We are rebuilding biotech for the AI era.
When a breakthrough is delayed, the world waits. Getting a molecule from discovery to patients, or a crop from lab to field, involves thousands of slow, manual, disconnected steps. AI has the potential to change this, compressing decades of R&D work into years. But that only happens when clean, structured scientific data and AI are built into how science gets done.
Benchling is the AI platform for biotech R&D. Scientists use Benchling to design experiments, capture structured data, and run AI agents and models directly in their workflows. Over 200,000 scientists around the world trust Benchling to power their most important work, from academic labs to Sanofi, Moderna, and more than half of the world's top 50 biopharma.
Weâre building an AI scientist for our customers. We canât do that if we havenât built the muscle ourselves. AI fluency is the foundation we build on; it's core to how we work, and we're committed to helping every new hire integrate it into their day-to-day. As part of our interview process, you'll complete a brief AI-focused exercise or discussion so we can understand how you think about and use AI to drive impact in your role. Hands-on experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Interest in or experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered products.
Ability to work across the full stack - from crafting user interfaces to designing APIs and backend services.
A product-oriented mindset: you care about the end-user experience and work with stakeholders to deliver features that solve real problems.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and technology evolve quickly.
Nice-to-have's:
Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity software.
Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.

The Opportunity
AI is changing everything. Small businesses deserve to benefit.
Right now, the salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and local shops and services that give every community its character are being left behind. They can't afford big marketing agencies. They don't have time to learn new tools. And most of the technology being built isn't being built for them.
Here's the thing: small business owners aren't sitting around clicking ads looking for solutions. They're heads-down running their businesses. They buy from people they trust â and that's exactly what our Territory Partners become, someone they can trust.
Omada.ai is changing the game â and we need people on the ground to help lead the charge. We're hiring Outside Sales Representatives / Territory Partners who are hungry, people-first, and genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses. In return, we'll put you on the front lines of one of the most important technology shifts of our lifetime, teach you everything you need to know, and pay you very well to do it.
This is your chance to be part of the AI revolution â not by staring at a screen, but by walking into your community and making a real difference for real people.
What youâll do
You'll be the face of Omada in your area â connect with local businesses, starting conversations, and showing owners how our AI platform can handle their marketing while they focus on running their business.
You probably already know places like these. You eat at them, get your hair cut at them, and work out at them. Every one of them is trying to grow, and every one of them is struggling to keep up with technology â and you're showing up with a solution built specifically for them.
Your week looks like this:
Identify 10â50 businesses in your area using Omada's Route Planner
Start the conversation in person or on the telephone, and ask a few clarifying questions
Show a few examples of Omada right there on your phone or tablet
Offer a free trial â no risk for them. Your trials are your leads
Use our CRM HubSpot to track, follow up, follow up, follow up, and close
When they convert to a paid subscription, you earn $200
Most of our Territory Partners close their first trial within the first week, and 3+ per week after that.
Where this can take you
We're building something big â and we promote from within. Top Territory Partners can move into team lead, city manager, and regional roles as we grow. If you want to build a real career at the intersection of AI and sales, this is where it starts.
Requirements
Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room
Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses
Strong communicator who connects with people quickly
No prior sales experience required â we'll teach you everything
Must reside in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older
Bonus: sales experience; experience working with small business owners
This role is well-suited for
Hunter sales reps who can develop their own book of business and want to earn uncapped commissions and a short sale cycle
College grads or students who want to build sales skills and make real money
Anyone tired of pure commission work but still wants serious upside
About Omada.ai

About Pivotal Health
Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape.
Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, theyâre often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.
Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement theyâre entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.
Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. Weâre building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.
About the Role
Weâre hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.
This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. Youâll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. Weâre looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-velocity role. You will not be handed perfectly scoped tickets or asked to maintain a mature product in a narrow lane. Youâll help shape what we build, how we build it, and how quickly we can turn ideas into valuable product experiences. The upside is massive impact: the products you work on can materially change how the company operates and how customers experience Pivotal.
We also want someone who is AI-first in how they work. Part of this teamâs job is building AI-powered products, but part of it is also helping the company get dramatically better at using AI. We want a product engineer who is personally fluent with AI tools and can use them to move faster, think better, and build stronger products.
What Youâll Do
Build new product experiences from 0 to 1 across backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend workflows.
Design and implement backend systems that power product logic, orchestration, data access, and AI-enabled workflows.
Contribute to frontend product development in React-based applications, especially where product quality depends on tight frontend-backend iteration.
Work closely with product, design, operations, and AI/ML partners to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped product.
Prototype quickly, then harden what works into maintainable product systems.
Build internal and customer-facing workflows that use AI, structured data, and software automation to increase leverage.
Help define product requirements through direct technical judgment, not just implementation after decisions are made.
Improve product quality through instrumentation, testing, thoughtful system design, and strong engineering hygiene.
Use AI actively in your own workflow for coding, debugging, investigation, product exploration, and iteration.
Raise the teamâs velocity by bringing AI-native working habits, practical engineering judgment, and strong product instincts.
What Success Looks Like
In the first 6 to 12 months, strong outcomes in this role would include:
shipping meaningful new product capabilities quickly
taking ownership of backend-heavy product surfaces with minimal oversight
helping turn vague opportunities into real shipped workflows
improving product quality and speed through strong engineering execution
contributing to a team culture that is highly effective at using AI to build and learn faster
becoming a trusted technical partner to product, design, and operations in a fast-moving environment
Who You Are
You are a strong product-minded software engineer who likes building things that users feel directly.
You are full stack, but your center of gravity is backend systems and product logic.
You are comfortable moving quickly in ambiguous environments and can make good decisions without waiting for perfect clarity.
You have a high ownership mindset and like driving work from rough idea to production.
You care about product quality, not just technical elegance.
You are an AI power user yourself. You actively use AI in your day-to-day work and have strong judgment about how it can accelerate engineering and product development.
You communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional partners.
You want to be in an environment where a great engineer can have outsized impact very quickly.
Weâd Be Especially Excited If You Have
strong backend experience in Python, FastAPI, or similar service-oriented systems
experience building product backends, APIs, integrations, and data-heavy application logic
experience contributing meaningfully to modern React-based frontend applications
experience with TypeScript, React Router or Remix-style frameworks, and product UI development
experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, or other relational data systems
experience with GCP or similar cloud environments
experience building AI-powered products, internal tools, workflow software, or operational software
experience in fast-moving startup environments where engineers help define the product, not just implement it
experience in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or other operationally complex domains
Why This Role Is Interesting
Youâll work on new products, not just incremental maintenance.
The problems are meaningful, messy, and important. They sit close to real customer and business pain.
Youâll have real room to shape direction. This is a role for someone who wants to help create, not just execute.
The team sits at the intersection of AI, product, data, and operations, which creates unusual leverage for strong engineers.
The pace is fast, the ambiguity is real, and the impact can be massive.
Youâll be able to use both sides of your skill set: deep backend engineering and pragmatic full stack product development.
Example Technical Environment
Our current environment includes technologies like:
Python and FastAPI on the backend
PostgreSQL and relational data models
React-based web applications with modern routing and TypeScript
GCP-hosted services and internal APIs
AI and workflow systems that combine application logic, structured data, and model-backed experiences
You do not need to match this stack perfectly, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and shipping in this kind of environment.
Why Youâll Love Working Here
Weâre a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. While we primarily hire around our core hubsâLos Angeles and New Yorkâwe remain open to exceptional talent outside those regions. Remote and hybrid flexibility varies by role and team, and is outlined in each job description.
If youâre excited by solving complex problems and making a real-world impact, weâd love to hear from you.
Benefits Include:
Competitive compensation, including equity
Full health, dental, and vision coverage
Retirement savings plan through 401(k)
Flexible time off
Opportunities for company-wide connection and events
Ready to Make an Impact?

