About MoonPay

Hi, we’re MoonPay. We’re here to onboard the world to the decentralized economy by making digital money move as universally and effortlessly as the internet.

Why?

Because crypto, stablecoins and blockchain aren’t just technologies. They’re tools for global financial empowerment. They give people and businesses more control over their money, their digital assets, and their future, opening access to legacy financial systems that have been out of reach for many.

What we do

MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency. We make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to buy, sell, swap and pay in digital currencies as easy as sending an email. That simplicity is intentional, our focus is reducing complexity so people can participate confidently, without needing to be crypto experts. We power the entire flow between fiat and crypto end to end, with compliance, identity checks, fraud prevention, and settlement all built in. This end-to-end approach reflects how we work internally: with accountability, rigor, and trust built into everything we ship.

Proven at scale

Trusted by over 30 million customers and over 500 ecosystem partners, our secure, enterprise-grade platform is driving mainstream crypto adoption worldwide. Behind those numbers are millions of real people and organizations relying on MoonPay every day.

We collaborate with innovative brands and projects to build secure, scalable solutions for a blockchain-powered future. This is an opportunity to help shape systems, not just scale them. And we’re committed to doing it right. Fully licensed in the U.S. and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, because trust and compliance are non-negotiable.

But we’re just getting started. We’ve launched a consumer app that makes crypto accessible, intuitive, and usable for everyone, and it’s growing fast. We’re iterating every day to make it the best it can be.

If you believe financial freedom should be for everyone. If you believe in building a fairer, more open financial system - we want you with us. To build systems that benefit all, we need contributions from all, regardless of background.

Come build the future of payments and the decentralized economy with MoonPay. Let’s make financial freedom and autonomy the new normal.

Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy.

We’re a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. From optimising renewable generation, creating a more intelligent grid and enabling utilities to provide excellent customer experiences, our operating system for energy is transforming the industry around the world in a way that benefits everyone.

It’s a really exciting time in energy. Help us make a real impact on shaping a better, more sustainable future.

You’ll join our AI Foundry team — a small, expert group focused on solving high-impact problems for the business by building production-grade internal AI tooling.

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer where your work will span the full lifecycle: exploring solutions, validating value with stakeholders, rapidly prototyping, and taking systems to production (and keeping them healthy). You’ll work closely with product, backend engineers, and operational stakeholders to deliver tools that directly improve how we serve clients and run Kraken.

Example initiatives you may contribute to include:

- An LLM-powered assistant for internal knowledge and discovery

- Summarising code changes to support client delivery and decision-making

- Helping teams assess and accelerate client migrations

\n

What You'll Do
  • Build and ship LLM-powered internal tools that improve knowledge access, reduce time spent on discovery, and support client delivery outcomes
  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end: problem framing → experimentation → engineering → production deployment → monitoring and iteration
  • Design and operate LLM systems in the real world (quality, latency, cost, reliability), including strong evaluation practices and fast feedback loops
  • Use classic ML / data science skills to complement LLM approaches where appropriate (e.g., ranking, classification, analytics, measurement)
  • Work hands-on in a Python-first ecosystem to build services, pipelines, and tooling that are maintainable, testable, and production-ready
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and internal users (including Client Delivery Leads) to define MVPs, iterate quickly, and drive adoption
  • Contribute to a culture of strong engineering practices, pragmatic experimentation, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience using LLMs in production (beyond a proof of concept) - you can clearly explain what shipped, what users needed, and how you managed trade-offs
  • Strong end-to-end delivery experience: you’ve taken ML/LLM work into production and owned it beyond launch
  • Solid data science and analysis skills: you’re comfortable working with large datasets, defining metrics, evaluating system performance, and diagnosing failures
  • High proficiency in Python (this is the core language across our data and ML stack)
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can move from a fuzzy problem to a clear plan, validate assumptions quickly, and iterate

It Would Be Great If You Had
  • Experience with AWS, and deploying/operating systems using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with the Python data/ML ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch)
  • Experience building internal tooling used by operational teams, and driving adoption through iteration and feedback
  • Exposure to large codebases and cross-team collaboration in product-led engineering environments

Gross salary $5000 - 7000 Full time
Staff Engineer
  • InTune Analytics
Back-end Cloud Architecture Software Development Testing

InTune Analytics (ITA) is a live entertainment technology company operating as a market maker in the secondary ticket market. We are a small, high-conviction team building proprietary technology to shape the future of live entertainment, with a 10-year goal of impacting 50 million lives by 2035. We don't have a traditional customer base and we don't advertise. Our reputation is built on the quality of our people, the strength of our partnerships, and our relentless drive to execute.

