As the Director of Content Marketing & Media, you will own the content operation that powers our inbound pipeline and builds our audience. You will lead SEO-driven content strategy, AI search discoverability, multi-format editorial production, video content, and audience growth across social and email. You will define our editorial voice, shape the content formats that drive Luxury Presence’s next chapter of growth, and use AI to accelerate production and scale output. Few roles offer this blend of creative ownership, commercial accountability, and industry-wide influence. With success, you will lay the foundation for a broader media ecosystem investment in 2027 and beyond.

This is not a brand marketing role. You will be measured on organic traffic, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and audience growth. You need to be equally comfortable setting editorial standards and understanding why a piece of content converts. Here’s what you’ll own:

Organic Growth and SEO Strategy
  • Own the content strategy that drives organic search traffic, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.

  • Partner with the SEO team to align content production with keyword strategy, topic clusters, and technical SEO priorities.

  • Lead the company’s content approach to AI search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity), building workflows that increase Luxury Presence’s citation and mention rates across LLM-driven discovery.

  • Use data to evaluate content performance and make strategic calls on where to invest editorial resources.


Multi-Format Content Production
  • Build and run a structured content operation that ships on schedule across all formats: blog, newsletter, webinars, white papers, lead magnets, research reports, CEO OpEds, keynote scripts, and event content.

  • Establish production calendars, editorial workflows, quality standards, and review cycles that maintain a high bar at increasing volume.

  • Expand the newsletter’s reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution as a core distribution channel.

  • Oversee webinar and event content production that showcases Luxury Presence’s leadership and generates demand.

  • Direct the production of thought leadership content, including CEO-bylined pieces for top-tier publications, conference keynotes, and panel preparation.


Audience Growth, Social Media, and Video
  • Own audience development strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with clear growth targets for followers, subscribers, and engagement rates on each platform.

  • Set platform-specific content strategies that account for algorithmic behavior, format trends, and audience preferences on each channel.

  • Oversee video content production, including Luxury Presence’s YouTube shows, providing creative and editorial direction on pacing, packaging, titles, and thumbnails to maximize reach and retention.

  • Build and manage the derivative content pipeline, turning long-form content into high-performing short-form social assets optimized for each platform.

  • Track and report on audience growth, engagement metrics, and content performance across all social channels, using data to inform programming and distribution decisions.

  • Experiment with new formats, features, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of how audiences consume content.


Team, AI Production, and Contributor Network
  • Build and lead a content team spanning editorial, video production, and social media.

  • Expand the existing contributor and freelancer network to increase capacity for blog production, expert interviews, and specialized content.

  • Integrate AI tools into content production workflows to accelerate ideation, drafting, optimization, repurposing, and distribution at a pace and scale that would not be possible with a traditional content operation.

  • Establish clear operating rhythms, reporting cadences, and accountability structures across the team.


Talent Network and Distribution
  • Build and manage the Presence® Talent Network, a roster of top-producing agents and creators who serve as on-camera talent and content collaborators.

  • Coordinate talent communications, earned media placements, and influencer activity in partnership with the PR function.

  • Amplify content through coordinated distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Here’s what we’re looking for:


Your Experience
  • 7 to 12 years in content marketing, media, editorial, or demand generation environments.

  • Proven experience building content engines that drove measurable organic traffic, MQLs, and pipeline. You can point to specific numbers and explain what you did to move them.

  • Track record growing social media audiences with platform-native content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You understand what drives subscriber growth, engagement, and retention on each platform.

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and how search algorithms affect content decisions. Familiarity with AI search discoverability is a significant plus.

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production, from ideation and drafting through optimization and repurposing. You have a clear point of view on how AI changes the economics of content operations.

  • Experience producing or overseeing video content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats. You do not need to be a hands-on editor, but you must be able to provide creative and editorial direction.

  • Track record of managing multi-format editorial operations: blogs, newsletters, webinars, lead magnets, research reports, and event content.

  • Experience building and managing content teams that include a mix of full-time staff, freelancers, and contributors.

  • A portfolio or body of work that demonstrates strong editorial judgment, contemporary taste, and results.

You'll be the "General Manager" of our most important sales channel, responsible for turning every visitor session into a measurable business outcome. You'll have full ownership of the website’s commercial health.


Your mission is to move beyond static pages and create a dynamic, engaging, and highly personalized "digital storefront" that captures data, builds trust, and maximizes conversion at every stage of the funnel.

The Mandate: Website Monetization & Merchandising
  • Commercial Ownership: Full accountability for website KPIs, including conversion rates (visit-to-app), bounce rates, and overall revenue per session. You will identify "leaks" in the funnel and design the strategies to plug them.
  • Onsite Merchandising & Hooks: Design and execute a promotional roadmap. You will be responsible for the "visual merchandising" of the site—creating compelling promotional hooks, seasonal offers, and high-converting CTAs that drive immediate action.
  • Engagement Tool Strategy: Identify and source interactive tools (e.g., coverage calculators, industry quizzes, or risk assessment tools) that provide value to visitors while gathering intent data to move them deeper into the funnel.
  • Growth Program Development: Design, scale, and measure onsite "value-add" programs (such as loyalty flows or partner perks). You will focus on making these programs intuitive, making the value proposition clear, and ensuring they drive higher checkout completion.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: Lead our A/B and multivariate testing program. You will source the testing tools and design experiments—from layout shifts to messaging tests—to prove what drives the most revenue.
  • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Develop a strategy to target different customer segments (by industry or buying stage) with tailored content sections and themes. A contractor and a consultant should have two distinct, high-relevance experiences on our site.