Please note: this is a part-time contracting role.
People are increasingly turning to AI for real relationships. They use it for companionship, for coaching, for emotional support, for advice, and sometimes on the hardest night of their lives. That is already happening at scale, and most platforms have no way to tell whether a given conversation is helping someone or quietly harming them. At the sharp end that means someone in crisis who nobody notices. In ordinary use it looks like dependency building over weeks, or a person slowly being reshaped in how they think and who they lean on (as if the last decade hadn't isolated us enough). Regulation is moving slowly, which leaves a real gap for people to fall through.
On a happier note: the teams building and using these systems actually care. The missing safety layers usually come down to a shortage of resources, not cynicism and not a lack of empathy. So we at NOPE build open-source classifiers that any team can deploy today, because keeping these interactions safe shouldn't be a privilege only big companies can afford. Alongside the open-source work we build custom tooling and advise organizations in paid engagements.Â
We are a very small team, and the conversation about what AI is doing to people in everyday use is still happening in the wrong places and the wrong language. We want someone to change that, out loud.
THE ROLE
The Head of Public Understanding is the person our public voice belongs to. You would build and lead NOPE's presence in the public conversation about AI safety, along with the community of people who care about it: the builders, the researchers, the journalists, the policymakers, and the ordinary users who sense something is off.
PLEASE NOTE: This is initially a part-time role paying approx ~$75 an hour initially for 10hrs a week, 6 weeks total initial contract.
In practice, you run our social channels and write what goes on them, and you turn our research and trackers into things people actually read and argue about. It also means showing up in person at the webinars and events where this conversation is happening near you (sensitive to your locale). Over time (ideally already!) you become a recognizable voice on the subject, and you bring an audience with you. The throughline is making a complicated, easy-to-miss problem legible to people who don't already live in it, and giving them something worth gathering around.
The shape of the role is open, like the rest of what we do. We have a clear point of view and a lot of raw material, but we are not handing you a script. The work is mostly async. You would share what you are trying and what is landing, and we would work it out together.
WHERE WE ARE & OUR PRINCIPLES
We are not an anti-AI project, and we are not shallow cheerleaders for AI either. People have real relationships with AI now, across every kind of context and not only the hard moments, and that will likely not reverse. We are realistic about this. The honest response is to make those relationships safer, with evidence. We want someone who is healthily cynical and genuinely opinionated, who knows the technology well enough to see its limits, and who is not too nostalgic for a world that is not coming back. If your instinct is that AI is simply bad and people should stop, this is not the seat. If you think this is already real and largely unwatched, and you want to make the cost of that visible and then act on it, read on.
You'd be a great fit if
- You care, deeply, about relational and social safety and the future of how humans and AI interact.
- You are already writing and posting about the limits of these systems and how they show up in everyday conversational AI. This area of concern is not new to you.Â
- You already have a following and a network on places like X, Bluesky, Substack or LinkedIn, around AI and especially AI safety. You are a prolific writer.
- You write like a person, and you don't lean on AI to think for you. But you also know how to leverage it to understand new topics and research nascent areas.Â
- You understand in broad terms how LLMs are built and where they fall short, and you have a real sense of how the companies making them work on the inside.
- You follow how policy and policymakers move on new technology. Bonus points for existing awareness of new legislation around AI across the world.
- You are comfortable representing a point of view at a webinar or an event, not only on a page. You are no stranger to public speaking or networking.
- You can take a complicated idea and make it approachable enough to debate over dinner.
- You're glad to write about, communicate with, and compassionately advocate for actual humans.
BONUS POINTSÂ
You're especially intriguing to us if you have existing crossover with trust and safety, policy, healthcare or law. So too if you've the rarer background of a builder or engineer who moved into writing, someone who has stood close enough to how these systems get made to know what can really be done about the risk. We are focused on NOT just shouting from the sidelines but implementing real guidance and tooling, as well as having conversations with real decision makers.
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
Someone who has no network or following, or no existing material in the domain of AI safety. Or the person who is against AI on principle and wants everything to stop indefinitely.Â
PLEASE NOTE
This is initially a part-time role on a six-week initial contract, so we can both see whether it is a fit. There would be more work and potentially a full-time role as we grow.

