a passionate 2D artist. We need someone who is genuinely driven by art, constantly draws, and gets a kick out of creating juicy, crisp, and super-polished visuals.

We have nothing against image generation, but AI shouldn't be used to cover up a lack of fundamental skills (light, color, form, composition). We need people whose manual drawing skills and foundational knowledge surpass what generation can output.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Symbols: Draw consistent sets with an obvious visual hierarchy. Your art must be flawlessly readable on any mobile screen
  • Backgrounds: Create deep atmospheres while smartly managing the player's focus. The background should set the mood but technically guide the eye to the main elements (the reels)
  • Characters: Create charismatic heroes with a twist. Properly prepare assets for animation, conceptualizing and drawing clearly readable stages and visual upgrades
  • UI, Pop-ups & Features: Design cool and intuitive in-game UI. Create interface elements that evoke emotion but remain crystal clear and highly functional (smart work with typography, text, banners, and composition)

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

  • Strong Fundamentals. Excellent understanding of design, color, light, volume, perspective, and spatial thinking
  • Experience in Slots is a must. You understand the specifics of the iGaming genre, technical requirements, and know what functional slot art should look like
  • Independence. We work without micromanagement. We expect you to drive your own tasks, work within given timeframes, avoid drowning in perfectionism for its own sake, and proactively resolve blockers
  • English. Confident spoken level for comfortable communication and teamwork
What AI Skills we need:
  • Character/background concept draft creation and variation expansion using Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Nano Banana etc
  • Reduce production time and build an efficient AI art pipeline by porting AI tools to existing art
  • Post-fixing and high-resolution upscaling of AI productsIdentify the latest generative AI trends and provide guidance on using AI tools
Qualification Requirements:
  • People who have a high level of understanding of modeling, color, and composition before using AI tools
  • A person with excellent sophisticated prompt design and parameter control capabilities to produce the intended results
What we want to see in your portfolio:
  • Commercial & Personal Work: Show us what you've done for business, but also show us your studies and sketches. We want to see how you think and develop, and that you draw not just for work, but for yourself
  • Teamwork / Shipped Projects: Don't be shy about attaching screenshots of finished slots and team projects! Just honestly caption your exact contribution. We know gamedev is a team sport
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Spine 2D / 3D (any software for block-outs)
  • WIPs (Work in Progress steps) from your past projects

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Remote-first flexibility — Work from anywhere with a setup for deep focus and work-life balance
  • Learning & growth — Development budgets and dedicated days to upskill and explore new areas
  • Health & wellness — Medical coverage and well-being budgets to help you feel balanced, strong, and supported
  • Yearly bonus — Rewards based on company success and your impact
  • Career growth — Vertical and horizontal opportunities to grow and advance
  • Global team — Talented, diverse colleagues you’ll enjoy working with

The AI Systems team is focused on building Wealthsimple's first-party AI tools and platforms. We design, develop, and operate the systems that bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of our teams and clients - from intelligent assistants and workflow automation to internal productivity tools powered by large language models.

We're looking for software developers who are excited about building production-grade AI systems end-to-end: from frontend interfaces to backend services, infrastructure to deployment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, and operate first-party AI tools and platforms that serve internal teams and Wealthsimple clients.

  • Develop full-stack features across React frontends and Golang backend services, delivering complete, production-ready systems.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and translate them into working software.

  • Build and maintain containerized microservices, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy.

  • Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into our tools through well-designed APIs and service layers.

  • Contribute to platform architecture decisions, helping shape how AI systems are built and operated at Wealthsimple.

  • Iterate quickly on new features and prototypes, balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.

  • Establish patterns and best practices for AI system development that other teams can adopt.

Our technologies:

  • Golang for backend services

  • Container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • AWS infrastructure

  • PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching

  • LLM APIs and AI/ML tooling

  • Datadog, Sentry, and Mixpanel for monitoring and observability

  • AI-assisted development workflow

What you bring:

  • Experience building and shipping production software as a full-stack or backend-focused developer.

