About Foundation for Economic Education

The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the economic, ethical, and legal principles of a free society. For over 75 years, FEE has been committed to inspiring and educating individuals on the values of personal freedom, entrepreneurship, and sound economic thinking. Through various programs, publications, and events, FEE empowers individuals to understand the economic principles that drive prosperity and fosters a society rooted in individual rights and limited government.

About FEE's Operations Team

The Operations team is the backbone of FEE, ensuring the organization runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our mission. We oversee internal systems including finance and accounting, human resources, infrastructure and systems, and marketing and analytics. We also play a key role in shaping a positive, productive culture where each individual is empowered to find their place and thrive.

Operations is more than back-office work—it’s about diagnosing problems, improving workflows, and ensuring every team member has the tools, systems, and clarity they need to thrive. We look for people who enjoy analyzing how things work, optimizing what doesn’t, and helping others stay aligned and informed.

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a consultant: curious, analytical, organized, and eager to solve internal challenges. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to evaluate and improve how things work behind the scenes—analyzing workflows, testing new systems, and supporting team-wide communication and alignment. The work involves research and analysis to support better decision-making. This is not a finance internship, and it’s not focused on policy analysis or content writing. Instead, you'll be supporting internal strategy, documentation, and team coordination. If you're energized by optimizing internal operations and enhancing how teams collaborate and communicate, this internship is a great fit.

This role is open to part-time or full-time, remote intern talent.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing internal processes and help improve or streamline them for efficiency, clarity, and alignment.
  • Assist in creating or documenting new procedures and their playbooks for internal workflows and collaboration.
  • Conduct targeted research and analysis to support decision-making on systems, tools, and operational improvements.
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications, including FEE’s monthly all-staff newsletter.
  • Monitor and support internal culture initiatives, such as LinkedIn posts and recruitment storytelling efforts.
  • Organize digital files, documents, and systems to ensure ease of access and consistent formatting.
  • Support the internship program through administrative tasks, including data management, intern communications, and general coordination
  • Provide general operational support on cross-departmental projects as needed.

Skills
  • Majoring in Economics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field (strongly preferred but not required).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating complex challenges and proposing structured solutions.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage long term projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools.
  • Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work

What is Verse?

Energy markets are more volatile than ever. Rapid electrification and the rise of AI are driving unprecedented demand for power, while energy costs continue to rise across the globe. For the world's largest energy buyers, managing energy has never been more complex or more critical.

Verse helps these organizations manage complex power portfolios with confidence by unifying energy data, planning, forecasting, and operations in one tool. Our Energy Cost Intelligence platform, Aria, brings together energy, finance, and operations teams with real-time, finance-ready intelligence—replacing spreadsheets and consultants with precision across the entire energy lifecycle. Built by an expert team of energy buyers, data scientists, and engineers, Verse enables faster, smarter energy decisions that reduce risk and lower energy costs.

The Role

Verse is building a real-time control platform that dispatches distributed battery fleets to maximize revenue across energy markets. We're looking for a Product Manager who will own the operational backbone of this system: the layer where software meets physical hardware, where commands travel from the cloud to a battery inverter and telemetry flows back, and where uptime guarantees matter.

You'll work across two pods: Fleet Telemetry & Control (device integration, real-time site controllers, OEM protocol translation, and local safety logic) and Site-to-Cloud Integration (the communication, configuration, and dispatch infrastructure that connects edge devices to cloud optimization). Your surface area spans Modbus device mapping across multiple OEMs (Tesla, Sungrow, Fluence), site-local control loops for export limits, demand management, and solar ITC compliance, telemetry ingestion pipelines, alarm management, config synchronization, and the dispatch path that translates cloud-optimized schedules into real-time battery be

Data Analysis Copywriting Shopify HTML

We operate a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business built around funnels, lifecycle email, and data-driven marketing. Our growth comes from continuously improving how users move from visitor → lead → customer → repeat buyer.

You’ll be joining a small performance team made up of developers, designers, and marketers working together to increase revenue per visitor — not just traffic. We prioritize experimentation over opinions and rely heavily on split testing, messaging refinement, and offer iteration to improve conversion rates and AOV.