Powering Trade For The Emerging Cannabis Industry
Distru is the #1 ERP in the Cannabis Industry with $3B in annual sales processed through our platform! We are a fully remote and global team building a software platform to streamline the supply chain for the cannabis industry. Most of the top cannabis brands and distributors across the United States use our software to manage their entire operation and stay compliant.
As part of our next phase of growth, last year we launched Distru Commerce; a wholesale platform that extends our ERP into the B2B marketplace layer, giving operators a single system to manage their internal operations and their external wholesale sales channels in one fully integrated system. But we're not stopping here. AI is now a core part of how we build and where we're placing our bets. The AI Order Agent is live and already changing how our customers operate: buyers can submit orders from any source and any format saving time spent on manual data entry. That's one piece of a bigger picture: using AI to take the repetitive, heavy-lifting work out of running an ERP so operators can focus on running their business.
We take a tremendous amount of pride in our culture and have 5/5 stars on Glassdoor because we truly care about our people. We are stable, profitable, and heavily investing in growing new product lines to expand our reach. Our investors include Felicis Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Poseidon Asset Management, and Village Global who have funded companies such as Shopify, Cruise, HelloFresh, Facebook, Slack, and Opendoor.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an AI-forward Product Manager who thinks in systems, ships with conviction, and sees AI not as a feature layer but as a product foundation. This role will take significant ownership of parts of our core ERP, Distru Commerce, and our new AI-native product features. You'll report directly to the CTO and work side-by-side with the rest of the product team, engineering, and design.
Distru is at an inflection point. We have deep market penetration in cannabis ERP, a new commerce layer live and growing, and a roadmap that's increasingly AI-native. The PM who takes this role will own a meaningful piece of that roadmap; not just the feature backlog, but the design of how AI agents integrate into user workflows, where automation belongs, and where human judgment must stay front and center.
This is a high-ownership role at a company that ships weekly and cares about getting it right. You'll work directly with the C-suite, set the bar for what great product looks like inside Distru, and help us build the operating system for an entire industry.
Our Team Culture
Rather than us defining our culture, check out what the team has to say!
\nOwn the Product Roadmap
- Define and execute on the product roadmap
- Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap. Communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively
- Write PRDs and work in tandem with engineers to understand and synthesize specific customer requests into meaningful features that improve the system at large
- Integrate AI agents into the Distru user workflow
Own the Product Lifecycle
- Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication
- Define when the AI suggests, when it automates, and when it stays silent â and ship the affordances that make this obvious to users
Cross-Functional Leadership
-
Work closely with engineering, CS, sales and marketing. You are the bridge that pulls insights from all of these departments together and ensures the product is moving in the right direction
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in tech product management
- You've owned and shipped complex features end-to-end â from ambiguous problem statement to launched feature with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated AI fluency across three dimensions:
- Tool fluency: you know failure modes, context windows, the LLM ecosystem
- Workflow fluency: you know what to automate vs. keep human, and optimize for speed, correctness and scalability
- Product fluency: you know the difference between AI that earns its place in a product and AI that was bolted on to check a box. You've shipped the former.
- Hands-on experience with product management tools. You've lived inside Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar; you know where the friction lives because you've felt it
- Technical fluency: you can read API docs, understand context windows, and write specs engineers and AI agents can build from
- Strong prioritization instincts. You can distinguish urgent from important and hold the line on scope
- Clear communication. Most of your work product starts as written artifacts: PRDs, decision memos, spec documents
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software
- Experience with UX design
- Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
- Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently
- Early-stage startup experience (sub-50 headcount)
- Initial Screen: A conversation about your background, your take on AI-forward PM, and mutual fit
- Product Work Session: A take-home prompt sent you work on with live interactions with the Distru team
- Product Work Session Review: A conversation around your product work submission where you and the Distru team dive deeper into your thoughts and decisions
- Final Interview: Call with our CEO to determine final fit
Distru was formed by an environment of mutual respect and trust made up by people working together without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by law. We believe that diversity and inclusion among our team members is critical to our success and we proactively strive to recruit, develop and retain the best and brightest people from the most diverse candidate pools we can find all over the world.

About Mission Inbox
We are a B2B email infrastructure platform built for businesses that treat deliverability as a competitive advantage. More than 80 million emails leave our servers every month, and that number keeps climbing.
We are early-stage but cash-flow positive and profitable. That means you get the energy and ownership of a startup without the survival anxiety that usually comes with it. Every hire moves the needle directly. There is nowhere to hide, and that is the point.
Read This Part Carefully
This is not an easy job, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Customer Success is the backbone of Mission Inbox. CS is not a side function that answers tickets and forwards bugs. It is the connective tissue between our customers, our product, and our roadmap. When a customer succeeds or churns, it runs through this team first. That comes with real weight.
If you want a quiet, narrowly-scoped support role, this is the wrong listing. If you want to break into the startup world from the single best seat in the building, where you touch support, product, quality, and documentation in the same week, keep reading.
What You Will Actually Do
This role spans four areas. You will rotate through and eventually own pieces of all of them.2. Platform QA3. Product Direction4. Knowledge Base Creation
- Customer Support
- Be the first human a customer talks to when something is unclear, broken, or on fire
- Resolve deliverability, configuration, and platform questions with speed and accuracy
- Manage conversations in Intercom and turn one-off questions into reusable answers
- Use the product the way customers do, then break it on purpose
- Catch bugs, edge cases, and confusing flows before customers hit them
- File clear, reproducible reports that engineering can act on without a back-and-forth
- Sit closest to the customer, which makes you a primary input to the roadmap
- Surface patterns from support conversations: what confuses people, what they ask for, what they almost churned over
- Translate raw customer signal into product feedback the team can prioritize
- Build and maintain the documentation, guides, and help content that scale our answers
- Turn every recurring question into an article so the next customer self-serves
- Treat the knowledge base as a product, not an afterthought
You will thrive here if you
- Are early in your career and hungry to learn fast
- Like ownership and discomfort over comfort
- Write clearly and think in systems
- Are curious about how software actually works
- Want startup experience at a company that is already profitable
We are not offering you an entry-level box to sit in. We are offering a launchpad.
CS is where you learn the entire business: the product, the customer, the economics, and how decisions actually get made. People who master this seat go on to run things.
For proof, look up the chain. Our own CEO started his career as a Customer Success rep and went on to build and exit companies. The seat you are applying for is the same one that taught him how a business actually works. We are not promising you the same outcome. We are telling you the ceiling is high and the path is real.
Requirements
What We Look For
Required
- Strong written communication. You will live in writing
- Genuine curiosity and a bias toward figuring things out yourself
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to own outcomes, not just tasks
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Exposure to SaaS, email, marketing, or technical products
- Any experience that proves you can teach yourself a complex tool
- Spanish/Portuguese is a plus given our distributed team
Benefits
How We Work
- Fully remote and globally distributed. We hire for talent, not timezone
- High leverage, high trust. You get real responsibility early
- Profitable and stable. Startup pace, without the funding-cliff fear

