Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations. We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.

About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Implementation & Technical Account Management team — the frontline that keeps our global payment operations running without a hitch. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves solving technical puzzles and takes pride in being the first line of defense for our clients.

In this position, you will build and maintain real-time monitoring systems, respond to critical incidents, and work alongside backend teams to diagnose and resolve issues fast. Every action you take directly protects the reliability our clients depend on. This role demands curiosity and a constant drive to get better. The payments ecosystem moves fast, and you will be expected to adapt, grow, and bring fresh ideas to improve how we operate. If you're someone who sees an ambiguous situation as an opportunity rather than an obstacle, you'll thrive here.

If you're passionate about technology, eager to deepen your backend knowledge, and committed to building systems that scale — we want to hear from you.

Your contribution will be

  • Implement and maintain a robust real-time monitoring system that ensures full visibility into critical workflows before incidents escalate

  • Provide Level 1 support to clients, acting as the first line of defense to address issues, answer queries, and escalate critical incidents when necessary

  • Assist backend teams with scripting, bug reproduction, log analysis, and basic API testing

  • Create and standardize operational processes that enable scalability and consistent service quality

  • Analyze recurring issues and propose data-driven improvements to position the NOC as a strategic function

  • Ensure continuous operational coverage with well-structured shift handovers

  • Participate in small development activities to build hands-on backend knowledge

  • Identify gaps in current tools and workflows and bring solutions to the table

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent English, Spanish & Portuguese(written and verbal)

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, NOC operations, or a similar role

  • Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems

  • Basic coding experience — scripting, debugging, or log analysis

  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to assist users with integration or connectivity issues

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Customer empathy and a service-oriented approach

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

About MoonPay

Hi, we’re MoonPay. We’re here to onboard the world to the decentralized economy by making digital money move as universally and effortlessly as the internet.

Why?

Because crypto, stablecoins and blockchain aren’t just technologies. They’re tools for global financial empowerment. They give people and businesses more control over their money, their digital assets, and their future, opening access to legacy financial systems that have been out of reach for many.

What we do

MoonPay is a unified payments platform for digital currency. We make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to buy, sell, swap and pay in digital currencies as easy as sending an email. That simplicity is intentional, our focus is reducing complexity so people can participate confidently, without needing to be crypto experts. We power the entire flow between fiat and crypto end to end, with compliance, identity checks, fraud prevention, and settlement all built in. This end-to-end approach reflects how we work internally: with accountability, rigor, and trust built into everything we ship.

Proven at scale

Trusted by over 30 million customers and over 500 ecosystem partners, our secure, enterprise-grade platform is driving mainstream crypto adoption worldwide. Behind those numbers are millions of real people and organizations relying on MoonPay every day.

We collaborate with innovative brands and projects to build secure, scalable solutions for a blockchain-powered future. This is an opportunity to help shape systems, not just scale them. And we’re committed to doing it right. Fully licensed in the U.S. and regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, because trust and compliance are non-negotiable.

But we’re just getting started. We’ve launched a consumer app that makes crypto accessible, intuitive, and usable for everyone, and it’s growing fast. We’re iterating every day to make it the best it can be.

If you believe financial freedom should be for everyone. If you believe in building a fairer, more open financial system - we want you with us. To build systems that benefit all, we need contributions from all, regardless of background.

Come build the future of payments and the decentralized economy with MoonPay. Let’s make financial freedom and autonomy the new normal.

You will work closely with internal publishing, production, brand, and development teams, as well as external localization and LQA partners, to ensure our games deliver a high-quality, culturally resonant experience across all supported languages. The role requires strong operational ownership, sound localization judgment, and the ability to manage complex pipelines in a multi-project, multi-vendor environment.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position designed for an experienced localization professional who is comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a global publishing context.

This role is open across Europe; however, we currently prioritize candidates located in Spain, Portugal, Sweden, the UK and Ireland due to operational setup.

  • You will own the full localization lifecycle, from source file preparation through translation, linguistic QA, integration, and release validation. This includes establishing efficient workflows, improving tools and processes, and ensuring consistent execution across vendors and projects. Localization tasks and risks will be tracked through established project management systems.

  • Linguistic Quality, Lore & Culturalization
  • You will act as a key quality gate for localized content, ensuring narrative consistency, brand voice alignment, and gameplay clarity across languages. You will guide cultural adaptation decisions to ensure content is appropriate, engaging, and market-ready, while safeguarding lore cohesion throughout the localization pipeline.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • You will manage relationships with external localization vendors, translators, and LQA partners, including performance tracking, quality evaluation, and delivery alignment. You will collaborate closely with internal production, marketing, brand, and development teams to ensure localization outcomes support broader publishing goals.

