Funciones

Requisitos y experiencia

Formación en Ingeniería en Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines en computación. Se requieren mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares y experiencia comprobable en la implementación de pipelines ETL. Se valora conocimiento y manejo avanzado de Python y SQL, experiencia práctica en despliegue de aplicaciones y manejo de contenedores, así como experiencia en orquestación de datos con herramientas como Apache Airflow o Prefect. Dominio de control de versiones (Git) y trabajo colaborativo, consultas a APIs y bases de datos avanzadas. Conocimientos de Google Suite y Office. Habilidades analíticas, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Idiomas: Español nativo; Inglés deseable (upper-intermediate).

Alongside billing, you’ll grow into a broader platform portfolio — the partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and reporting infrastructure that power the business.   • Billing & Payments Architecture: Design and build Rebuy’s centralized billing system that handles merchant billing, partner payments, and customer-facing charges. Architect the integration layer that allows payment balances to be applied across Rebuy’s full suite of services. Tackle genuinely complex financial engineering challenges with PHP and Go at scale.

  • Build Robust APIs: Design and implement secure, well-structured APIs in PHP and Go to power billing events, payment processing, and financial data flows across our platform and Shopify integrations.

  • Legacy Modernization: Lead and contribute to the migration of our Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4. This is high-priority, near-term work with real business dependencies — including enterprise partnership commitments — and requires a PHP engineer with the experience and judgment to do it right.

You will step in to replace an external consulting firm, bringing high-level work in-house and serving as the "owner of the truth" for our financial data. 


We need a "Strategic Modeler"—someone who possesses elite Excel skills but uses them to tell a clear business story. You will be responsible for ensuring our financials are accurate at all times, handling complex revenue recognition, and providing the executive team with a clear view of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Gross Margin) without needing 48 hours to clean the data first.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the QuickBooks Online environment
  • Map historical data from QB Desktop to the new Chart of Accounts for seamless Year-Over-Year reporting
  • Execute the financial separation of consulting business from the main FinTech entity
  • Develop allocation methodologies for shared resources (servers, overhead) to produce standalone P&Ls for both entities
  • Own the ARR Waterfall — tracking New Logos, Expansion, Contraction, and Churn
  • Perform NRR and GRR analysis with clear understanding of what's driving the numbers
  • Maintain a live, audit-ready database of all customer contracts
  • Ensure billing in QBO matches recognized revenue in our models
  • Allocate costs to products and clients to understand unit economics and provide guidance on strategic decisions
  • Track headcount costs and allocation across R&D, COGS, and OpEx


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is required
  • Advanced Excel skills: INDEX(MATCH), SUMIFS, nested logic, Pivot Tables
  • Understanding of Deferred Revenue, revenue recognition principles, and ASC 606
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS economics (you know that "Bookings" are not "Revenue")
  • Ability to spot when numbers "look wrong" and sanity-check data against business logic
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning raw data into boardroom-ready outputs

Skydance is seeking an experienced technical leader to drive AI-focused game technology research and development, enabling the next generation of immersive, adaptive, and intelligent storytelling in games.