About Akuity
With the move to the cloud, Kubernetes has become widely adopted by DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, but it has also added complexity. While scaling Kubernetes at Intuit, the Akuity founders started building Argo CD in order to streamline the adoption of Kubernetes. Argo CD helps developers own, understand and deploy their K8s deployments via GitOps.
Today, Argo CD is the third most popular project in the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and is used by 70% of companies who are using Kubernetes in production. The list of Argo CD users includes companies like Intuit, BlackRock, Tesla, Major League Baseball, Peloton, and many more.
The team founded Akuity in 2021 to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform enables teams to manage the development and deployment across hundreds â if not thousands â of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane. Trusted by top companies around the globe, the Akuity Platform provides the only end-to-end GitOps platform for the enterprises.
Our mission is to simplify the software delivery process so that DevOps and Platform Engineering teams can move fast, and deploy code effortlessly without the fear of breaking things.
The Role
As one of the senior engineers at Akuity, you will work on actively building and continuously improving Akuity's SaaS platform for our global developer community. We're looking for developers who build tools with an empathic mindset and are comfortable cross collaborating with others. You know developers and how to build tools to solve their pain points. Beyond building developer-centric tools, you will mentor team members around engineering best practices, participate in product development, and help contribute to the company's culture. This is an exciting position for someone to impact developer tools and the developer ecosystem globally.

Please note: a portfolio or work samples are required to be considered. Applications that include relevant, social-first examples reflecting the kind of editing this role calls for will be prioritized.
About the role
The Narrative Refinery is a boutique social media strategy and content production agency working with a roster of small but design-conscious brands. From July 20 to early August, the agency owner is on-site at a major international sporting event and needs a skilled social-first designer to own content editing for four clients during that window.
This starts as a part-time, project-based contract with a defined budget and scope. For the right person, there's a real opportunity to grow into an ongoing part-time role as the agency owner's go-to editor beyond this initial window.
Before the window begins, you'll have an onboarding call in early July with the agency owner to walk through the brands, briefs, file systems, and exact scope, so you're fully set up before the agency owner travels.
Shot lists and brand materials will be handed over before the project begins. Photographers deliver the raw assets. Your job is to turn that raw footage and photography into polished, on-brand, postable content, both graphics and short-form video, ready to be captioned and scheduled.
If you're a fast, proactive editor who loves social-first work and can match a brand's look without hand-holding, this is for you.
Who you are
- Proactive and self-directed. You take a brief and run with it rather than waiting for step-by-step direction
- Experienced specifically in social-first content, not just general graphic design. You understand the difference between a brochure and a Reel
- Comfortable with fast turnarounds and juggling several brands at once without dropping quality
- Skilled in both graphic design and video editing
- Able to study a brand's past content and documents and produce new assets that fit seamlessly
- Reliable with communication and deadlines, especially with the agency owner working in a different time zone and largely in the field
What you'll do
- Edit raw photo and video assets into finished, postable content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Produce both static/carousel graphics and short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Match each client's existing branding, guidelines, and content style by reviewing their past posts and brand documents
- Work to provided shot lists and content briefs, with quick turnarounds across multiple brands
- Deliver organized, clearly labeled final files ready for captioning and scheduling
- Flag questions early and manage your own time across a steady editing load
The clients you'll be editing for
You'll be editing for four boutique, design-conscious small businesses, each with its own established look, voice, and audience. The work spans beauty, lifestyle, retail, and local services, from polished and premium to warm and community-focused. You'll move fluidly between very different aesthetics, sometimes in the same week, so range and adaptability matter more here than any single signature style.
The scope and how the work flows
This is a focused, time-boxed engagement, not a full month of output. During the window, you'll be editing a defined batch of content across the four clients, a steady but manageable mix of feed posts, Stories, and short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The exact volume and priorities will be set together during onboarding so the load is clear and realistic before anything begins.
A good portion of the work can be templatized to keep output efficient and consistent, and you'll receive clear briefs that lay out copy, inspiration, and each brand's look and feel. Your job is to match that brief to the right images and video delivered by the photographers after each shoot.
Why this role is worth your time
This isn't faceless overflow work. You'll be the editing engine behind a tight, well-run agency with clear systems, organized briefs, and clients who care about their content. You'll get clean shot lists, brand documents, and direction up front, not vague asks and mystery deliverables. For a designer who wants steady, interesting social-first work across varied brands, with a real path to an ongoing role, this is a strong foundation.
What success looks like
- Raw assets come back from the photographers and get turned around into finished, on-brand content within the agreed window
- Each client's content looks like it was made by someone who knows the brand, not a stranger
- Editing can be handed off and trusted to be handled, keeping the agency owner focused in the field
- Files come back organized, correctly named, and ready to caption and schedule with no rework
How we'll work together
- You'll receive brand kits, past content, shot lists, and briefs beforehand
- Work is delivered through shared drives with a clear folder and naming structure
- The agency owner will be reachable for questions but largely in the field and in a different time zone, so proactive communication and good judgment matter
- Turnarounds are quick but defined. You'll always know what's due and when
Logistics at a glance
- Location: fully remote
- Structure: part-time, project-based, defined budget, with potential to extend into an ongoing part-time role
- Onboarding: a call in early July to align on brands, briefs, and scope before the window begins
- Role Timeline: concentrated work from approximately July 18 to August 8, 2026
- Time commitment: ~15-20 hours per week
- Software: work in the tools that let you hit the brief; Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva are all in active use
A few things that will make you stand out
- A portfolio that shows range across multiple brand aesthetics, not one signature style applied to everything
- Examples of short-form video you've edited from raw footage, not just templated motion graphics
- Evidence you can match an existing brand rather than impose your own

