About the team
The AI Systems team is focused on building Wealthsimple's first-party AI tools and platforms. We design, develop, and operate the systems that bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of our teams and clients - from intelligent assistants and workflow automation to internal productivity tools powered by large language models.
We're looking for software developers who are excited about building production-grade AI systems end-to-end: from frontend interfaces to backend services, infrastructure to deployment. This isn't a research role - it's a hands-on engineering role where you'll ship real products, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and continuously evolve our AI platform as the technology and our needs grow.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Design, build, and operate first-party AI tools and platforms that serve internal teams and Wealthsimple clients.
Develop full-stack features across React frontends and Golang backend services, delivering complete, production-ready systems.
Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven features and translate them into working software.
Build and maintain containerized microservices, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy.
Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into our tools through well-designed APIs and service layers.
Contribute to platform architecture decisions, helping shape how AI systems are built and operated at Wealthsimple.
Iterate quickly on new features and prototypes, balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability.
Establish patterns and best practices for AI system development that other teams can adopt.
Our technologies:
React for frontend development
Golang for backend services
Container-based architecture (Docker, Kubernetes)
AWS infrastructure
PostgreSQL and Redis for data persistence and caching
LLM APIs and AI/ML tooling
Datadog, Sentry, and Mixpanel for monitoring and observability
AI-assisted development workflow
What you bring:
Experience building and shipping production software as a full-stack or backend-focused developer.
Strong proficiency in Golang and React, or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on both.
Hands-on experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Interest in or experience with AI/ML systems, LLM integrations, or building AI-powered products.
Ability to work across the full stack - from crafting user interfaces to designing APIs and backend services.
A product-oriented mindset: you care about the end-user experience and work with stakeholders to deliver features that solve real problems.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and technology evolve quickly.
Nice-to-have's:
Experience building developer tools, internal platforms, or productivity software.
Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
Background in building event-driven or streaming architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
Background in financial services or regulated industries.

ð§ Our Marketing team
No one is more creative and data-driven than this team; they truly combine the best of both worlds. The Marketing teamâs mission is to put our product into the hearts and hands of millions of users around the world.
The Growth Team builds and scales innovative growth engines to conquer markets, attract, and retain users.
The Brand & Communications Team shapes Joko's long-term vision and builds a lasting emotional connection with users.
The Campaign & Merchandising Team drives our B2C campaign calendar and elevates the shopping experience.
The B2B Marketing Team positions Joko as the top partner in our space and builds a standout employer brand.
Led by Isa, our CMO, the team is constantly innovating to take the business to new heights.
ð¯ What you will do
As CRM & Lifecycle Manager, your mission is to design and run lifecycle programs that turn new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV Joko users. You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email from the first onboarding message to the campaign that reactivates dormant users. You will join the Growth team, report to the VP Growth, and partner daily with Product, Data, and Brand teams.
Your main missions will be:
Guide new users to their first Joko âwowâ moment: The first days shape everything that follows. Youâll design the onboarding journey: messaging, timing, and triggers so every new user feels understood and reaches activation quickly. At our scale, getting those first touches right compounds into millions of engaged users.
Turn engaged users into power users, and power users into advocates: Youâll build retention and referral programs that deepen usage among our best users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention.
Maximize LTV across the full lifecycle: Youâll design cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment. Youâll partner closely with Data to turn behavioral signals into segmentation and triggers, and with Product to keep lifecycle nudges tightly aligned with the in-app experience.
Raise the bar on experimentation: Youâll run a continuous A/B testing program (hypotheses, tests, learnings, iterations) to improve existing flows and challenge our current lifecycle map. Every decision should be grounded in evidence, not intuition.
Take CRM to the next level with AI: Youâll use AI to automate the operational grind (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and unlock what we couldnât run manually: sharper personalization, faster experimentation cycles, and richer lifecycle logic. Youâll decide where AI genuinely moves the needle (and where it doesnât), then ship production solutions.
Drive growth across the company: Youâll work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM compounds alongside everything else weâre building.
ð Who we're looking for
Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app. Youâve owned lifecycle programs end-to-end, not just executed individual components.
CRM craft: Youâre hands-on with modern CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar) and you know what âgoodâ looks like across in-app, push, and email. Deliverability, segmentation logic, template design, and orchestration are second nature.
Data-driven to the core: You read cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results fluently. You use data to form opinions and drive decisions, not just to build reports.
Experimentation mindset: Youâve run structured A/B testing programs and know how to design experiments that actually teach you something, not just optimize a subject line.
Curious and hands-on with AI: Youâre genuinely excited by what AI can do for CRM. Youâve already built solutions from scratch using AI to improve workflows or drive impact, and you have real opinions formed from real attempts on where it works and where it doesnât.
User-centric: Youâre relentlessly curious about how users think, what they need, and how they respond. Every message you ship starts from a real user insight, not a template.
Ownership and drive: You take initiative, hold yourself accountable to outcomes (not activities), and move fast without dropping the ball.
