ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Lithuanian Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join a long-term.

 

As a Linguistic Tester, you’ll help bring high-quality Lithuanian content to life and ensure it feels natural, accurate, and polished for end users. Your main focus will be reviewing and refining localized content, making sure it reads smoothly and is free from errors. This includes checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and cultural or contextual accuracy.

 

You’ll also work hands-on with products by executing test cases, identifying localization bugs, and reporting issues through internal bug-tracking systems. Once fixes are implemented, you’ll help verify that they’ve been resolved correctly. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to translate content from English into Lithuanian. In addition, you’ll explore user interfaces to identify localization or functional issues, playing an important role in delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience.

 

This role is ideal for someone with native-level Lithuanian fluency, strong attention to detail, and an interest in quality assurance within digital products. If you’re looking for a stable, long-term role (no end date) where you can apply both your language expertise and technical skills, this is a great opportunity.

 

MAIN DUTIES

  • Develop and manage the full prospect journey from first touch to sales-ready, with clear SLA agreements and feedback loops with sales

3. Demand Generation

  • Design and lead a multi-channel demand generation engine: digital, events, partner co-marketing, content, and outbound campaigns
  • Own the company's event strategy, including industry conferences, vertical-specific events, webinars, and field marketing
  • Build content programs that establish the company as a credible voice in the ERP space
  • Oversee SEO, paid media, email marketing, and nurture programs, with a clear line of sight from channel investment to pipeline contribution
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team with a vision for scaling the function as the business grows

4. AI-First Marketing Operations

  • Champion an AI-first operating model across all marketing functions
  • Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered tools that increase the team's output and quality without a proportional increase in headcount
  • Build repeatable, AI-enabled workflows for campaign execution, lead scoring, content generation, and competitive intelligence
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI capabilities and bring a point of view on how they apply to B2B services marketing
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, using AI as a force multiplier across the team

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline and demand generation
  • Experience marketing technology solutions, ERP, or professional services to mid-market companies preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of building or scaling a marketing function in a high-growth environment

1) Software de captura y procesamiento (Robótica + Datos)

Buscamos un/a Arquitecto de Datos TI que pueda diseñar y guiar soluciones desde la perspectiva de arquitectura, asegurando alineación con la estrategia del negocio y con las políticas tecnológicas definidas. 🛠 Key responsibilities

  • Produce on-brand static and animated assets for paid social, organic, email, and web (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, OTT).
  • Design and maintain scalable Figma systems: components, tokens, variants, layout grids, and export specs shared across teams.