Stio® is an omni-channel mountain brand that designs, develops and sells beautiful, functional, and innovative apparel, footwear and other accessories infused with the soul of the mountain lifestyle. With headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming, Stio draws inspiration from the surrounding Teton Range and offers product via Stio.com, catalog, B2B and its Mountain Studio® retail locations.
We live and love mountain life, and as such see ourselves as caretakers of the resources that provide it. We are proud partners of Protect Our Winters and the Conservation Alliance among many other organizations. We have a strong preferred materials platform, use Bluesign® approved textiles wherever possible, audit our supply chains for best practices, and operate our workplaces responsibly.
We think that outside is the best side and that you can't improve on nature. It's good for mind, body and soul, and it's our responsibility to help enable access for all people, regardless of race, gender, beliefs, background or ability. We strive for inclusion at Stio and in our local and national communities.
YOUR ROLE
The Data Analyst is a key early member of Stio's Data & Analytics team, working alongside the Director of Data & Analytics to expand how the business uses data to make decisions. This is a full-stack, horizontal role: the work spans data infrastructure (ingestion, modeling, transformation) through analysis, BI development, and direct stakeholder partnership across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Inventory Planning, and B2B. You'll work where the highest-leverage problems are and grow the breadth and depth of the analytics function in the process.
You'll work in a stack built around Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Power BI, GitHub, and increasingly Python in addition to SQL and R. AI-assisted development is the default form factor for the team. Most of the code we ship is written collaboratively with AI agents in tools like Claude Code, then reviewed, tested, and iterated. The expectation is not that you arrive an expert in AI tooling. The expectation is that you bring strong fundamentals â the kind of data and modeling intuition that lets you catch silently wrong AI output that runs cleanly and passes tests â and that you're genuinely curious about how this part of the craft is evolving. As an early team member, you'll help shape how we work in this environment, not just execute someone else's playbook.
We're looking for an analyst who connects what they see in the data to the bigger picture and who has a strong bias for tying analysis to action. The right person doesn't hesitate to sweep the floor (fix a broken Excel link), isn't afraid to question the status quo (does this metric actually measure what it claims to?), and would rather quickly solve a pressing business problem with simple analysis than build a sophisticated model that collects dust. A foundation of technical skills is essential. Even more important is an eagerness to learn new things, sound judgment under ambiguity, and a desire to drive positive progress at Stio.
This is a remote role that is part of the Finance department and reports to the Director of Data & Analytics.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the business (Product Development, Marketing, DTC, B2B, Finance, Operations, Inventory Planning) to translate ambiguous questions into well-defined analyses, dashboards, and data products. You'll own these end-to-end: scoping, building, validating, and communicating findings
- Build and maintain dbt models that turn raw source-system data into trustworthy, well-documented datasets. Write the tests and documentation that let both humans and AI agents downstream rely on the work
- Develop and maintain the semantic context, dashboards, and reports that the rest of the business uses to operate day-to-day
- Own metric definitions and business semantics. Drive alignment when stakeholders disagree on what a definition or number means
- Review and harden AI-generated SQL, dbt models, and Python code with the judgment to catch issues that pass tests but are semantically wrong. The majority of your output will be code you've collaborated on with AI agents, and you'll bring the data intuition that makes that work trustworthy
- Investigate ambiguous data questions where the answer isn't in the schema: talk to source-system owners, investigate edge cases, reconcile conflicting definitions, and improve our model of the business
- Help build and maintain Stio's data infrastructure â currently Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Power BI, R, and Python â and contribute to decisions about where the stack should evolve
- Improve data governance for both the Data & Analytics team and the business at large by creating documentation that's actually useful and that AI agents can consume as context for future work
- Continuously develop your skills as the practice of data analytics evolves. This is a real part of the job, not something done on the side
- 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role
- Advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, comfortable wrangling messy real-world data, can read and reason about query plans well enough to know when something is off
- Hands-on experience with dbt, including writing models, tests, and documentation. You don't need to have built a dbt project from scratch, but you should be comfortable contributing to one and know what good looks like
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, or similar)
- Version control with Git/GitHub as part of your normal workflow
- Experience as a developer with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar)
- A real point of view on AI-assisted development for analytics work â what it's actually good at, where it falls down, what you do to make the output trustworthy
- History of building collaborative, trusting relationships with non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort presenting findings to leadership verbally, in writing, and visually
Though not required, we would consider the following as an added plus:
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R for analysis
- Experience with the components of our data stack (Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Power BI, Python, R, Claude Code, Codex)
- Experience with some of the systems we use: NetSuite, Shopify, Google Analytics, Segment, Klaviyo
- Professional experience at a DTC or omni-channel retail, apparel, footwear, or outdoor company
- Experience working in a small or solo data team where you owned the work end-to-end
- Must be able to work in a stationary position 50% - 75% of the work day
- Medical, Dental Vision plans
- Company Paid Long Term Disability
- Employee Assistance Programs
- 401k with Match
- Generous paid time off policies
- Gear test, perks and more

- Lead, coach, and support managers, team leads, and technical team members.
- Create clarity around roles, expectations, priorities, and performance standards.
- Hold teams accountable to commitments, timelines, documentation, and client follow-through.
- Address issues directly while maintaining a supportive, respectful culture.
- Help team members solve problems at the system level instead of depending on one key person for answers.
- Work closely with ownership and leadership to align operations with business goals.
- Turn leadership vision into clear execution, priorities, and measurable results.
- Take company goals, turn them into clear priorities, assign ownership, remove roadblocks, and make sure the team follows through.
- Support strong communication and coordination across departments.
- Help the company scale with more structure, consistency, accountability, and operational rhythm.
- Experience in MSP service delivery, technical operations, or a similar IT services environment.
- Proven experience leading operations, service delivery, technical teams, managers, or team leads.
- Strong understanding of how tickets, projects, escalations, client issues, and service priorities move through an MSP.
- Working knowledge of MSP service delivery, technical operations, ticket flow, escalation paths, and service priorities.
- Ability to understand technical issues well enough to ask good questions, guide priorities, and hold the right people accountable.
- Ability to build repeatable systems, improve workflows, and create operational cadence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with leadership, technical teams, and clients.
- Strong follow-through, accountability, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience helping a growing company move from owner-dependent operations to scalable systems and stronger team accountability.
The Director of Operations, MSP Service Delivery will lead operational rhythm, service accountability, workflow improvement, and team follow-through. Technical knowledge matters, but the primary value is knowing how to guide priorities, ask good questions, spot bottlenecks, and make sure the right person owns the right issue until it is resolved. What This Role Is Not
- This role is not a strategy-only position. It requires translating leadership vision into structured execution and measurable operational results.
- This role is not a traditional ticket-level Service Manager, technical escalation point, or technical architect role. While this person will be close to service delivery and will help lead the operational rhythm of the service team, the primary value is building structure, creating accountability, improving workflows, and making sure the right people own the right issues. It is not focused on driving rapid change for its own sake. It is responsible for building sustainable systems, reinforcing accountability, and protecting operational rhythm as the company scales.
- This role requires patience with process, consistency in execution, and comfort working within structure. If you are most energized by launching new initiatives or pursuing big ideas without sustained follow-through, this may not be the right fit.
- Leadership team that values clarity, trust, accountability, and follow-through.
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how the business operates, delivers service, and scales.
- Growing organization with room to shape systems, structure, technical maturity, and culture.