Attention to detail: You know a broken merge tag, a mistimed push, or a poorly segmented email can undo weeks of work. You have a talent for spotting flaws before they ship.
Languages: Youâre a native-level French speaker and fluent in English, our internal working language.
ð Our perks
(Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only)
At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through:

The organisation has reached an important inflection point. It has built a proven product, established strong market traction, and is entering its next phase of growth. The challenge is no longer proving the model. The challenge is scaling it without compromising quality.
That is what this role is for.
We are looking for a Product Director who thrives on building operational systems that enable exceptional products to scale. This is not a traditional product management role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who thinks in systems, has exceptionally high standards, moves with pace, and sees AI as fundamental to how modern organisations should operate.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Product Director will lead the Product Development function responsible for the operational product layer supporting a rapidly growing programme portfolio.
You will transform strategic vision into scalable operating models, build the infrastructure that enables sustainable growth, and ensure products continue to improve as the organisation expands. Your work will directly influence quality, execution speed, commercial performance, and the overall customer experience.
This is a leadership role with line management responsibility for Product Development team members while working closely alongside peers responsible for learner delivery, commercial operations, technology, marketing, and partner success.
Why This Opportunity?
Few organisations reach the point where the product works, demand is growing rapidly, and the next challenge becomes building the operational engine capable of supporting the next stage of expansion.
This organisation is there now.
The ambition is significant. Growth is planned and measurable. Success will depend on creating systems that allow more products to launch, more efficiently, while continually raising quality rather than compromising it.
This role exists because operational excellence is becoming one of the organisation's greatest competitive advantages.
If you enjoy solving difficult operational problems, building for scale rather than today's requirements, and creating systems that enable people to do their best work, this is an opportunity to have genuine organisational impact.
What You'll Own
- The operational infrastructure supporting programme development, launch and continuous improvement
- Product quality across the customer journey, ensuring every improvement raises standards rather than simply increasing speed
- Operational systems, tooling and AI enabled workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
- Launch readiness by reducing friction, increasing repeatability and improving execution without sacrificing quality
- Cross functional operating rhythms that align Product, Technology, Delivery, Commercial and Marketing teams
- Operational reporting, KPIs and decision making frameworks that support continuous improvement
- Prioritisation and execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into delivery
- Building scalable operating models capable of supporting significant future growth
- Developing and leading the Product Development team while coaching individuals and creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Strategic business direction, which is established by senior leadership
- Learner facing delivery operations, which are led by a dedicated Learner Delivery Director
- Academic content, curriculum design or subject matter expertise
- Instead, your role is to ensure the operational systems supporting these functions are world class, scalable and continuously improving
Within your first 30 days
- Develop a deep understanding of how programmes currently operate and where operational friction exists
- Build strong working relationships across leadership and key cross functional teams
- Identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and scalability
- Understand how AI is currently being used and where it can create significantly greater value
- Develop an informed perspective on what excellent operational product delivery should look like
- Lead operational improvements that measurably improve launch readiness and execution
- Introduce scalable operating practices that improve consistency across programmes
- Present a prioritised roadmap for product operations, tooling and AI integration
- Become the trusted operational leader colleagues turn to when complex challenges arise
- Within your first 180 days
- Operational performance is improving across measurable KPIs
- Launches become faster, more repeatable and more predictable
- AI is embedded meaningfully into operational workflows rather than used as a standalone tool
- The Product Development function is enabling the organisation to scale confidently without compromising quality
- Senior leadership spends significantly less time resolving operational issues and more time focusing on strategic growth
Who We're Looking For
- You have successfully built products, operational systems or platforms within fast growing organisations
- You naturally think several stages ahead and build for future scale rather than today's requirements
- You combine strategic thinking with exceptional operational execution
- You have a strong product mindset and care deeply about customer outcomes and quality
- You are highly AI fluent and already use modern AI tools daily to improve decision making, productivity and innovation
- You understand that operational excellence exists to accelerate commercial growth, not create unnecessary process
- You communicate clearly, make decisions confidently and influence across functions without relying on hierarchy
- You enjoy working in ambitious, fast moving environments where expectations are high and bureaucracy is low
- Experience within digital learning, SaaS, technology, marketplaces or another rapidly scaling environment would be advantageous but is not essential
- This role is unlikely to suit someone who prefers highly structured, consensus driven organisations where change happens slowly
- It is not focused on curriculum design, academic leadership or learner delivery
- It is not a large people management position. Success comes from influencing across functions, improving systems and enabling others to perform at their best
- If you are excited by solving operational complexity, challenging conventional approaches, embracing AI, and continuously raising standards, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact
- Collaborative, people centred performance culture
- Opportunity to shape a high growth product function during a pivotal stage of organisational growth
- Flexible remote working within UK hours with international collaboration
- Professional development within an ambitious, fast paced environment
We run a fast, transparent recruitment process designed to help both you and us determine whether this is the right opportunity. We value your time and aim to keep every stage purposeful, engaging and efficient.
