Position Summary

As a Senior Product Manager for Delinea Platform Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for the foundational services that power every product on the Delinea Platform. You will own the platform's shared services portfolio — including the policy service, workflow orchestration and approval services, inbox, and notifications — capabilities that every product team builds on and every customer touches daily. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of platform product management, workflow and policy-driven systems, and has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling shared services in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the platform's shared services — policy, workflow (including the approval service), inbox, and notifications — aligning it with overall company goals.

  • Collaborate with customers as well as external and internal stakeholders to understand end-user needs and validate product requirements for policy authoring, approval workflows, and notification experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal business unit product teams: gather their requirements, understand their roadmaps, and design shared services that are easy to adopt, extend, and build upon.

  • Drive the development of a robust, flexible policy framework that enables consistent, auditable policy definition and enforcement across the platform.

  • Own the workflow and approval service roadmap, delivering orchestration capabilities that support complex, multi-step approval chains, delegation, escalation, and audit requirements.

  • Define and evolve the platform inbox and notification services to deliver timely, actionable, and well-governed communications across channels, with sensible defaults and user-level control.

  • Champion API-first, self-service design, and establish adoption metrics to measure success.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies — including policy-as-code, workflow orchestration patterns, and event-driven architectures — to inform the product roadmap.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, architecture, and other cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar preferred.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on platform services, shared/foundational capabilities, or related areas.

  • Solid understanding of platform product management principles: multi-tenancy, API-first design.

  • Experience with one or more of the shared-service domains primarily policy engines, policy-as-code and workflow orchestration systems.

  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and audit requirements for enterprise workflows and approvals (e.g., separation of duties, audit trails).

  • Track record of successfully bringing platform capabilities to market and driving their adoption across multiple product teams.

  • Working knowledge of public cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and event-driven, microservices-based architectures.

  • Experience in identity security, PAM, or the broader cybersecurity space is a huge plus.

  • Pragmatic Marketing/Scrum Product Owner certifications are a plus.

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, and a curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of first-rate engineers, designers, and other Product Managers.

Travel Expectation: Up to 25%

Job Overview

The Events Manager will own one of the highest-volume and most operationally complex programs in our events portfolio: a benefit fairs program of 200+ open enrollment events per year, delivered directly to our members. This role demands someone who leads with a customer service mindset- every detail, every touchpoint, and every stakeholder interaction reflects on the Lantern brand and our members’ experience.

Beyond the OE program, this role supports internal events as well as our annual client conference. The right person thrives in structured complexity- they build systems, follow through on every detail, and collaborate naturally across teams with competing priorities.

This role sits at the intersection of Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing Events teams. If you’re someone who finds deep satisfaction in logistics done right, and understands that at this volume, the process IS the product then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually, including logistics coordination, vendor management, staffing, and on-site support.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable systems for the OE benefit fairs program- from swag shipments and ensuring events are fully staffed to post-event reporting and learnings capture.
  • Serve as the primary cross-functional partner across Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing Events to ensure each benefit fair meets client expectations and delivers consistent, high-quality member experience.
  • Manage internal corporate events handling venue sourcing, room assignments, logistics, budget tracking, run-of-show, and vendor coordination.
  • Support execution of the annual client conference, contributing to logistics, attendee experience, and on-site coordination.
  • Maintain rigorous pre-event documentation and lead post-event debriefs to capture learnings, flag recurring issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Track and manage event-level budget allocations across the OE program, flagging variances and ensuring spend stays on plan.
  • Proactively manage event calendars, timelines, and internal project tracking in Monday.com, keeping all stakeholders aligned without requiring follow-up.
  • Develop creative activation ideas for our highest-priority client benefit fairs. These will be experiential moments, branded touchpoints, and on-site concepts that help Lantern stand out and elevate the member experience at our VIP clients.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams on event materials, signage, and member communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing high-volume or complex events programs, with demonstrated ability to run multiple event formats simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Proven experience planning and executing internal corporate events including venue sourcing, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-first mindset; you think in checklists, timelines, and contingency plans.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities across multiple internal teams.
  • Comfortably analyzing event performance data and translating results into actionable improvements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Monday.com; familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, especially during peak OE season.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in employer healthcare, employee benefits, or HR tech
  • Background building scalable multi-event programs from the ground up
  • Experience working directly with client success or account management teams in a B2B environment
  • Experience hiring 3rd party contracted staff to work events