Our Mission:
ButterflyMX is on a mission to empower people to automate property access, operations, and security from a single platform. Our products are installed in more than 20,000+ multifamily, commercial, gated communities, and student-housing properties worldwide, including properties developed, owned, and managed by the most trusted names in real estate. Our features are designed for developers, owners, property managers, and tenants and our products lower operating costs and improve tenant satisfaction.
Our Solution:
Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Residents can open doors from their smartphones, issue visitor access, and see who is trying to enter the building.
Our Culture & Values:
Fantastic people are the key to our success. As a distributed, primarily remote workforce, weâre looking for more intelligent, passionate, collaborative, ai-forward, and down-to-earth individuals to join our growing team. Weâre driven by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation, grounded in our core values: We delight our customers, We take ownership, We are a community of collaborators, We speak up, We think big and do small, and We are tenacious.
ButterflyMX is hiring a Principal PM who thinks at the intersection of funnels and customer experience. This role is about understanding how people move through a decision process, where they drop off, and what it takes to earn the next step. You'll own a product area that spans two connected user groups, one experiencing that journey firsthand, the other managing and optimizing it on the other side. We have an early roadmap to build from, but we need someone to pressure-test it, sharpen it, and own it. The right person for this role brings consumer product instincts, deep familiarity with AI-driven workflow automation, and a genuine obsession with conversion.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the product roadmap for this new area: evaluate what weâve scoped, stress-test the assumptions, and evolve the plan based on what you learn
Define and drive the end-to-end experience across two connected user groups: one consumer-facing, one operator-facing
Identify where AI-driven automation can reduce friction and improve outcomes on both sides of the experience, and build those capabilities in a way that earns trust
Navigate a complex integration landscape, working with third-party platforms and data sources that are central to how this market operates
Conduct rigorous discovery by getting close to end users and operators, sharpening the problem definition while iterating with Design and Engineering on the solution
Establish the metrics that matter and hold yourself accountable to them
Requirements:
7+ years in product management with a track record of owning products from concept to market, including experience inheriting early-stage work and making it better
Funnel and conversion fluency: you think in terms of acquisition, activation, and drop-off. You know how to identify where a journey breaks down and what it takes to fix it
Consumer UX instincts for high-stakes decisions: you understand that some experiences require more than ease of use. They require trust, clarity, and confidence at every step
Deep familiarity with AI-driven communication and workflow automation: you understand where these systems create value, where they create risk, and how to deploy them responsibly in products where real people are making real decisions
B2B2C fluency: you have experience building products where the end user and the buyer are different people, and you know how to serve both without compromising either
Integration-savviness: you have navigated complex third-party ecosystems and understand the product tradeoffs that come with depending on external platforms and data
AI-native thinking: you approach product problems by asking how intelligent systems can improve the experience, not by adding AI as an afterthought. You stay current on what the technology can actually do and bring that knowledge into discovery, design, and prioritization conversations
A builderâs mindset: you donât just write specs and hand them off. You prototype, tinker, use the tools available to you today to explore ideas quickly, and you close the loop between what you ask engineering to build and how it actually works
Sharp communication: you can who can influence across engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership: you write well, present clearly, and earn trust without authority
Bonus if you have at least one:
Experience in proptech, multifamily real estate, or property operations
Experience building products with scheduling, logistics, or real-world coordination at their core
Experience working in or alongside a marketplace, CRM, or demand generation product
Background in products where trust and safety are design requirements
Benefits:
Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans (ButterflyMX covers 80% of the cost) starting day 1
401(k) plan with a match
10 paid holidays, 20 vacation days, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (ButterflyMX covers 100% of the cost)
Short and Long Term Disability (ButterflyMX covers 100% of the cost)
Paid Family Leave
Employee Assistance Program
Quarterly self-care stipends
Access to optional benefits including pre-tax flexible healthcare spending accounts (FSA and HSA), Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Benefits, as well as optional Supplemental Life, AD&D, Hospital Indemnity, Legal, Accident, Critical Illness, Pet, and Personal Liability Insurance
And more!
ButterflyMX is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. You must have the authorization to work in the US to become an employee. We strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates and employees. The Role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Warehouse & BI team and help us expand the reach, depth, and operational impact of our modern data platform. This is a hands-on role focused on report development, model expansion, and the ongoing reliability of a production analytics stack that already drives company-wide reporting.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, including operations, finance, dispatch, inventory, vendor management, and others. You need to be an expert at building and maintaining these relationships. They will help give you the context and information needed to deliver reporting and insights that enhances how the business runs.
Our source systems are varied and disparate, with multiple ERPs, each carrying its own schema, conventions, and quirks. A core part of the job is reconciling those differences and producing a sanitized & harmonized view where the business can compare like-for-like across entities and source systems. If you enjoy untangling messy data and turning it into something trustworthy, then this is the place for you.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, maintain, and extend Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and alerting across finance, operations, inventory, dispatch, and vendor management
- Write and optimize complex SQL against Snowflake to investigate data, build models, and answer business questions
- Build and refactor dbt models that standardize and harmonize data extracted from multiple ERPs into a unified, comparable schema
- Setup the data in scalable and consumable way to enable the organization to be most well suited humans and agents
- Reconcile disparate source-system definitions (chart of accounts, item masters, customer and vendor records, transaction types) so the business sees a true apples-to-apples view
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to elicit requirements, understand operational context, and translate business questions into reliable reporting
- Proactively surface findings, anomalies, and improvement opportunities discovered in the data
- Monitor Fivetran connectors, dbt runs, and Power BI refreshes; triage and resolve data quality and pipeline issues
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests that drive business decisions and initiatives
- Document data models, definitions, and report logic so knowledge is shared, not siloed
- 2+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or BI developer
- Extremely strong SQL skills, including comfort with CTEs, window functions, indexing, stored procedures, performance tuning, and debugging complex joins across large datasets.
- Understanding of relational databases and scalable design.
- Extremely strong Power BI skills, including:
- DAX and data modeling
- Calculation groups
- Alerting and operational enablement, including integration with Power Apps
- Performance tuning, row-level security, and report design best practices
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake or OneLake referred) and modern ELT patterns
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the interpersonal skills to build trust and productive working relationships with business stakeholders
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely and driving work without daily oversight
- Forward-thinking mindset with demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance and accelerate analytics work, including model development, DAX authoring, documentation, code review, and stakeholder communication
- 10 Paid Holidays
- Flexible Time Off
- 401(k) Company Match
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA and FSA
- Disability & Occupational Accident Insurance
- Company-Paid Life Insurance Policy
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.