- Application Review Every application is reviewed by our recruitment team and hiring stakeholders
- Introductory Conversation A 30 minute conversation to discuss the opportunity, your experience, and mutual fit
- Leadership Interview A 60 minute interview with senior leadership, exploring your experience, approach, and how you would contribute to the organisation's growth
- Cross Functional Interview A 60 minute discussion with key stakeholders from across the organisation to explore collaboration, leadership style, and problem solving
- Practical Assessment A focused take home exercise designed to reflect the challenges of the role. We ask candidates to allow approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete the assessment
- Final Conversation and Offer A final discussion with senior leadership followed by an offer for the successful candidate

About Akuity
With the move to the cloud, Kubernetes has become widely adopted by DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, but it has also added complexity. While scaling Kubernetes at Intuit, the Akuity founders started building Argo CD in order to streamline the adoption of Kubernetes. Argo CD helps developers own, understand and deploy their K8s deployments via GitOps.
Today, Argo CD is the third most popular project in the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and is used by 70% of companies who are using Kubernetes in production. The list of Argo CD users includes companies like Intuit, BlackRock, Tesla, Major League Baseball, Peloton, and many more.
The team founded Akuity in 2021 to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform enables teams to manage the development and deployment across hundreds â if not thousands â of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane. Trusted by top companies around the globe, the Akuity Platform provides the only end-to-end GitOps platform for the enterprises.
Our mission is to simplify the software delivery process so that DevOps and Platform Engineering teams can move fast, and deploy code effortlessly without the fear of breaking things.
The Role
As one of the senior engineers at Akuity, you will work on actively building and continuously improving Akuity's SaaS platform for our global developer community. We're looking for developers who build tools with an empathic mindset and are comfortable cross collaborating with others. You know developers and how to build tools to solve their pain points. Beyond building developer-centric tools, you will mentor team members around engineering best practices, participate in product development, and help contribute to the company's culture. This is an exciting position for someone to impact developer tools and the developer ecosystem globally.

You run the CEO's operating system: goals, cadence, and follow-through. You also personally own the projects that don't have a home yet.
Everyday Dose is moving fast in a lot of directions at once. The constraint isn't ideas or effort. It's making sure the right handful of things get set, tracked, and actually finished while everything else keeps running.
That's this job. It is not an executive assistant role and it is not a note-taking role. You'll own outcomes, run the meeting the leadership team is accountable to, and have a real seat.
What You'll Actually Do
Own goal setting. Run quarterly and annual planning end to end. Sit with each exec, turn intent into targets that are measurable and few. Hold the line when a goal is a paragraph instead of a number. Publish it so the whole company knows what we're playing for.
Manage against those goals. Goals decay the week after they're written unless someone owns them. You're that someone. You track progress, surface slippage early, and escalate the things that need the CEO before they become fires.
Run the weekly leadership meeting. Set the agenda, bring the numbers, drive to decisions. Every meeting ends with owners and dates, and you chase them down between meetings. You're not the scribe; you're the person who makes the hour worth everyone's time.
Keep the scoreboard honest. Build and maintain the company-level reporting leadership runs on, in partnership with finance and data. Numbers come from the warehouse, not from someone's recollection on a call. If two sources disagree, you're the one who reconciles them.
Run special projects. The high-stakes, cross-functional thing that has no owner: a new bet, a partnership, a channel or business we're deciding whether to enter, a problem that spans three teams and belongs to none of them. You get handed ambiguity and come back with an answer, a model, and a plan.
Be the CEO's second read. Pressure-test decisions before they're made. Prep board and investor materials. Write the memo when the thinking needs to be sharp. Say the thing nobody else in the room will say.
What Success Looks Like In 90 Days
- Company goals for the quarter are written, owned, and measurable, and every leader can recite theirs without opening a doc
- The weekly leadership meeting has a repeatable format, a live scoreboard, and decisions that stick
- One company-level dashboard everyone trusts, sourced from the warehouse
- Two special projects taken from ambiguous to finished without supervision
- The CEO's time visibly reallocated toward the highest-leverage work in the business
What we're looking for
- 8 to 12 years of experience, including time as a Chief of Staff, BizOps lead, Strategy & Operations lead, or equivalent to a founder/CEO or a senior exec
- Top pedigree. Strong academic background and time at companies with a known high bar, plus a record of being promoted inside them. We look hard at both
- Left brain. You're fluent in a spreadsheet and comfortable in a data environment. You can build a model, size an opportunity, read a cohort curve, and pull your own numbers rather than filing a ticket and waiting
- Right brain. You write exceptionally well. Memos, board decks, exec comms. You can take a messy 90-minute discussion and turn it into one page that changes what people do
- You've run an operating cadence (OKRs or equivalent, weekly business reviews, planning cycles) at a company doing real volume, not as a theory from a deck
- Backbone. You will regularly tell senior, accomplished people that their goal isn't measurable or their project is late. You do it without drama and without flinching, and they respect you for it
- Startup metabolism. High ambiguity, fast context switching, nothing beneath you. You'd rather own the outcome than protect the org chart
- You use AI tooling daily to move faster on analysis, drafting, and research
- DTC, subscription, or CPG experience, especially a business with recurring revenue and real retention mechanics
- Consulting, banking, or PE foundation plus real operating experience (we're not looking for one without the other)
- You've built materials for and presented to a board or investors
- SQL, or enough of it to be dangerous
- Not an executive assistant. You are not managing a calendar or booking travel
- Not a project manager who takes notes and updates a tracker
- Not a strategy role that stops at the recommendation
- Not a functional leadership role. You won't inherit a team on day one, though this role can grow into one
How To Apply
Skip the cover letter. Instead, send us:
- One page on an operating cadence you built or ran. What existed before, what you changed, and what measurably improved as a result
- A time you told an executive something they didn't want to hear. What you said, and what happened
- Short answer: A subscription business is seeing retention slip. Five executives each have a confident, different theory as to why. You have two weeks. What do you look at first, how do you get to the actual answer, and how do you land it with a leadership team that's already made up its mind?