This role is central to that process. Instead of executing isolated copy tasks, you’ll help shape hypotheses, analyze behavior, and refine the customer journey across product pages, landing pages, checkout flows, and email sequences.

We care more about learning velocity than rigid processes — ideas are tested quickly, results are shared openly, and improvements are implemented continuously.

Applications at getonbrd.com.

Job functions

You will own the continuous improvement of conversion performance across our store and funnels. This is a hands-on role — not just planning experiments, but helping implement and launch them.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, funnel drop-off, email engagement)
  • Identify opportunities and form testable hypotheses
  • Plan and launch A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, offers, and email flows
  • Write and refine headlines, hooks, messaging, and offers
  • Improve checkout flow and upsell structure to increase average order value
  • Optimize lifecycle email performance (subject lines, structure, timing, segmentation)
  • Implement tests directly when possible (Shopify, page builders, email platforms)
  • Coordinate with developers/designers when technical implementation is required
  • Monitor experiment results and document learnings
  • Continuously iterate based on real user behavior, not assumptions

Success in this role is measured by measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and AOV — not volume of tasks completed.

We’re looking for someone comfortable working with data regularly and making ongoing decisions based on performance trends.

Qualifications and requirements

We’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing — not just writing, but how messaging impacts behavior and revenue.

Required

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, funnels, or performance marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of conversion psychology (offers, objections, hooks, positioning)
  • Comfortable analyzing metrics and making decisions based on data trends
  • Experience running or participating in A/B tests
  • Ability to write clear, concise, conversion-focused copy
  • Familiarity with Shopify or funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Replo, PageFly, etc.)
  • Comfortable implementing changes directly or coordinating implementation
  • Clear written English communication

Desirable skills

  • Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS awareness, page builders, or willingness to learn)
  • Experience improving AOV through upsells, bundles, and offer structure
  • Lifecycle email optimization experience (subject lines, flows, segmentation)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, PostHog, Triple Whale, or similar)
  • Experience working with remote or async teams

We value problem solvers who take initiative — someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, but looks at data and proposes improvements.

Extra performance-based compensation

This role includes a fixed monthly salary PLUS performance-based compensation tied directly to the growth you help create.
You’ll participate in the revenue performance of the funnels and accounts you work on — as conversion rates and customer value improve, your compensation grows alongside it. The goal is alignment: when the business wins, you win.

We value long-term collaboration, so this is structured to reward BIG for consistent improvements rather than one-time projects.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Informal dress code No dress code is enforced.

SQL DevOps ETL CI/CD

Revel Street LLC helps corporate event planners discover and reach private dining venues through an extensive, dependable database. We use LLMs extensively to gather and enrich venue data, streamline the event planning workflow, and reduce the time and effort required to source options for events such as private dining, cocktail receptions, and conferences. GTM Analytics Engineer
  • Stedi
  • Remote
saas founder architect recruiter

We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse

In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. A small group of legacy clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers.

Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was ranked as Ramp’s #3 fastest-growing SaaS vendor.

Stedi has lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company’s infrastructure; passion for automation and eliminating toil; $92 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more. To learn more about how we work, watch our founder Zack’s interview with First Round Capital.

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a full-stack data and analytics engineer to build and own the data foundation that will power our daily GTM operations: revenue analytics, product usage telemetry, CRM data quality, attribution, funnel performance, and forecasting.

This is not a typical business analyst position. You will architect the pipelines, models, and automations that ensure our GTM teams have reliable, real-time insights into how customers discover, adopt, and expand with Stedi and our products. You will work closely with Sales, GTM Ops, Product, and Finance, executing data and analytics engineering workstreams, and conducting hands-on analysis to build the source-of-truth data for our GTM operations.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain GTM data pipelines: Own ingestion, transformation, and syncing of CRM data (HubSpot), product-usage telemetry, billing data, and third-party enrichment data in Redshift to support GTM analytics workstreams.

  • Develop core GTM & revenue data models: Improve operational efficiency through standardization of datasets for Sales, GTM Ops, Finance, and the executive team, while establishing common metric definitions across revenue, customer segments, and more.

