Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Recruiter to own and scale hiring across our Revenue, Business Operations and Finance functions. What You’ll Get To Do:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles in Revenue, Operations and Finance

What You Have:
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on Revenue, Operations and Finance roles
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth startups, preferably in AI, robotics, deep tech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to hire for both revenue positions and technical operations and finance roles at different levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and executives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Compensation and Benefits

Our salary range is between ($70,000 - $300,000 annual), but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Also, while we enjoy being together on-site, we are open to exploring a hybrid or remote option.

THE WORK:

Your Impact as a Lead Power Systems Engineer, Data Centers:

The Power Systems Engineer for Data Centers is responsible for leading the design of power architecture from grid todata center load, with individual site loads of approximately 50MW.

 

This role owns the design, reliability philosophy, and technical integration of utility interconnections, high-reliability substations, medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, and on-site and co-located generation assets.

Your Mission:
  • Identify relevant design criteria for high availability power system supplying data centers.
  • Define and own the overall power system architecture for data centers from utility point of interconnection through IT load.
  • Design high-reliability substations aligned with Tier III / Tier IV reliability standards for up to 50MW data centers.

What we’re looking for

We’re hiring a full-stack data and analytics engineer to build and own the data foundation that will power our daily GTM operations: revenue analytics, product usage telemetry, CRM data quality, attribution, funnel performance, and forecasting.

This is not a typical business analyst position. The annual compensation range for this role is $180,000-$230,000. THE WORK:
  • You'll purchase machinery, equipment, tools, parts, supplies or services necessary for the operation of an establishment.

Above Lending is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support regarding their accounts and loan products. You will be responsible for assisting customers with payments, navigating their accounts, and facilitating any necessary account changes. This position requires effective communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

 

This is a full-time position.  We are actively seeking candidates that can work from 10:00am - 7:00pm CT, Monday-Friday.

You will
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account navigation, payments, and account changes via phone or email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and addressing them promptly and accurately.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Multitask efficiently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information and account details.
  • Follow instructions and company policies diligently to ensure compliance and consistency in customer interactions.
  • Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and maintain high-quality customer support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
  • Drive company goals and objectives in every customer interaction.


You have
  • Excellent listening and understanding skills to comprehend customer needs and concerns.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Talkdesk, GDS, LoanPro, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is a plus.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in a contact center environment is preferred.

$18 - $22 an hour
In addition to base compensation, this position qualifies for performance bonuses. Agents have a potential earn a monthly bonus based on qualifying metrics, subject to the terms outlined in the company's commission plan.