Benefits
- Strong base, performance bonus
- Meaningful equity because we want you to own a piece of what you build
- Health benefits + health stipend
- Generous time off
- Free product

We are looking for a self-taught builder with strong communication skills, great people synergy, and the ability to thrive in highly dynamic environments. You do not need to be a programmer at heart, but you do need to be comfortable reading code, understanding how systems behave, and translating technical complexity into practical decisions.
Our mission needs someone who can combine infrastructure thinking, security awareness, AI fluency, and operational excellence to help us design, scale, and protect critical systems. If Kubernetes, cloud architecture, automation, and intelligent tooling are part of how you think, this is your stage.
\n- Design and evolve Kubernetes architectures across multi-cluster environments
- Build and improve platform foundations involving networking, storage, scalability, and resilience
- Manage and standardize deployments using Helm Charts, Kustomize, and GitOps practices
- Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
- Drive performance tuning and security hardening across clusters and workloads
- Support cloud-native environments on GCP with a strong architecture mindset
- Help define and improve networking and security architecture for distributed systems
- Work with AI beyond simple chat assistant usage, applying it as a practical accelerator for analysis, operations, and problem-solving
- Create and maintain development and operational scripts to improve efficiency and reliability
- Read and interpret code when needed to troubleshoot behavior, assess risks, and collaborate with engineering teams
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, building trust and strong collaboration across teams
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Solid understanding of security, networking, and distributed systems
- Experience with Terraform, GitOps, and infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with Helm Charts and Kustomize
- Practical use of AI as a real work tool, beyond simple chat interactions
- Ability to read and interpret code for troubleshooting and technical decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and a highly autonomous, self-learning mindset
- Someone curious, resourceful, and self-taught
- Someone who enjoys solving hard problems with people, not just with tools
- Someone who can connect platform, infrastructure, security, and AI into practical outcomes
- Someone who brings clarity, ownership, and strong collaboration to complex environments
The Future We See

Mongoose is the leading AI Engagement Platform in higher education. Colleges and universities use us to increase enrollment, retention, and fundraising — without adding staff.
We have the product and the customers. What we don't have yet is a revenue engine to match. That's this role. As VP of Revenue, you own it end to end — new business, client success, account management, and, most importantly, the system that ties them together. Your job is to make it simple and run it with discipline.
Own all of revenue. The whole revenue org reports to you — one team, one leader. New business, client success, and account management are the front line, with enablement and operations behind them — the training and tools that set them up to win. It all serves one goal: grow ARR — by winning new business and helping our customers succeed. So you're measured on two things: new ARR and gross retention.
Build a simple, repeatable selling system. One clear path from first call to close to renewal — the stages, standards, and playbooks the whole team runs the same way. Make it so clear that reps know what good looks like and spend their time selling, not guessing. Done right, it shows up in forecasts you can trust, faster deals, and better conversion at every step.
Grow the people who sell it. Our reps are early in their careers and hungry, so growing them isn't a side project — it's the job. You build the system that does it: ramp, enablement, and a steady coaching cadence. And you're in it, not above it — in the deals and the reviews, helping close and coaching the fundamentals in the moment, not from a slide at quarter's end. The result is reps who sell with real confidence and conviction: they know how to win, and they believe they will.
Move us up-market. Our next stage of growth is in bigger deals. You know where the real opportunity lives in higher ed, and you focus the team there — raising the ACV we pursue, building around the highest-value accounts, and growing the ones with real upside. It takes sharp market judgment, a head for the numbers, and the discipline to say no to deals that aren't worth the team's time.
Run revenue like an AI company. Most revenue orgs still operate the way they did decades ago — we won't. We sell AI for a living, and the whole company is getting far more efficient, accurate, and effective by letting AI do the manual work. That takes more than watching for the next AI tool — it takes imagination: you picture how technology could reinvent the work, then we build it.
You've run a full revenue org — new business and retention both — and carried a number yourself, not just managed people who carried theirs.