Strong Candidates Will:

  • Bring ownership mentality to the OE benefits fair program, knowing the details cold, catching problems early, and closing loops without being asked.
  • Navigate cross-functional complexity with ease, building trust with Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing stakeholders who all have a stake in program outcomes.
  • Build and refine systems that make 200+ events feel manageable- documentation, templates, ROI tracking, and processes that scale without losing quality.
  • Bring a creative eye to VIP activations, proposing ideas that leave an impression
  • Always maintain a customer service mindset, understanding that each benefit fair is a direct touchpoint with our members and a reflection of both Lantern and our clients’ brand.
  • Balance high-volume execution with strategic thinking, spotting patterns, proposing improvements, and escalating risks before they become problems.

Benefits:

  • Medical Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Short & Long Term Disability
  • Life Insurance
  • 401k with company match

  • Kuala Lumpur
senior engineer reliability devops

The Role

Pave Bank is building the future of programmable banking — combining traditional banking with digital assets under a single, regulated platform. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure our core systems are highly available, scalable, and performant as we grow.

As an SRE at Pave Bank, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Security and Operations teams to build robust infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain reliability across all services. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and scalability of our banking platform, helping our customers trust Pave Bank with their finances.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.

  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automation to support continuous delivery, scalability, and disaster recovery.

  • Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems to ensure lessons learned are applied.

  • Implement and enforce operational best practices: observability, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning, failover strategies, and backups.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets reliability, compliance, and security standards.

  • Support service scaling, database operations, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), networking, and microservices orchestration.

  • Document operational runbooks, on-call procedures, and system architecture to support maintenance, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills and Experience

  • Strong programming or scripting skills (Go, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation, tooling, and operational tasks.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent).

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar).

  • Experience with either FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and reliability patterns.

  • Experience setting up monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, distributed tracing).

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents under pressure.

  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies, database management, and secure operations.

Other Skills

  • Ownership mindset: proactive, responsible, and committed to system reliability.

  • Strong communication skills — able to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and passion for fintech and programmable banking systems.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with compliance, security, and data protection best practices.

  • Experience with high-availability, high-throughput systems, or financial infrastructure.

  • Exposure to blockchain or crypto systems integrated with banking.

  • Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance under rapid growth.

Why Pave Bank?

  • Work alongside a founding team from Monzo and BigPay, bringing top-tier fintech expertise.

  • Tackle real-world reliability challenges in a regulated, fast-growing fintech environment.

  • Learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers while developing your SRE career.

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity with room for growth.

  • Be part of a well-funded startup shaping the future of programmable banking.

Backend Developer

About Nabu Casa

Nabu Casa, Inc was founded in 2018 by the founders of both Home Assistant, the open source home automation platform, and Home Assistant OS, the operating system that turns your device into a smart home hub powered by Home Assistant. These projects have seen an immense growth and have helped shape DIY home automation communities around the world.

After being involved in the Internet of Things industry for many years, we realized that there is a need for a cloud service that aims to put users, their privacy and their data first. Such a cloud can only be built as an extension to a platform that does the same: Home Assistant.

With Nabu Casa we are building this cloud service and we’re calling it Home Assistant Cloud.

We are a profitable company with no external investors. Our funding comes directly from users who subscribe to Home Assistant Cloud and purchase Home Assistant hardware, ensuring our only stakeholders are our employees and our users. We also support other open-source projects, including those focused on hardware, standards, and voice technology.

The role

Nabu Casa is looking for a full-time backend developer to join our Cloud & Infrastructure team and work primarily on Home Assistant Cloud services.

As one of the most active open-source projects in the world, Home Assistant exists because of its community. To empower this community and allow more users to enjoy the harder-to-reach features of Home Assistant, we have created our subscription service, Home Assistant Cloud. Current features such as remote access and text-to-speech / speech-to-text support are made available without ever compromising on privacy. We're looking for someone who will maintain the existing features and infrastructure and help us create valuable new features with efficiency and privacy in mind.