  • Cross-Functional & Publishing Support
  • Beyond in-game content, you will support localization needs for marketing assets such as trailers, store pages, websites, and user-facing documentation. You will also partner with Player Support to ensure localized help content is accurate and consistent. As part of the publishing team, you may contribute to broader production support activities related to milestone tracking, dependency management, and operational improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience with LLM application frameworks and tooling, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration and RAG frameworks
  • Familiarity with evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM outputs, conversational quality, and system reliability
  • Knowledge of MCP, agent orchestration patterns, or related approaches for building multi-step AI systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience making sound technical decisions around quality, safety, maintainability, and scalability in production AI systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus if you have

  • Experience building clinician-facing, healthcare-adjacent, or other high-trust AI experiences
  • Experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or other applied ML systems beyond LLMs

Apply today and find plenty of reasons to SMILE!

Smile Digital Health is building the infrastructure for a healthier world — and the market intelligence to guide that mission has never mattered more.

The Upstream Product Marketing Manager will serve as Smile's primary outside-in signal engine. This is a role dedicated to the market intelligence function: active engagement in the field — in conversations with payers, providers, government agencies, and health data leaders — gathering the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and converting those critical signals into structured, actionable, and scalable intelligence for Marketing and Product Development.

The key insights this role will generate will directly shape how Marketing positions Smile's portfolio, influences product direction, and builds the market understanding required to compete and grow in an increasingly complex health data landscape.

This role is a founding contributor to Smile's Market Intelligence Center of Excellence — a strategic initiative to formalize how the company listens to, interprets, and acts on market insight.

\n

Responsibilities:

VOC Program Development

  1. Design and run a structured, repeatable Voice of the Customer research program spanning payers, providers, and government/public health segments

  2. Conduct 1:1 qualitative interviews, field conversations, and listening sessions with current customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to surface unmet needs, market gaps, and emerging segment opportunities. .

  3. Broker and maintain an ongoing feedback loop between market conversations and internal Marketing and Product teams

  4. Produce semi-annual Market Intelligence reports that surface trends, white space, competitive signals, and emerging segment opportunities

Market Intelligence Assets and Marketing

  1. Own the creation and maintenance of Source of Truth (SoT) documents for key market segments, competitive landscape, and customer insight — integrated into Smile's AI-in-the-loop marketing intelligence workflow

  2. Identify, define, and maintain User and Buyer personas across Smile's core market segments

  3. Synthesize qualitative market insights into quantifiable evidence that can support strategic and investment decisions

  4. Translate market intelligence into structured inputs — including business cases, opportunity assessments, and segment-level insights — that Marketing uses to inform and influence product roadmap conversations

  5. Partner with Smile's product team through Marketing's existing working relationship, ensuring the "why behind the what" is grounded in real market evidence

  6. Identify emerging regulatory requirements, international market signals, and niche clinical data needs that represent potential growth opportunities

Leveraging AI

  1. Work within Smile's Claude Enterprise environment as a core contributor to Marketing's AI-in-the-loop intelligence process

  2. Leverage AI tooling to accelerate the synthesis, formatting, and distribution of market insights and downstream marketing artifacts

Requirements:
  1. 8+ years in Product Marketing, Market Intelligence, or a related upstream/innovation function within SaaS, Healthcare IT, or a related domain

  2. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.

  3. Demonstrated experience designing or formalizing a VOC or market research program — not just participating in one

  4. Track record of translating qualitative market insight into structured business cases, personas, or strategic recommendations

  5. Familiarity with the health data and interoperability landscape — including payer, provider, and government/public health segments

  6. Working knowledge of health data standards (HL7 FHIR) is a meaningful advantage; intellectual curiosity about these topics is a baseline requirement

  7. Ability to hold a credible conversation with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders — and know which language to use with whom

  8. Demonstrated expert in field research: comfortable initiating and sustaining 1:1 conversations with senior external stakeholders.

Front End Engineer
  • Decile Group
  • Remote
design saas front-end software

Decile Group is transforming venture capital into a force for good in the world. We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms, changing the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform — reducing the barriers of entry for next-generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.

We're looking for a Head of Product to own the full product experience of Decile Hub and build it into a world-class tool. Read more about the Decile Group tech team here: https://github.com/VCLab-Inc/Engineering

The ideal candidate cares deeply about how things look and how they feel to use. You work within a Rails codebase comfortably and you have above-average front-end instincts — the kind that make you notice when a button is two pixels off or a loading state is creating unnecessary anxiety for the user. You're not precious about tools, you use AI to accelerate your work, and you're motivated to build something that real people rely on every day.

You don't need a long resume. You need to be able to show us something you've built that you're proud of.

Basic requirements:

  • You'll be expected to complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process (everyone on the Decile Group team has done well on it).
  • You must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot.
  • You must have above-average front-end skills — HTML, CSS, JavaScript — and a strong eye for UI detail.
  • You should be actively using AI tools in your daily workflow.

If you're motivated to build beautiful, functional software that helps the next generation of investors do their best work — we want to meet you.

And we want to work with you too.

