The Role

- Diseño y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño
- Uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos de atención usuaria o análisis de datos
- Optimización de procesos
- Experiencia en análisis de mercado, operación de plataformas digitales o e-commerce
- Experiencia en automatización de tareas operativas utilizando RPA o flujos automáticos
- Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital o automatización
- Gestión y operación de proveedores y/o carteras de clientes de alto volumen
- Gestión de contratos con múltiples proveedores
- Análisis y Monitoreo de Mercado
- Diseño de indicadores, reportería y KPI operacionales
- Uso de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (SQL, Python y similares para el análisis de datos)
- Uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a procesos de atención usuaria o análisis de datos
- Levantamiento, análisis y mejora de procesos