Join Us in Transforming Youth Mental Health!

Are you passionate about youth mental health and seeking purposeful work? Do you want to share your coaching skills with youth and make a meaningful impact? So do we!

    About Us:

Clayful, an early-stage EdTech startup, is a mission-driven team of educators, coaches, and education tech experts dedicated to tackling the youth mental wellness crisis. Our goal: provide every middle and high school student in the U.S. with free, life-changing coaching.

A High-level Overview of the Role:

    • Clayful is seeking mental health coaches to support young people via chat-based and audio/video sessions.
    • This is a 1099 contract position
    • Coaches support during and after school hours (7am-10pm PST) based on coaching demand, with hours ranging from 1-3+ hours a week depending on student needs.
    • Applicants located in California, Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time Zone will be prioritized, as well as Spanish-speaking
    • $20/hour with bonus opportunity

A note on compensation: Clayful coaches work with students who would otherwise have no access to mental health support due to financial barriers. Our rates reflect our school-district partnerships, not the private coaching market. Many of our coaches carry this work alongside other roles. If you're looking for a primary income source, this likely isn't the right fit. If you want flexible, meaningful work that reaches young people who need it most, keep reading!

    The Role

You'll provide on-demand and scheduled coaching to students in grades 4–12 through Clayful's coaching platform with audio/video and chat-based coaching. Coaching happens during and after school hours: 7am-10 PST, Monday through Friday. Support is needed for high-activity times (~7am-2pm and 4-7pm PST)

This is a 1099 contract position. Hours vary with student demand — typically 1–3+ hours per week, with natural ebbs during breaks and summers. It's well-suited for coaches who want flexible, mission-aligned work alongside other commitments.

What You'll Do (And What We'll Train You To Do)

    • Provide responsive, empathetic coaching to young people navigating stress, relationships, identity, and academic pressure
    • Support students from diverse and historically marginalized communities with cultural awareness
    • Follow established protocols during crisis conversations, with real-time backup from licensed Coach Supervisors
    • Engage in ongoing training and adapt to new tools & processes as Clayful evolves

    What You'll Get

Clayful coaches consistently tell us this work is unlike anything else they've done. Here's what they point to:

    • Training from day one. You'll complete Clayful's onboarding before you ever coach a student — covering coaching frameworks, crisis protocols, and our platform.
    • Real supervision. Licensed Coach Supervisors are available in real time during sessions. You're never navigating a hard moment alone.
    • Flexibility that's actually flexible. Work during school and after-school hours that fit around your life. Hours shift with student demand, so you're never locked into a rigid schedule.
    • A community of coaches who get it. You'll be part of a team that shares your values — and your unique love of working with young people.
    • Room to grow. Ongoing training, evolving tools, and a startup that's building something new. If you want to shape what youth coaching looks like, this is the place.
    • Mission you can feel. Every student you coach is one who wouldn't have access otherwise.

“I’ve been with Clayful for almost 4 years because I believe in what it stands for. I think it meets kids where they are.”

    — Clayful Coach, Florida

79% of Clayful coaches say they'd recommend this role to a fellow coach.

    What You'll Need

    • California Wellness Coach Certification (or eligibility via one of two pathways — you do not need to live in CA):
      • Education Pathway: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies, or Psychology from a CA institution + 400 hours of field experience (care coordination, wellness promotion, screening and/or education)
      • Workforce Pathway: 1,350+ hours working with youth (up to age 25) in pre-clinical behavioral health within the last 6 years
    • Minimum 1 year of coaching experience with proof of certification
    • Associate's degree or higher
    • 4 years experience in mental health, youth work, or coaching
    • Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet (50+ Mbps download)
    • A private, distraction-free workspace
    • Must reside & be in the U.S. for the duration of your contract with Clayful.
    • Applicants in California, Pacific Time, or Mountain Time will be prioritized
    • Spanish-speaking applicants will be prioritized
    Who Thrives Here

You're naturally empathetic, mission-driven and genuinely like young people. You're comfortable with ambiguity — startup pace, variable hours, evolving tools. You don't need a lot of hand-holding, but you value feedback to grow, supervision and community.

    Application Process