  • Ship dashboards, alerts, and decision-making tools: Improve telemetry into business performance by building dashboards to track things like sales funnel performance and pipeline quality. Better inform GTM leadership through automation of weekly/monthly reporting and establishing a revenue forecast.

  • Investigate trends and build models to support sales. Accelerate sales effectiveness through implementation of alerting for critical events (e.g. pipeline drops, usage contractions, stuck deals, missed lifecycle transitions), conducting key analyses (e.g. pipeline velocity, win rates, segmentation performance), and development of GTM models (e.g. ICP scoring, account prioritization, churn risk).

  • Own the GTM analytics roadmap: Work with GTM leadership to maintain a backlog of GTM analytics engineering work. Proactively identify the next set of capabilities the GTM org needs (forecasting, routing logic, new usage signals, etc).

Who you are

  • You have exceptional analytical skills: You’ve made a career in working with data to improve products and overall business operations. You know the tools, best practices, and playbooks necessary to stand up a high-performing and organized analytics function at the company.

  • You know the tech stack: You write efficient SQL queries to analyze large datasets and can work with complex schemas. You're an expert with data visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • You create and execute your own work: You notice patterns others miss and dig deep to understand root causes. You've identified data issues or operational inefficiencies that led to meaningful improvements.

  • You do what it takes to get the job done: You are resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours.

  • You move quickly: We move quickly as an organization. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost by responding with urgency (both externally to payers and internally to stakeholders), communicating what you are working on, and proactively asking for help or feedback when you need it.

  • You are a “bottom feeder”: You thrive on the details. No task is too small in order to find success, generate revenue, and improve our costs.

The annual compensation range for this role is $180,000-$230,000. For roles with a variable component, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which means that the range is inclusive of the sales commissions or bonus target and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of multiple experience levels at Stedi and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications. Please reach out to your recruiter with any questions.

We’ve been made aware of individuals impersonating the Stedi recruiting team. Please note:

  • All official communication about roles at Stedi will only come from an @stedi.com email address.

  • If you’re unsure whether a message is legitimate or have any concerns, feel free to contact us directly at careers@stedi.com.

We appreciate your attention to this and your interest in joining Stedi.

At Stedi, we're looking for people who are deeply curious and aligned to our ways of working. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly match the job description.

Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

You’ll join our AI Foundry team — a small, expert group focused on solving high-impact problems for the business by building production-grade internal AI tooling.

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer where your work will span the full lifecycle: exploring solutions, validating value with stakeholders, rapidly prototyping, and taking systems to production (and keeping them healthy). You’ll work closely with product, backend engineers, and operational stakeholders to deliver tools that directly improve how we serve clients and run Kraken.

Example initiatives you may contribute to include:

- An LLM-powered assistant for internal knowledge and discovery

- Summarising code changes to support client delivery and decision-making

- Helping teams assess and accelerate client migrations

\n

What You'll Do
  • Build and ship LLM-powered internal tools that improve knowledge access, reduce time spent on discovery, and support client delivery outcomes
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end: problem framing → experimentation → engineering → production deployment → monitoring and iteration
  • Design and operate LLM systems in the real world (quality, latency, cost, reliability), including strong evaluation practices and fast feedback loops
  • Use classic ML / data science skills to complement LLM approaches where appropriate (e.g., ranking, classification, analytics, measurement)
  • Work hands-on in a Python-first ecosystem to build services, pipelines, and tooling that are maintainable, testable, and production-ready
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and internal users (including Client Delivery Leads) to define MVPs, iterate quickly, and drive adoption
  • Contribute to a culture of strong engineering practices, pragmatic experimentation, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience using LLMs in production (beyond a proof of concept) - you can clearly explain what shipped, what users needed, and how you managed trade-offs
  • Strong end-to-end delivery experience: you’ve taken ML/LLM work into production and owned it beyond launch
  • Solid data science and analysis skills: you’re comfortable working with large datasets, defining metrics, evaluating system performance, and diagnosing failures
  • High proficiency in Python (this is the core language across our data and ML stack)
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can move from a fuzzy problem to a clear plan, validate assumptions quickly, and iterate