When a number gets missed, you go straight to the funnel math — pipeline, conversion, time-in-stage — not the story about why.
You've built a selling system that works — whether you stood it up from scratch or overhauled a broken one inside an established org.
You're a real coach. You've taken early-career reps and turned them into closers — hands-on, not from a dashboard.
You think in unit economics and read a market fast. You've moved a team toward bigger, better deals, and had the discipline to walk from the rest.
You're already using AI to reinvent how you work, and you don't wait for permission to push it further.
Higher ed or EdTech experience is a strong plus, not a must. The market has real nuance — if you haven't lived in it, show us how you'll close the gap fast.
1,000+ higher ed institutions already trust Mongoose — built to give their teams exponentially more capacity across the systems they already run.
AI handles the routine, so people can focus on the work that actually moves students forward — more applications completed, more students retained, more donors reached. Same team. Much bigger impact.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401K with company match: 100% of the 1st 3% and 50% of the next 2%

About Flint
The best education anyone has ever received is one person paying close attention to one student: moving at their pace, noticing what they missed, asking the next question at the right moment. But the current system is built around a compromise with one teacher managing thirty students.
Flint exists to take that compromise off the table. Personalized learning, at the scale of a whole school â every student working with something closer to a tutor, and every teacher able to see what's actually happening across their class instead of guessing.
Go look at the product before you read any further: app.flintk12.com
The Role
Students want something that stays with them, going at their pace and helps them get unstuck without just handing over the answer. Teachers want that happening inside a class they still control, and they'd like their evenings back. Admins want proof that the platform they rolled out is leading to teacher productivity and student progress.
Your job is to dive deep into this design problem, holding three sets of needs within one product. Weâll trust you to ship designs that are the best possible solution to our users most urgent pain points. tl;dr you'll get to own how Flint works and how it feels.
How We Work
- We move fast, and closely. You'll work with a small, senior team: one Product Lead, a Chief of Staff (Product), a CTO, and five engineers. We also have a running joke that we canât keep up with our #product_updates channel because of how much we ship.
- Fast and good aren't in tension here. In our experience the fastest route to something good is getting a rough version in front of a real teacher early, which tends to be quicker than getting it right in private. Decisions with the highest impact have often happened within days, not month long sprints.
- Weâre always learning. Call it on-brand or a bit on the nose, but learning from each other, our customers, the market have been key to our growth. We even have channels dedicated to sharing our workflow mistakes and wins. Education is also still being actively shaped as a field, and staying tuned to what users and the industry are telling us matters more than assuming we already know.
- Users drive our decisions. Our team isn't exclusively made up of former teachers, and that's deliberate. We'd rather build from real user feedback and a range of perspectives than from any one person's classroom experience. Our close connection with teachers, students, and admins helps us quickly understand what's working and what isn't.
- We design with AI, not around it. Lo-fi concepts out of Claude, prototypes we can put in front of a teacher the same week, PRDs drafted from screenshots and voice notes: these are just a few ways weâve used AI to support our work, and it's a real part of why our loop is as short as it is.
- Dig deep, validate, and design. Validate the user goals, map key journeys, and land on the actual jobs to be done. People will hand you solutions along the way: the useful move is usually to find the need underneath before taking the solution at face value.
- Explore broadly, then narrow. Iteration is key. For a complex UI, we'd expect five or six real concepts on the table before committing to one, whether it sketches, wireframes, AI-generated lo-fi, competitor and industry researchâ¦whatever gets you there fastest. Then you cut it down with your own judgment, a review with someone on the team, and wherever we can manage it, real users.
- Design zero to one, and one to a hundred. Some of this is a genuinely new problem where you shape the whole thing from scratch. Some of it is taking something we shipped early and making it scalable, coherent, and delightful in the way the first version never had time to be.
- Communicate your judgment effectively. You can clearly explain the context, intent, designs, and the reasoning behind your work to the rest of the team.
- Set the design bar. Our design system and design philosophy are still taking form. You'll decide what becomes a pattern, what stays a one-off, and where the whole thing goes from here.
- Stay through QA and impact. You'll have a say in what gets QA'd and in what metrics tell us whether the thing actually worked. Shipping isn't the end of your involvement.
- Impact hundreds of thousands of learners. How a generation learns to think alongside AI is being decided right now, in the products that get built this year. Very few designers get to work on something this consequential this early.
- You've designed and shipped real software. We care far more about one thing you made and can talk us through than about ten polished case-study slides.
- You can run the whole arc, from understanding the problem through concepts, hi-fi, and a spec engineering can build from. Not every step has to be your strongest.
- You're comfortable with being scrappy and being iterative. You'd rather put a rough thing in front of a real teacher than a perfect thing in front of your own team.
- You want to shape a category-defining product. You're excited by building something that hasn't existed before and genuinely changes how people learn â not iterating on the margins of something that already works.
- You're here to learn, not just to apply what you already know. That means sharpening your design skills and process on the job, and getting deep on the education industry itself, from US private Kâ12 to foreign education ministries and everything in between. You find that range interesting rather than intimidating.