\n

What You'll Do
  • Build polished, performant front-end experiences. Own the UI layer of Decile Hub features — from layout and interaction design to responsive behavior and accessibility. Care about every pixel.
  • Work within a Rails codebase. Use Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates. Understand the Rails request cycle well enough to work efficiently across the stack.
  • Translate designs into real interfaces. Work closely with product and design to implement flows that are not just functional but feel great to use. Raise issues when a design won't hold up in practice.
  • Use AI to move faster. Use AI coding tools actively throughout your workflow — UI generation, debugging, refactoring, writing tests. Help Decile Group stay ahead.
  • Improve UI consistency and quality across the product. Identify patterns that can be systematized, components that can be reused, and rough edges that should be smoothed. Contribute to a shared design system.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, including work within Rails applications
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you can build complex layouts and interactions without reaching for a heavy framework
  • Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or eagerness to learn it deeply
  • A genuine eye for good UI — you notice what most engineers miss
  • Active use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow
  • Ability to communicate clearly with designers and product managers about what's feasible and what isn't
  • Portfolio or examples of real work you've shipped

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
  • Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-heavy SaaS interfaces (tables, forms, dashboards)
  • Basic comfort with Ruby and Rails beyond the front end

The Benefits

While many companies flaunt their benefits and perks to convince you to join their company, we believe your career is more important than that. That’s why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be while empowering you to achieve your goals and aspirations.

What does that mean?

- It means you’ll have the autonomy to make your own decisions and focus on what’s important to you and your role.

- It means having access to a senior team that supports you and wants to see you succeed.

- You’ll have a smart team you can learn from, collaborate with, and grow with.

- It means being able to make an impact and have a voice in the future of the feature, product or company direction. We don’t just leave you to focus on a niche. We allow you to spread your wings and take advantage of opportunities, challenging projects and exciting problems.

- It means removing the bureaucracy and red tape that stifles innovation while giving you access to all the information you need to build and take action more quickly.

- It means allowing you to have the career you’ve always wanted today, rather than having to “earn your stripes” and wait for the right moment. If you’re good enough, you’re good enough.

But we don’t stop there.

In addition to the career opportunities at Teleport, we offer a whole range of benefits that help you to maximize your future, including:

- Extensive health coverage

- Annual expense budget

- Rest & recovery policies that maximize leave and your ability to recharge

- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans

- Equity in a US $1.1-bn business

- Professional development opportunities

Do you have what it takes?

Get to use (and know) Teleport through our unique interview process

At Teleport, we do things a bit differently. And when we say we only hire top talent, we actually mean it. Because of this, our interview process is different too - and we’re proud of it.  We let your work do the talking. We don’t go in for six rounds of interviews, live whiteboard or live-coding. We don’t hire people that can talk a good game. We only want the best. And for that, we need to see what you can do,  in your own time, in your own way.  For real.

But interviews are a two-way street. Through the project, you’ll get a real taste of life at Teleport, including:

- We’re flexible - you’ll have plenty of time to complete your project, if life gets in the way, that’s ok. We can - work around you.

- We give you autonomy  - you’ll have the space and freedom to figure things out, make decisions, and problem-solve.

- We’re collaborative -  Got questions?

- We have answers. You’ll have support from your team - the one you’ll be working with day in day out if you’re successful in getting the role.

- We progress careers - During the project,  see how much you learn. That’s what working at Teleport is like. We like learning, on the job. All-the-time.

- We can move fast (if you can) - two weeks sound like a long time? No problem? Early submissions are fine, and we’ll keep the process moving.

Think you’ve got what it takes? We’d love to see it! Unconvinced? We can guarantee three things:

- It’ll challenge you.

- You'll learn a lot.

- If you love the process, you'll love working at Teleport.

Customer Success Manager
  • Wholesail
  • Remote
manager accounting financial operational

Customer Success Manager - Remote (US)

About Wholesail (www.paywholesail.com)

About Wholesail

Wholesail (www.paywholesail.com) is building the financial network for wholesale trade — a $55 trillion global market that still runs on manual invoices, paper checks, and disconnected systems. We connect the accounting and ERP systems that vendors and buyers already use, bringing automation to payments, credit, and reconciliation workflows that have operated the same way for decades.

We are a small, fast-moving team solving hard problems at the intersection of fintech, accounting, and enterprise software. If you like working on things that matter, with people who care about getting it right, this is the place.

The Problem

Wholesale distribution relies on complex financial relationships between vendors and buyers. These businesses run on ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Sage — but the processes connecting those systems to payments, credit decisions, and collections are still largely manual. Wholesail is changing that by automating the financial workflows that sit between these systems, making it faster and easier for businesses to get paid and manage risk.

About the Role

We are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help shape the future of our customer success function. This is not a traditional CSM role where you follow a playbook and track renewal dates. This is a role for someone who wants to go deep on a complex product, work with sophisticated customers, and drive real business outcomes.  We have extremely low churn (less than 1%) and our customers deeply value their Wholesail partnerships - see testimonials here.

Your accounts will rely on complex accounting systems and operational workflows. You will need to understand how those systems work, how our product fits into them, and how to help customers get more value over time. You will also be one of our strongest feedback channels back to the product team.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about AI and automation and thinks about how to use new tools to work smarter. Whether it is streamlining internal processes, finding patterns across accounts
