About the role

Spanish-speaking Latin America is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we're looking for a highly motivated Events Marketer to lead planning and execution of impactful events across the region. Your work will deepen ElevenLabs' presence, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality pipeline in partnership with our LATAM marketing and GTM teams.

You'll own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You'll adapt and localize successful playbooks from our global programs while identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and beyond

• Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution

• Create compelling event messaging that resonates with local audiences

• Manage event budgets and timelines end to end

• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements

• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across the region

What you bring:

• 5+ years events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker, English fluency required

• Deep knowledge of the LATAM tech ecosystem and key industry events

• Experience working with regional event agencies and production partners

• Based in Mexico or Argentina

📋 Descripción General:

Buscamos un/a Lifecycle Marketing Manager para liderar la estrategia de retención de una marca e-commerce en crecimiento. Será responsable de gestionar campañas de email y SMS en Klaviyo, optimizar automatizaciones, segmentación, pruebas A/B y reportes enfocados en retención, LTV y compras recurrentes.

🎯 Requisitos:

• 3+ años de experiencia en lifecycle marketing, CRM o retención para marcas DTC o e-commerce.

• Experiencia avanzada con Klaviyo (flows, segmentación, triggers y reportes).

• Conocimiento de Shopify y ecosistema e-commerce.

• Manejo de hojas de cálculo y análisis de métricas.

• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y realizar QA de campañas.
