Remote Machine Learning and AI job offers. Predictive models, NLP, computer vision and more.
ContinuumGlobal is an AI-enabled engagement marketing agency helping global brands, including Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, and Kraken, deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Through our proprietary Smart Marketing Engineâ¢, we bring together data, AI, creative, and operations to transform how marketing is planned, executed, and optimized. We're not just building campaigns; we're building a better way to do this work.
You don't need a large team to feel like a big deal.
Some of the best revenue leaders we know would rather close one transformational deal than manage a pipeline full of noise. If that sounds like you, this is worth five minutes of your time.
We're a 15-year-old Silicon Valley-born AI company working with some of the most recognizable names in global technology. Our platform and solutions help enterprise marketing teams do something most vendors only promise: execute hyper-personalized campaigns at scale, across every channel, powered by proprietary AI. Our clients aren't experimenting with AI anymore â they're operationalizing it, and we're the reason why.
We're looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who is, first and foremost, a closer.
Not a VP of Sales with a director title change. Not a strategy-deck leader who delegates to quota-carrying reps. We want someone who still gets a quiet thrill from a signed enterprise contract and who has the executive relationships to make that happen.
This role is built for someone who:
You'll own the full revenue motion, from first conversation to signed contract, and have real influence on where this company grows next. This is not a caretaker role. It's a builder role for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt.
Background that tends to resonate: enterprise SaaS or martech sales, AI-driven marketing platforms, digital transformation services, or agency leadership at the enterprise level.
The company is profitable, mission-driven, and deliberately selective about growth. The people here are sharp, direct, and serious about what they're building. If you've been in a large organization where great ideas die in committee, you'll notice the difference.
All conversations handled with complete confidentiality.
If this reads like a role written for you, reach out directly. We'd love to hear about the deals you're proudest of.
\nIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is $220,000 â $260,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the role.
ContinuumGlobal offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with an employer match.
Candidates in Colorado: In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the full compensation package includes the above salary range, a commission plan, and benefits as described.
ContinuumGlobal sits at the intersection of AI, data, and human engagement â a space most agencies can't credibly claim. Our client list speaks for itself: Google, YouTube, Waymo, Coinbase, Kraken. These are brands with the highest standards, and we earn their trust by being specialists, not generalists. Our team combines technical depth â data, engineering, AI â with creative and strategic thinking, a combination that's rarer than it sounds and produces measurably better outcomes. We move at the speed of our clients, many of whom are defining their categories in real time. And we're global but nimble â US, UK, Canada, India â with the infrastructure to support enterprise programs and the culture of a team that still cares deeply about the work.
This role is central to that mission. You'll have the support, the access, and the expectation to help shape what comes next.
Applicants must have work authorization in the US that does not now or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
Continuum was founded in Silicon Valley in 2009 and today has over 800 employees worldwide.
ContinuumGlobal is committed to fostering an environment of Diversity and Inclusion where employees are both valued and heard. We have a diverse representation of gender, race, sex, thought, and other personal characteristics that contribute to the improvement of our commerce and people.
We also provide accommodations during the interview process. Please reach out to our People Operations department at jblanke@continuumglobal.com for accommodation.

We are Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development: from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world.
The role is open to candidates based in Gurgaon, India.
As an AI Engineer at Fluxon, you'll take the lead in designing, building and deploying AI-powered applications for our clients.
You'll be responsible for:
You'll work with technologies including:
Languages
AI / ML
Spun out of MIT CSAIL, we build general-purpose AI systems that run efficiently across deployment targets, from data center accelerators to on-device hardware, ensuring low latency, minimal memory usage, privacy, and reliability. We partner with enterprises across consumer electronics, automotive, life sciences, and financial services. We are scaling rapidly and need exceptional people to help us get there.
This is a rare chance to apply frontier sequential recommendation architectures to real enterprise problems at scale. You will own applied ML work end-to-end for recommendation system workloads, adapting Liquid Foundation Models for customers who need personalization and ranking capabilities that run efficiently under production constraints.
Unlike most recommendation roles that are siloed into a single product surface, this role gives you full ownership over how large-scale recommendation models are adapted, evaluated, and deployed for enterprise customers. Between engagements, you will build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future delivery.
If you care about data quality at scale, user behavior modeling, and making recommendation systems actually work in enterprise production environments, this is the role.
We need someone who:
Takes ownership: Owns customer recommendation system engagements end-to-end, from requirements through delivery and evaluation.
Thinks at scale: Can reason about user interaction data, sequential modeling, feature engineering, and evaluation across large-scale production systems.
Is pragmatic: Optimizes for measurable customer outcomes (engagement, conversion, revenue lift) over theoretical novelty.
Communicates clearly: Can translate between customer business metrics and internal technical decisions, and push back when needed.
Act as the technical owner for enterprise customer engagements involving recommendation and ranking workloads
Translate customer requirements into concrete specifications for recommendation models
Design and execute data pipelines for user interaction data, feature engineering, and training data curation at scale
Fine-tune and adapt large-scale sequential recommendation models (e.g., HSTU-style architectures) for customer-specific use cases
Design task-specific evaluations for recommendation model performance (ranking quality, latency, throughput) and interpret results
Build reusable applied tooling and workflows that accelerate future customer engagements
Must-have:
Hands-on experience building or fine-tuning recommendation models at scale (not just off-the-shelf collaborative filtering)
Experience with sequential recommendation architectures, user behavior modeling, or large-scale ranking systems
Strong intuition for data quality and evaluation design in recommendation contexts (offline metrics, A/B testing, business metric alignment)
Experience with large-scale data pipelines for user interaction data and feature engineering
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch with autonomous coding and debugging ability
Nice-to-have:
Experience with transformer-based recommendation architectures (HSTU, SASRec, BERT4Rec, or similar)
Experience delivering recommendation systems to external customers with measurable business outcomes
Familiarity with serving recommendation models under latency and throughput constraints
Independently owns and delivers enterprise recommendation system engagements with minimal oversight
Is trusted by customers as the technical owner, demonstrating strong judgment on the tradeoffs between model quality, latency, and business impact
Has built reusable applied workflows or tooling that accelerate future customer engagements
Real ML work: You will build and adapt large-scale recommendation models for enterprise customers, working with frontier architectures like HSTU under real production constraints.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with equity in a unicorn-stage company
Health: We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and dependents
Financial: 401(k) matching up to 4% of base pay
Time Off: Unlimited PTO plus company-wide Refill Days throughout the year
We're quickly growing and super excited for you to join us!
