As a Sr. Software Engineer, Back-End, you’ll own some of the most consequential systems at Rebuy. Your primary anchor is our billing and payments infrastructure — the engine that determines how merchants are charged, how partners get paid, and how financial balances flow across our entire product suite. This is genuinely complex financial engineering. It requires deep PHP and Go expertise, careful architecture, and judgment that no automated tool can replicate. Merchant billing runs daily, touches real revenue, and demands someone who understands both the technical and business dimensions of every decision.

Alongside billing, you’ll grow into a broader platform portfolio — the partner portal, data ETL pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and reporting infrastructure that power the business. And in the near term, you’ll play a critical role in a significant technical migration: moving our legacy Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4, including work tied to increasing our enterprise market share. This migration requires hands-on PHP expertise and cannot be deferred.

You won’t be handed a sprawling list of things you must do on day one. You’ll be trusted to grow into this role — and rewarded when you do.

• Billing & Payments Architecture: Design and build Rebuy’s centralized billing system that handles merchant billing, partner payments, and customer-facing charges. Architect the integration layer that allows payment balances to be applied across Rebuy’s full suite of services. Tackle genuinely complex financial engineering challenges with PHP and Go at scale.

• Build Robust APIs: Design and implement secure, well-structured APIs in PHP and Go to power billing events, payment processing, and financial data flows across our platform and Shopify integrations.

• Legacy Modernization: Lead and contribute to the migration of our Code Igniter 2 codebase to Code Igniter 4. This is high-priority, near-term work with real business dependencies — including enterprise partnership commitments — and requires a PHP engineer with the experience and judgment to do it right.

• Agentify the Platform: Partner with product and engineering to identify where AI agents can automate workflows, surface insights, and guide merchants through our product. Build the backend systems — APIs, data pipelines, and event hooks — that enable intelligent automation. You'll be the "General Manager" of our most important sales channel, responsible for turning every visitor session into a measurable business outcome. You'll have full ownership of the website’s commercial health.

Your mission is to move beyond static pages and create a dynamic, engaging, and highly personalized "digital storefront" that captures data, builds trust, and maximizes conversion at every stage of the funnel.

• Commercial Ownership: Full accountability for website KPIs, including conversion rates (visit-to-app), bounce rates, and overall revenue per session. You will identify "leaks" in the funnel and design the strategies to plug them.
• Onsite Merchandising & Hooks: Design and execute a promotional roadmap. You will be responsible for the "visual merchandising" of the site—creating compelling promotional hooks, seasonal offers, and high-converting CTAs that drive immediate action.
• Engagement Tool Strategy: Identify and source interactive tools (e.g., coverage calculators, industry quizzes, or risk assessment tools) that provide value to visitors while gathering intent data to move them deeper into the funnel.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative with strong technical skills and prior hands on experience using AI tooling and vibe coding as part of their daily workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with AI powered builders, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting merchants in building and refining their websites. Experience and a solid understanding of the subscription commerce landscape and ecommerce platforms is a strong plus. This is a fully remote, full time role requiring flexibility across US time zones and occasional weekend availability.

Job purpose

As a Customer Success Representative you play a critical role in supporting Subbly merchants in successfully running and growing their businesses while contributing to adoption and effective use of Subbly’s AI Website Builder. You provide prompt, friendly, and effective support across chat and email via Intercom, live calls or daily webinars hosted via Google Meet, and community channels such as Slack and Facebook.

You work hands on with merchants inside the AI Website Builder, helping them shape, refine, and troubleshoot their site builds. You also act as a bridge between merchants and Subbly’s product and engineering teams by advocating for customer needs, identifying recurring patterns, and surfacing actionable insights based on real world usage.

Overview

We're looking for a Web Development Specialist to build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages for our agency's B2B technology clients. This is a hands-on production role across the three platforms our clients live on most: WordPress, HubSpot CMS (COS), and Webflow.
You should be equally comfortable building a custom WordPress theme, standing up a HubSpot CMS site with HubL templates and modules, and shipping a Webflow build with a clean CMS structure. On top of that, the modern web is increasingly about wiring things together—so we want someone who's strong with APIs and can move fast using the latest AI-assisted build tools (Lovable, Replit, v0, Cursor, Bolt) when the situation calls for it.
The work spans new site builds, ongoing iteration on existing client sites, landing pages for paid campaigns, and the integrations that connect those pages to the rest of the marketing stack (CRM, analytics, automations).