Nabu Casa is a profitable company with no external investors. Today, we are the official provider of Home Assistant products and services. Every subscription and purchase directly funds the ongoing development of Home Assistant and the many other Open Home projects.
The Role
We're looking for a Technical Writer to own the documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role: you'll be the primary person responsible for making our products accessible to a global community of users and developers â from first-time setup guides to deep API and integration documentation. You'll work directly with engineers to translate technical complexity into content that empowers users to succeed independently, without needing to raise a support ticket.
Our community is technically sophisticated and values accuracy and clarity above all. This role requires someone who can earn the trust of engineers and users alike.
What You Are Going To Do
- Own the end-to-end documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and discoverable
- Plan and deliver documentation for new features, integrations, and releases in sync with the product shipping cycle
- Work directly with engineers to research and verify technical content, reducing the documentation burden on the engineering team
- Audit and improve existing documentation continuously â flagging outdated content, filling gaps, and improving structure and tone
- Define and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates so that community contributions are consistent and maintainable
- Triage and act on documentation feedback from the community, support, and internal teams to prioritise what improves user outcomes most
- Contribute to the developer experience â API guides, integration documentation, and contributor docs â to support the OHF community and partner integrations
- Track documentation quality signals (support ticket themes, community feedback) and report on them regularly
- Strong technical writing skills with a portfolio of developer or product documentation
- Ability to read and understand code (Python, YAML, REST APIs) well enough to write accurate technical content without constant hand-holding from engineers
- Good understanding of smart home hardware and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues independently
- Experience with docs-as-code workflows (Git, Markdown, static site generators such as MkDocs or Docusaurus)
- High autonomy and self-direction â able to identify what needs to be written without waiting to be told
- Strong stakeholder management: knows how to get technical information out of busy engineers efficiently
- Familiarity with Home Assistant or similar open-source or self-hosted software
- Experience maintaining documentation for a community-driven project with external contributors
- A systematic approach to auditing large documentation sets and prioritising improvements methodically
- Experience working async in a remote-first, distributed team

About N4 Studio
We're a global digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. As Webflow's #1 Enterprise Partner worldwide, we work with clients who are serious about their web presence and expect sharp, considered content to match.
What This Actually Is
This isn't a full-time role, and it's not a one-off gig either. We're building a pool of trusted copywriters and strategists who we can call on as projects come in.
Here's how it works: when a project lands that fits your skills, we'll reach out with the scope, timeline, and a fixed project rate. You say yes or no based on your availability. If it works, great. If not, no hard feelings, we'll come back around next time.
The writers who thrive in this arrangement are usually juggling a few clients and like the flexibility, but also want something consistent to return to rather than always hunting for the next thing. Projects come in waves so there will be quiet patches, but when we're on, we move quickly.
What The Work Looks Like
Our projects are website builds for B2B and B2C clients across a wide range of industries. Content work typically splits into two phases:
The first is narrative & messaging strategy, which involves: working closely alongside the project designer to develop the narrative and messaging direction for the site. This culminates in a client-facing presentation of strategic content recommendations and initial copy concepts.
The second is copywriting: taking the foundational work from the first phase and developing it into polished, SEO/AEO-optimised, on-brand website copy, from first draft through revision rounds to design handoff.
You may be engaged for one phase or both, depending on the project and your skillset.
What We're Looking For
You have a strong track record of writing website copy across various industries and brands, with experience writing for businesses with complex offerings. You can shift voice and tone without losing sharpness. You understand the relationship between copy and design, and you've worked in or alongside design teams before.
Familiarity with SEO principles and an understanding of how content performs in search (including AI-assisted search) is essential.
Familiarity with Figma, as all of our content work is produced and presented directly in Figma, so you'll need to be comfortable working in the tool alongside the project designer.
If you also have experience running content strategy workshops or leading clients through developing messaging frameworks, we want to hear from you.
To apply, please share the following:
- Your hourly rate for copywriting work, and your hourly rate for narrative & messaging strategy work if applicable. Please include the currency your rates are in
- A short note (a paragraph is fine) on the types of web copy projects you've worked on and where you'd place yourself on the spectrum from junior through to senior. This helps us understand where you fit before we bring you into a project
- A link to your portfolio or a couple of web copy examples. Please note we can't consider applications without this
Fully remote. We work with writers across New Zealand, the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond. So wherever you are, if your work is strong, we want to hear from you.

At our company, we value international talent, diversity, flexibility, and a collaborative environment that fosters both professional growth and personal well-being.