- You care about education. You should like what you are building and who you are building for!
- Meaningful equity.
- Health and dental insurance.
- Personal device stipend.

RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior ABM Manager to help RevenueCat speak to, engage, and build pipeline with established consumer apps.
This is not your standard “own the funnel” demand gen role. And it is definitely not the kind of ABM where you buy a list, launch ads, hand accounts to a BDR team, and hope enough people agree to a demo.
RevenueCat doesn’t run that kind of GTM motion. We’re a marketing-led, inbound-first company with a lean, technical sales team. Our sales motion is consultative by design: engineers and account managers helping product, engineering, and growth teams understand the tradeoffs of app monetization, not pushing people through a generic enterprise SaaS sales process. Your job is to create the kind of campaigns, experiences, and account-specific moments that make the right people want to talk to us.
You’ll work closely with Cameron, our sales team, events, content, product marketing, and RevOps to build the next version of ABM at RevenueCat.
We already know many of the accounts we care about. We already have a strong market position. We have thousands of engaged contacts in our CRM and a history of creative campaigns, events, data reports, and account-based plays that have worked (and plenty that haven’t). Now we need someone to turn that raw material into a more deliberate, repeatable, and creative pipeline engine for larger apps.
On any given day, you might be dissecting the monetization flow of a top-grossing fitness app, turning State of Subscription Apps data into a private benchmark report for a target category, vibe-coding a personalized landing page for a strategic account, or building an AI workflow that turns account signals into a useful sales play.
ABM at RevenueCat should not feel like ABM anywhere else. If it looks like a generic SaaS ad, we probably don’t want to do it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Building the strategic account engagement engine
We know who most of the “big apps” are. Your job is to help us understand what they care about, how to reach them, and what RevenueCat can uniquely help them do.
You’ll help map, prioritize, segment, and activate target accounts across the consumer app ecosystem: health and fitness, productivity, education, AI-native apps, dating, media, streaming, gaming, and other categories where monetization complexity is a real challenge.
You’ll go deeper than firmographics. You’ll care about what monetization model an app uses, how mature its subscription strategy is, whether it is testing web funnels, what its paywall experience looks like, how its app store reviews talk about pricing, what its product and growth teams are hiring for, and where RevenueCat might credibly help.
Creating ABM plays that do not feel like ABM
You’ll architect 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that feel useful, researched, and hard to ignore.
We are not looking for “Dear {{First Name}}, noticed you work at {{Company}}.”
Instead, this could mean building a category-specific benchmark experience for scaled fitness apps, creating a personalized “what we’d test next” page for a target account, sending a private data readout to a growth leader, or helping design an invite-only discussion for product and engineering leaders dealing with the operational messiness of app monetization at scale.
Earning mindshare and trust with the “big app” ecosystem
Big apps are different beasts.
They often have subscription infrastructure already. They may have built internal tooling years ago. They may have different teams owning app store billing, web checkout, product catalogs, pricing experiments, reporting, lifecycle campaigns, and support. They may not want to rip and replace anything. They may be interested in RevenueCat precisely because we can now help them add value around their existing setup through products like web funnels, remote paywalls, and more robust product catalog management.
You’ll become one of the people internally who lives and breathes this world. You’ll help us understand what established apps care about, where they struggle, what they misunderstand about RevenueCat, and what messages actually earn attention from product, engineering, and growth leaders.
Partnering closely with Sales
You’ll work directly with Chris, Amanda, and the sales team to turn field feedback into better campaigns.
That means listening to what prospects are actually asking, understanding where deals get stuck, identifying which objections are perception problems versus product gaps, and building targeted plays that open doors or accelerate active conversations.
You will not be throwing leads over the wall. You’ll be in the account strategy conversation.
Building AI-native GTM workflows
Our ABM foundation is functional, but not particularly solid. Some of the current process is duct-taped together. That is part of the opportunity.
You’ll help rebuild pieces of the system in a more AI-native way: account research, signal monitoring, landing page generation, campaign orchestration, reporting, and nurture flows.
We want someone who sees AI as a way to make GTM more personal, more useful, and more creative.
Owning the account journey from “mapped” to “in conversation”
You’ll help define the metrics that matter. That likely includes target accounts mapped, contacts identified, meaningful engagement, meetings booked, opportunities created, assisted pipeline, and ABM-sourced pipeline.
Quality matters more than volume. RevenueCat already knows how to drive broad engagement. This role is about translating our market position into high-quality conversations with the right accounts.
What This Might Look Like In Practice
You might build:
A personalized monetization teardown for a scaled education app, showing where RevenueCat could help them test faster without ripping out their current subscription infrastructure.
A private benchmark brief for 50 large health and fitness apps, using RevenueCat data to show how their category behaves differently from the broader subscription market.
A post-App Growth Annual follow-up motion where strategic accounts receive tailored takeaways based on the sessions, workshops, or product areas most relevant to their business.
