Responsabilidades

1. Software de captura y procesamiento (Robótica + Datos)

Desarrollarás y mantendrás herramientas para recoger, limpiar y procesar los datos de nuestros robots. Crearás procesos para registrar, sincronizar, validar y respaldar datos de forma repetible. También automatizarás tareas como importar, convertir formatos, controlar la calidad y generar informes básicos.

2. Percepción y analítica (Visión + 3D)

Implementarás y mejorarás algoritmos para procesar imágenes (con OpenCV) y analizar nubes de puntos (usando filtros, registro, segmentación y métricas). Prepararás conjuntos de datos, ayudarás a etiquetarlos y medirás su rendimiento: precisión, recall, error, cobertura, repetibilidad y tasa de reproceso.

3. Integración y calidad (Hardware/Software + Operación)

Trabajarás con los equipos de hardware y robótica para que todo se integre sin problemas (interfaces, formatos, límites de computación). Diseñarás y harás pruebas de rendimiento, robustez y calidad de los datos. Documentarás el código y los procesos, y seguirás las buenas prácticas de desarrollo y control de versiones.

Role Summary

As a SOC Analyst (Level 2), you are the escalation point for complex investigations and active incidents. You’ll take ownership of high-severity alerts, lead technical triage through containment, and coordinate with Incident Response, Cloud/Platform, Identity, and Engineering teams. You’ll also improve SOC quality by tuning detections, refining playbooks, mentoring Level 1 analysts, and driving post-incident learnings into better controls.

Advanced detection and investigation

  • Take escalations from L1 and independently investigate complex, multi-signal alerts (identity compromise, cloud control-plane abuse, endpoint persistence, lateral movement, suspicious automation, data exfiltration).

  • Perform deep log/telemetry analysis across SIEM, EDR, cloud logs, IAM signals, network telemetry, email security, and SaaS audit trails.

  • Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment. Experience with platforms that handle payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming workloads is preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.

  • Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.

Key Responsibilities

Architect the Customer Engine for Trust-driven Strategic Revenue Growth

  • Refine the Customer Success, Global Technical Support, and Account Management team for scale.

  • Transition the department to an AI-first operational model, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, streamline ticket resolution, and personalize customer engagement at scale.

  • Refine operational frameworks (people, process, and tech) to ensure the organization scales efficiently without inflating headcount.

  • Accountable for global NPS and CSAT metrics, treating these as scientific benchmarks for improvement.

  • Improve overall onboarding experience and long term retention

Product & Technical Advocacy

  • Act as the bridge between the Customer and Engineering/Product by implementing timely and nimble feedback loops that provide Product teams with critical customer insights. 

  • Translate complex customer pain points into actionable feedback that drives a "sticky" and indispensable product roadmap.

High-Performance Leadership

  • Manage five direct reports and a 100+ person global footprint.

  • Present operational updates to the Executive Team and Board of Directors, defending strategies with clear metrics and logical depth.


Requirements:
  • Proven Scale: Significant experience leading both Technical Support, Account Management and Customer Success teams across SMB, Commercial and Enterprise segments in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

  • Global Expertise: Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones (specifically India, NAM, LATAM, and EMEA).

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using data to drive capacity planning, health scoring, and operational efficiency.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Technical Support Supervisor, the Technical Support Specialist will assist with successful customer rostering and technical support of Great Minds’ K-12 digital products. What You'll Do
  • Build polished, performant front-end experiences. Own the UI layer of Decile Hub features — from layout and interaction design to responsive behavior and accessibility. Care about every pixel.
  • Work within a Rails codebase. Use Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates. Understand the Rails request cycle well enough to work efficiently across the stack.

About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect and scale Sully.ai’s platform-level agentic AI systems within our Engineering Research team. Your Role

The Identity team is responsible for the platforms that manage user access and data confidentiality for customers. As a Software Engineer on the team, you will take on a dynamic role, developing core customer-facing identity products, such as authentication/authorization, user account security, and encryption key management.