Radicle Science is seeking an exceptional, AI-native Associate Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier to Co-Founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen.
This is a high-leverage, founder-facing role designed for a high-ceiling operator ready to grow into strategic leadership as Radicle scales. You may come from an executive assistant, executive operations, founder associate, project management, or operations background. This is not a traditional administrative role â it blends executive operations, founder leverage, project coordination, AI-enabled systems building, and strategic follow-through.
The right person thrives in dynamic environments, brings order to complexity, and moves with urgency, judgment, and creativity. After meetings, you've already reviewed the notes, identified priorities, drafted follow-ups, updated trackers, and moved the work forward â without being asked.
This role is built for the AI era. You will use agentic AI â Claude, ChatGPT, workflow automation, and emerging tools â not as a nice-to-have, but as your core operating system. You'll be expected to 10x your own output through AI and help build the operational infrastructure that lets Radicle move faster than companies 10x our size. If you're not already experimenting with AI agents, automations, and LLM-powered workflows in your daily work, this role is probably not for you.
WHAT YOUâLL DO: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFounder Leverage & Executive Operations- Own and continuously optimize the operating rhythm of the co-founders, including calendars, inboxes, meeting preparation, travel, communications, and priority management
- Ensure Pelin and Jeff are fully prepared for high-stakes meetings with agendas, materials, context, desired outcomes, and follow-up plans
- Dynamically prioritize and re-prioritize based on evolving business needs, strategic importance, and founder bandwidth
- Draft polished communications, manage timely follow-through, and help ensure critical relationships and priorities do not fall through the cracks
- Use AI tools, LLMs, agentic workflows, and automations to plan, draft, synthesize, organize, and accelerate execution
- Build and continuously improve AI-enabled systems that multiply executive and organizational productivity
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive workflows across scheduling, communications, meeting notes, research, reporting, and follow-up
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and deploy new AI tools and workflows that help Radicle move at the speed of AI
- Help establish Radicleâs internal playbook for AI-augmented operations
- Track key meetings, decisions, action items, owners, deadlines, and next steps to ensure momentum and accountability
- Independently review meeting notes â including AI-generated summaries â identify priorities, and drive follow-up without needing detailed direction
- Support the cadence of leadership meetings, company rocks, strategic initiatives, board preparation, investor follow-ups, hiring priorities, partnerships, and other founder-led projects
- Translate conversations into decisions, owners, next steps, and accountability loops
- Support cross-functional projects led by Pelin and Jeff from planning through execution
- Coordinate across internal stakeholders to reduce friction, surface blockers, and keep priorities moving
- Prepare high-quality materials for leadership meetings, retreats, board interactions, investor discussions, and strategic initiatives
- Serve as a central coordination point for direct reports, leadership team members, advisors, partners, and other key stakeholders
- Coordinate seamless business and occasional personal travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics
- Plan and execute high-quality internal and external events, including venue selection, guest experience, logistics, and menu planning
- Maintain and organize key relationships across investors, partners, advisors, clients, prospects, and external stakeholders
- Represent Radicle with polish, warmth, discretion, and strong judgment
- 4â8+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, founder support, project management, operations, or a similar high-leverage role
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or fast-moving leaders in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to use AI agents and LLMs to independently plan, execute, and iterate on complex workflows â not just prompting, but building systems and agentic workflows that multiply your output
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished, thoughtful, and context-aware communications
- High discretion, professionalism, judgment, and emotional intelligence
- A strong bias toward action, ownership, and closing loops
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to continuously learn, experiment, and optimize
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, change, and speed
- Experience in startups, healthtech, biotech, wellness, technology, or other high-growth environments
- Exposure to Chief of Staff-like responsibilities, executive operations, project management, or internal operating systems
- Familiarity with EOS or similar organizational models
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Comfort with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, CoWork, project management platforms, and other AI-enabled productivity tools
- Experience building automated workflows or integrating AI tools into operational processes
This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of Americaâs fastest-growing companies and by Fast Company as a âWorld Changing Ideaâ and âMost Innovative Workplace.â
- Base Salary: $80,000â$100,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance-Based Bonus
- Equity: Meaningful equity stake in a high-growth healthtech company
- Clear path from operational leadership to strategic leadership as Radicle scales
Weâre looking for someone who sees this role not as a job, but as a launchpad â someone who wants to grow alongside a company building something that will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.
You are highly proactive, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, dependable, polished, calm under pressure, creatively resourceful, and energized by getting things done.
You love being at the center of the action, connecting dots, anticipating needs, creating clarity, and helping high-impact leaders move faster and better.
This is not a traditional corporate Chief of Staff role where the work is primarily strategy decks and executive advising from a distance. It is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you may move from drafting a board follow-up, to preparing a founder for an investor meeting, to cleaning up a messy workflow, to coordinating a leadership offsite â sometimes in the same day.
This is a remote-first role with flexibility, with a strong preference for candidates based on the West Coast, ideally in Southern California. The person in this role must be able to work West Coast hours and travel to San Diego approximately 4â6 times per year for company meetings, leadership sessions, and other key in-person gatherings.
If you are looking for a predictable 8â5 role with static responsibilities, this is probably not the right fit. If you are excited by speed, mission, trust, variety, AI-enabled leverage, and the opportunity to grow with a category-defining company, this could be an extraordinary role.
Radicle Science is a healthtech pioneer named Fast Company "World Changing Idea" for creating the future of proven, precision wellness. Since 2021, Radicle has become the #1 global leader in rigorous clinical evidence generation for wellness â running placebo-controlled trials on more Americans annually than all FDA drug-approval trials combined. We fuse AI, consumer science, and decentralized trials to generate unprecedented data at speed and scale. Our fully automated, vertically integrated platform enables clients to build portfolios of patentable, proven, precision wellness formulas â trusted by consumers, retailers, regulators, healthcare providers, and AI models.
Our 10-year vision: A world where 1 billion people dramatically improve their health every day with precision wellness solutions proven by Radicle Science.
CultureWe seek Rebels With a Cause â team members who are both a skill fit and a values fit. Our core values:
- Rebel with a Cause â Challenge the status quo, anchored in mission and integrity
- Audacious (without the ego) â Swing big, iterate fast, don't wait for perfect
- GSD â Take ownership, follow through, deliver reliably
- Evidence-Driven â Test, measure, learn, improve
- Grounded Brilliance â Sharp and humble; curious, respectful, collaborative
- Transparent â Communicate clearly and candidly so trust stays high
Radicle is a team of 35+ Rebels, co-founded in 2020 by Pelin Thorogood, M.Eng/MBA (tech founder, INC 200 Female Founder, Trustee & Vice Chair of UCSD Foundation) and Dr. Jeff Chen, MD/MBA (physician-scientist, founded and led UCLA's natural products research center). Advisors include Peter Diamandis (Fortune "50 Greatest World Leaders"), Dr. Jonathan Fielding (UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, White House Advisor), and Pamela Harbour (former FTC Commissioner).
The work will be hard â but if we succeed, we will permanently alter the course of health and wellness for all future generations.

- Contribute to the developer experience â API guides, integration documentation, and contributor docs â to support the OHF community and partner integrations