It Would Be Great If You Had
  • Experience with AWS, and deploying/operating systems using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with the Python data/ML ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch)
  • Experience building internal tooling used by operational teams, and driving adoption through iteration and feedback
  • Exposure to large codebases and cross-team collaboration in product-led engineering environments

Staff Engineer
  • InTune Analytics
Back-end Cloud Architecture Software Development Testing

InTune Analytics (ITA) is a live entertainment technology company operating as a market maker in the secondary ticket market. We are a small, high-conviction team building proprietary technology to shape the future of live entertainment, with a 10-year goal of impacting 50 million lives by 2035. We don't have a traditional customer base and we don't advertise. Our reputation is built on the quality of our people, the strength of our partnerships, and our relentless drive to execute.

We are looking for a Staff Engineer who brings technical excellence and genuine care for the people and systems around them. Someone who leads by example — writing great code, making thoughtful architectural decisions, and raising the bar for everyone on the team simply by being present. You will have a meaningful voice in how we build, what we prioritize technically, and how we grow as a team. This is a role for someone who loves the craft and wants to share that love with others.

This job is original from Get on Board.

OUR VALUES

Our values are not words on a wall — they are how we make decisions, give feedback, and hold each other accountable. At Staff level, you are expected to model them.
  • Keep Exploring. You stay curious. You follow new ideas, test new tools, and bring the team along when you find something worth sharing.
  • Will to Win. You set ambitious goals and see them through. You bring energy and drive, and you help the people around you do the same.
  • Radical Candor. You communicate directly and with care. You give honest feedback, welcome it in return, and leave ego at the door.
  • Be a Dynasty. You invest in the long game — in the team, the codebase, and the culture. You take pride in outcomes that outlast your individual contribution.
  • Extreme Ownership. You own results, not just tasks. When something falls short, you lead the fix. When you see a way to improve things, you propose it.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Be a technical role model

  • Engage deeply with the existing systems from the start — understanding how they work, appreciating what they do well, and identifying where they can grow.

Shape how we build

  • Drive engineering standards and best practices by living them in your own work and helping the team adopt them naturally.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify: where complexity has crept in, help the team find the cleaner path forward.

Own quality and reliability

  • Champion a testing-first mindset: write tests before code, share frameworks and methodologies with the team, and uphold quality in code review.
  • Lead post-mortems after incidents in a blameless, constructive way — and follow through to make sure lessons actually change how we work.

Multiply the team

  • Mentor and coach engineers through technical growth — pairing on hard problems, giving honest feedback, and helping people become more confident in their decisions.
  • Distribute ownership deliberately so the team can operate at its best — your goal is to grow their capability, not centralize decisions around yourself.

Guide through complexity

  • Act as a bridge between technical decisions and team goals, ensuring what we build is aligned with where we’re going.

AT A MINIMUM, YOU HAVE

  • 8+ years of software development experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with backend systems and comfort working across the stack — you’re not precious about context-switching.
  • Real experience shaping and implementing architecture in cloud environments (AWS preferred), including cost and performance tradeoffs.
  • A history of proposing and driving technical improvements, not just implementing others’ decisions.
  • A genuine testing culture mindset — you have built teams that care about quality, promoted test-first practices, and raised the bar in code review.
  • Ownership over production systems: incident response, post-mortems, SLA accountability, and the follow-through that makes them meaningful.
  • Strong communication in English, with the ability to translate technical complexity for engineers and non-engineers alike.
  • Comfort navigating and contributing to large, existing codebases from the start.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

Beyond the hard requirements, the person who thrives in this role:
  • Gets genuinely excited about improving things — not because they’re broken, but because there’s always a better version worth building toward.
  • Has a strong technical point of view and holds it with humility — they argue for what they believe and update their position when shown a better one.
  • Thinks in systems: how does this decision affect the team’s speed, quality, and confidence six months from now?
  • Has thrived in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where initiative is rewarded and ambiguity is normal.
  • Finds mentoring genuinely rewarding and can point to engineers whose careers they’ve helped shape.
  • Brings a sense of warmth and humor to the team — someone people want to work with and learn from.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
Vacation over legal InTune Analytics gives you paid vacations over the legal minimum.

Preguntas frecuentes