The Mandate: Strategy, UX & Technical Fluency
  • Aesthetic & UX Leadership: Take a holistic view of the site to identify areas for modernization. You will work with the Design team to ensure the site's aesthetic is premium, modern, and high-trust.
  • Modern SEO & AI Strategy: Develop an organic growth strategy with a strong focus on the evolving landscape of AI-driven search, ensuring our technical footprint and content structures are built for the future.
  • Technical "Bridge" (WP Literacy): While you will partner with a dedicated WordPress Developer for complex builds, you must be "tech-fluent." You understand WordPress architecture, site footprints, and load-time optimization. You are comfortable making small administrative tweaks and managing the "admin" side of the house to keep marketing moving fast.
  • Data Capture for Non-Converters: Identify creative ways to engage and collect data from visitors who don’t convert on their first visit, building a long-term pipeline for the marketing team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 6+ years in Growth Marketing, Digital Merchandising, or Website Experience Management.
  • Commercial DNA: You don't just care about "traffic"; you care about revenue. You have a proven track record of managing a high-traffic site with direct commercial outcomes.
  • The "Marketer's Eye": Strong UI/UX sensibilities. You can articulate why a design will or won't convert and can bridge the gap between "pretty" and "performant."
  • Tech-Fluent: You are deeply familiar with the WordPress ecosystem and basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS). You know how to talk to a developer to get complex things built right the first time.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000, not including the annual discretionary bonus and any additional performance-based incentives.

We're growing Arrived as a SaaS product and we're hiring our first dedicated marketer to help us do it.

The Role

You'll work closely with the product team — which means you'll actually understand what you're marketing. That's not an accident; it's the whole point.

Part of working with the product team means you'll have a real seat at the table. When you notice patterns — content that converts, questions that keep coming up, features users ask about — that intelligence feeds directly into what we build next. Marketing and product aren't separate departments here; they're the same conversation.

This is a mid-level IC role with a real ownership mandate. You'll come in, get up to speed on our systems and workflows, and make them your own. Nobody's going to micromanage your output — but nobody's going to hand you a fully built machine either. You write well, you know how to move organic traffic, and you run HubSpot like it's your instrument. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

What You'll Own

  • Content that earns attention — blog posts, landing page copy, newsletters, and social for event organizers running conferences, fundraisers, summits, campus events, and more. Quality over volume.

  • SEO end-to-end: keyword research, on-page optimization, and building off-page presence. You'll know your way around Ahrefs or Semrush and have results to show for it.

  • HubSpot — really owning it. Lifecycle email sequences, onboarding flows, re-engagement campaigns, list management, workflow automation, and integrations. Not the basics. The real thing.

  • Influencer and partnership marketing in the event planning space. The people who wrangle speakers, manage RSVPs, and print name badges are your audience — and some of them have big followings.

  • Analytics and reporting that tells the actual story: what's driving signups, where users are dropping off inside the product, and which interventions move activation and retention. You'll share those findings with the product team, not just a marketing dashboard.

  • Behavioral email campaigns — automated emails triggered by user actions inside Arrived, built in close collaboration with the product team.

  • Social media creative — writing copy and developing content that stops the scroll, not just fills the calendar.

You're a Fit if You Have 

  • 2–4 years in growth, content, or digital marketing in a B2B or SaaS context

  • Real HubSpot experience — lifecycle and behavioral automation, sequences, workflows, and integrations. You've built emails that fire based on what users do, not just when they sign up.

  • Strong writing skills in English — you know when copy is working and when it isn't

  • Hands-on time with Ahrefs, Semrush, or a comparable SEO tool

  • A self-directed working style — you figure out what needs doing and do it

  • Comfort working async with a small, remote team across time zones

  • Curiosity about AI tools and how they apply to marketing — whether that's using AI to scale content, automate research, or build smarter workflows. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be actively experimenting.

About the Position

The Project Manager I is an entry-level role on TEECOM’s internal Project Management path, reporting to Team Leads. You keep the team’s delivery machinery running — tracking, documentation, coordination, and reporting — so that Team Leads can focus on client relationships and strategic leadership.

This role is a common entry point from the Designer path. Designers build engineering, production, and project management capability before participating in a TEECOM Grow career development discussion to determine long-term path alignment. Project Manager I is one of those next-step options.

You provide operational support that strengthens visibility into scope, schedule, staffing, documentation, quality, and execution tracking across the team’s portfolio. Rather than independently leading complex engagements or managing client relationships, you reinforce the delivery systems that enable consistent execution and clear reporting.

You partner closely with Team Leads, Group Leads, Project Supervisors, and Subtask PMs to maintain clarity, reinforce established workflows, and improve coordination and quality across the team’s portfolio. Experience and Qualifications