A first-party event motion built with the Events team: identifying the right target accounts, partnering with Sales on invite strategy, and helping build the pre- and post-event follow-up that turns a private dinner, roundtable, or workshop into measurable pipeline.
A 1:1 landing page for a target account that explains how RevenueCat’s newer products – web funnels, remote paywalls, product catalog management – could complement their existing stack.
An AI workflow that monitors target accounts for relevant signals: app updates, pricing changes, SDK installs, hiring patterns, product launches, or public comments from their team.
A campaign that takes a very RevenueCat brand moment (something playful like Shipaton or the Paywall Speed-Building Championship) and adapts it for a more senior, scaled-app audience without making it boring.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first month, you’ll:
Get hands-on with RevenueCat’s product, customer base, and current GTM motion.
Build relationships with the broader GTM team: Paid Marketing, Content, Sales, Events, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
Audit our current ABM foundation: target account lists, CRM data, engaged contacts, past campaigns, event motions, reporting, and the duct-taped workflows that need to be improved.
Sit in on sales calls and account strategy conversations to understand how larger apps evaluate RevenueCat.
Study the established app ecosystem: who the major players are, how different app categories monetize, and where RevenueCat’s perception needs to evolve.
Ship your first small-but-useful contribution: maybe a campaign concept, a workflow improvement, or a quick account activation play.
Within the first 3 months, you’ll:
Run at least one end-to-end ABM play for a strategic account segment or cluster of named accounts.
Define an initial account journey model, from mapped to engaged to meeting to opportunity.
Begin owning an assisted pipeline number, with a clear point of view on how we should measure quality account engagement.
Build a strong feedback loop with Sales so campaign ideas are grounded in what the team is hearing in the field.
Propose a roadmap for taking RevenueCat’s ABM efforts to the next level.
Rebuild at least one messy GTM process into a more scalable, AI-native workflow.
Within the first 6 months, you’ll:
Launch multiple 1:1 or 1:few plays that generate meaningful engagement with target accounts.
Partner with Events and Sales on at least one strategic account experience — such as a private dinner, roundtable, workshop, or conference-adjacent activation — with clear goals around target account attendance, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, and post-event follow-up.
Work with Content or Product Marketing to turn RevenueCat data, product launches, or customer insights into assets that speak directly to larger apps.
Build reusable campaign frameworks that can be adapted by category, use case, persona, or account stage.
Help the GTM team get sharper on how we talk to established apps that do not want to rip and replace their current setup.
Show early evidence that ABM is creating higher-quality conversations and pipeline.
After 12 months, you’ll have:
Built a repeatable ABM engine for strategic consumer app accounts, including frameworks we can iterate on
Grown ABM-sourced and ABM-assisted pipeline.
Helped RevenueCat show up more credibly with larger, established apps.
Become one of the internal experts on how big apps operate, what they care about, and how we should engage them.
Created account plays that Sales actually wants to use because they lead to better conversations.
Established a system for learning from every campaign, event, and account interaction so the program gets smarter over time.
What We’re Looking For
You might be a good fit if you
Have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, integrated campaigns, or a related GTM role.
Have built pipeline with strategic accounts before, especially in a high-quality, account-specific motion.
Are AI-native in how you work. You are already using AI to research, write, build, automate, analyze, or orchestrate campaigns.
Have taste. You know when something feels generic, over-automated, too salesy, or too much like every other SaaS campaign.
Are excited by consumer apps. You notice paywalls. You have opinions about onboarding and why one app monetizes better than another. You are curious about pricing, app store dynamics, subscriptions, churn, web funnels, and growth loops.
Experience using tools like Salesforce, Clay, and 6sense
This Role Is Probably Not For You If
You want a large BDR team to brute-force account engagement.
You measure success primarily in lead volume.
You think “enterprise marketing” means making things more formal, more corporate, and less interesting.
You need every process to be fully built before you can make progress.
You are uncomfortable getting hands-on with copy, tools, landing pages, data, workflows, events, and sales feedback.

Here at Clerky, we build software to make legal paperwork easier for startups and their attorneys. We're profitable and growing sustainably. We're the most popular way for high-growth technology startups to form, and are also used by many top-tier startups for hiring and fundraising.
As a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist at Clerky, you will be the voice of the company to thousands of startup founders, investors, and attorneys. These customers use Clerky to get critical legal paperwork done, often on a tight timeline. Our success is based on word-of-mouth, so we have a strong culture of providing world-class service (ask us about our satisfaction ratings!). We are rabidly customer-centric.
What Makes Customer Operations Different at Clerky
It’s a lot harder here. Helping our customers can be unusually challenging due to the nuanced and specialized nature of their questions. Doing the job well can require a lot of iterative feedback, so we're looking for someone who thinks critically about their writing and is always looking for ways to improve. Along the way, you'll also pick up a lot of knowledge about startups and startup law.
The challenges never stop. The level of learning and craftsmanship that goes into writing responses to our customers requires intense focus. If you’re looking for the kind of position where you can easily master all the information at the beginning and work in a way that does not require intense focus, this position will probably not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you love learning and constantly challenging yourself, this position could be a good fit for you.