We are looking for a Staff Engineer who brings technical excellence and genuine care for the people and systems around them. Someone who leads by example — writing great code, making thoughtful architectural decisions, and raising the bar for everyone on the team simply by being present. You will have a meaningful voice in how we build, what we prioritize technically, and how we grow as a team. This is a role for someone who loves the craft and wants to share that love with others.

This job is original from Get on Board.

OUR VALUES

Our values are not words on a wall — they are how we make decisions, give feedback, and hold each other accountable. At Staff level, you are expected to model them.
  • Keep Exploring. You stay curious. You follow new ideas, test new tools, and bring the team along when you find something worth sharing.
  • Will to Win. You set ambitious goals and see them through. You bring energy and drive, and you help the people around you do the same.
  • Radical Candor. You communicate directly and with care. You give honest feedback, welcome it in return, and leave ego at the door.
  • Be a Dynasty. You invest in the long game — in the team, the codebase, and the culture. You take pride in outcomes that outlast your individual contribution.
  • Extreme Ownership. You own results, not just tasks. When something falls short, you lead the fix. When you see a way to improve things, you propose it.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Be a technical role model

  • Engage deeply with the existing systems from the start — understanding how they work, appreciating what they do well, and identifying where they can grow.

Shape how we build

  • Drive engineering standards and best practices by living them in your own work and helping the team adopt them naturally.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify: where complexity has crept in, help the team find the cleaner path forward.

Own quality and reliability

  • Champion a testing-first mindset: write tests before code, share frameworks and methodologies with the team, and uphold quality in code review.
  • Lead post-mortems after incidents in a blameless, constructive way — and follow through to make sure lessons actually change how we work.

Multiply the team

  • Mentor and coach engineers through technical growth — pairing on hard problems, giving honest feedback, and helping people become more confident in their decisions.
  • Distribute ownership deliberately so the team can operate at its best — your goal is to grow their capability, not centralize decisions around yourself.

Guide through complexity

  • Act as a bridge between technical decisions and team goals, ensuring what we build is aligned with where we’re going.

AT A MINIMUM, YOU HAVE

  • 8+ years of software development experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with backend systems and comfort working across the stack — you’re not precious about context-switching.
  • Real experience shaping and implementing architecture in cloud environments (AWS preferred), including cost and performance tradeoffs.
  • A history of proposing and driving technical improvements, not just implementing others’ decisions.
  • A genuine testing culture mindset — you have built teams that care about quality, promoted test-first practices, and raised the bar in code review.
  • Ownership over production systems: incident response, post-mortems, SLA accountability, and the follow-through that makes them meaningful.
  • Strong communication in English, with the ability to translate technical complexity for engineers and non-engineers alike.
  • Comfort navigating and contributing to large, existing codebases from the start.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

Beyond the hard requirements, the person who thrives in this role:
  • Gets genuinely excited about improving things — not because they’re broken, but because there’s always a better version worth building toward.
  • Has a strong technical point of view and holds it with humility — they argue for what they believe and update their position when shown a better one.
  • Thinks in systems: how does this decision affect the team’s speed, quality, and confidence six months from now?
  • Has thrived in fast-moving, high-ownership environments where initiative is rewarded and ambiguity is normal.
  • Finds mentoring genuinely rewarding and can point to engineers whose careers they’ve helped shape.
  • Brings a sense of warmth and humor to the team — someone people want to work with and learn from.

Fully remote You can work from anywhere in the world.
Flexible hours Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.