  • Strong proficiency in Golang and React, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on both.

  • Hands-on experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployment patterns.

  • Interest in or experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered products.

  • Ability to work across the full stack - from crafting user interfaces to designing APIs and backend services.

  • A product-oriented mindset: you care about the end-user experience and work with stakeholders to deliver features that solve real problems.

  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and technology evolve quickly.

Nice-to-have's:

  • Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity software.

  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.

  • Background in building event-driven or streaming architectures.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Background in financial services or regulated industries.

Chief Revenue Officer
  • ContinuumGlobal, Inc
  • Remote, US
sales exec senior ai

About ContinuumGlobal

ContinuumGlobal is an AI-enabled engagement marketing agency helping global brands, including Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, and Kraken, deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Through our proprietary Smart Marketing Engine™, we bring together data, AI, creative, and operations to transform how marketing is planned, executed, and optimized. We're not just building campaigns; we're building a better way to do this work.

About the Role

You don't need a large team to feel like a big deal.

Some of the best revenue leaders we know would rather close one transformational deal than manage a pipeline full of noise. If that sounds like you, this is worth five minutes of your time.

We're a 15-year-old Silicon Valley-born AI company working with some of the most recognizable names in global technology. Our platform and solutions help enterprise marketing teams do something most vendors only promise: execute hyper-personalized campaigns at scale, across every channel, powered by proprietary AI. Our clients aren't experimenting with AI anymore — they're operationalizing it, and we're the reason why.

We're looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who is, first and foremost, a closer.

Not a VP of Sales with a director title change. Not a strategy-deck leader who delegates to quota-carrying reps. We want someone who still gets a quiet thrill from a signed enterprise contract and who has the executive relationships to make that happen.

This role is built for someone who:

  • Has spent years building genuine trust with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers, and can pick up the phone and get a meeting
  • Has personally closed complex, high-value deals (not just overseen the team that did)
  • Thrives operating lean, close to the product, and directly alongside company leadership
  • Sees a proprietary AI platform as a genuine competitive advantage, not just a slide to present

You'll own the full revenue motion, from first conversation to signed contract, and have real influence on where this company grows next. This is not a caretaker role. It's a builder role for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt.

Background that tends to resonate: enterprise SaaS or martech sales, AI-driven marketing platforms, digital transformation services, or agency leadership at the enterprise level.

The company is profitable, mission-driven, and deliberately selective about growth. The people here are sharp, direct, and serious about what they're building. If you've been in a large organization where great ideas die in committee, you'll notice the difference.

All conversations handled with complete confidentiality.

If this reads like a role written for you, reach out directly. We'd love to hear about the deals you're proudest of.

$220,000 - $260,000 a year

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $220,000 – $260,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the role.

ContinuumGlobal offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with an employer match.

Candidates in Colorado: In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the full compensation package includes the above salary range, a commission plan, and benefits as described.

Why ContinuumGlobal

ContinuumGlobal sits at the intersection of AI, data, and human engagement — a space most agencies can't credibly claim. Our client list speaks for itself: Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, Kraken. These are brands with the highest standards, and we earn their trust by being specialists, not generalists. Our team combines technical depth — data, engineering, AI — with creative and strategic thinking, a combination that's rarer than it sounds and produces measurably better outcomes. We move at the speed of our clients, many of whom are defining their categories in real time. And we're global but nimble — US, UK, Canada, India — with the infrastructure to support enterprise programs and the culture of a team that still cares deeply about the work.

This role is central to that mission. You'll have the support, the access, and the expectation to help shape what comes next.

Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not now or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).

Continuum was founded in Silicon Valley in 2009 and today has over 800 employees worldwide.

ContinuumGlobal is committed to fostering an environment of Diversity and Inclusion where employees are both valued and heard. We have a diverse representation of gender, race, sex, thought, and other personal characteristics that contribute to the improvement of our commerce and people.

We also provide accommodations during the interview process. Please reach out to our People Operations department at jblanke@continuumglobal.com for accommodation.

Preguntas frecuentes