There are often no right answers. We’re often not able to provide definitive answers to the questions we receive. In many cases, the best we can do is to equip our customers with the information they need to be able to figure out the right answer on their own, or to understand that it isn’t possible to figure out what the right answer is. If you prefer an environment more oriented around providing definitive answers, this position may not be a good fit for you.
-
Genuine love for helping people
-
High emotional intelligence
-
Logical / analytical thinker
-
Exceptional written English communication skills, including the ability to write precisely and succinctly
-
Extremely detail-oriented
-
Comfort with working remotely and independently
-
Technologically savvy - you should be confident in your ability to use new software without training
-
Appreciation for giving and receiving feedback often (often several times a day)
-
Natural internal motivation to constantly strive for excellence in everything you do
-
Clerky has been remote-first for many years, long before COVID. We’re very familiar with working remotely, and enjoy it.
-
Our team is small, so everyone's contributions matter. We work efficiently, autonomously, and with great respect for each other.
-
We work openly and collaboratively. We’re here to support you in being successful in this role. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure our customers are getting the best possible support and experience.
-
Everyone on our team works hard, and we trust team members to know what will help them be most productive. Schedules are flexible as long as there is adequate team coverage.
-
We want to help you grow, so we have a budget for books, courses, tools, or whatever other educational resources you need to be successful.
-
We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits and the opportunity to learn a lot while helping our customers through an exciting time in their lives.
-
Writing thoughtful and empathetic replies to customer emails using our help desk software, Help Scout
-
Writing and maintaining help center articles, and identifying topics for new articles based on customer inquiries
-
Working with our engineering team to debug software issues our customers encounter
-
Using our software to develop and manage new ways for our customers to complete legal paperwork
-
Assisting product team by testing new features and bug fixes, and conveying customer feedback
-
Spotting trends in customer issues that other team members should be alerted to
This is a 100% remote position. You'll be able to work from home (or from anywhere else). We offer top-of-market compensation and benefits, reasonable hours, and reasonable customers. No legal experience or background is necessary or preferred.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. The Project Management Coordinator role is essential for maintaining the structure and rhythm of our high level advisory work. In this position, you will support our principals as we assist a major regional logistics and transportation group through a complex transition of their operating model. You will provide the organizational support needed to ensure that our strategic recommendations are tracked, documented, and moved toward a final decision.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups and government entities. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis over traditional office overhead.
What you will do
- Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure that all mandate milestones are met on time.
- Support our principals in gathering research and data related to the logistics sector to help form a clear view on client challenges.
- Draft concise internal updates and reports regarding the progress of specific portfolio projects.
- Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure all data is accurate and accessible to the team.
- Monitor project risks or delays and communicate them clearly to the responsible partners.
- Assist in the preparation of governance documents and strategy materials for board level presentations.
- Track communication between our firm and client representatives to maintain a clear record of decisions made.
- Support the refinement of client operating models by documenting current processes and proposed changes.
- A logical mindset and the ability to organize complex information into clear, actionable steps.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on precision and the ability to communicate ideas without using corporate jargon.
- A high level of attention to detail when reviewing documents and project schedules.
- Curiosity about how large holding companies and regional logistics firms function at a governance level.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own tasks effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic familiarity with digital tools for project tracking or a strong willingness to learn our specific methods.
We operate as a fully remote firm, which allows us to focus on the clarity of our thinking rather than the logistics of an office. This model requires a high degree of professional maturity and trust. We value intellectual honesty and direct communication, where the quality of an idea is more important than the title of the person who suggests it. As an entry level member of the team, you will receive direct mentoring from our principals, gaining exposure to how significant corporate decisions are made and executed. We prioritize high impact work on a small number of mandates, ensuring that our team can remain focused on results rather than simple activity.
What the role offers
- Direct involvement in high level strategy mandates for a major regional logistics and infrastructure client.
- Competitive pay that is attractive for the market and reflective of the importance of this role.
- A permanent, fully remote position that offers professional autonomy and flexibility.
- Mentorship from experienced principals who are leaders in the fields of governance and corporate strategy.
- A professional environment that values sober analysis and clear communication over corporate theater.

Since launching in 2021, weâve expanded to include Preconception and Miscarriage Care, Pregnancy Care, Postpartum Support, and Gynecology. We currently have 4 clinics in the tri-state area, with three new clinics opening in 2026! Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.
OULA HEALTH
Product Manager
Full-Time
- New York, Chicago or Charlotte
- Reports to VP, Central Operations
Oula Health is a venture-backed, midwifery-led maternity and GYN care company building the next generation of women's healthcare. We partner exclusively with major health systems â including Mount Sinai, Stamford Health, and Novant Health â to embed our collaborative OB-GYN and midwifery model directly inside their networks. We're a team of ~100 people at Series B stage, with 4 clinics today and three more opening in 2026.
The Role
At Oula, our product doesn't sit alongside our EHR â it integrates directly into it. Every product and engineering decision has downstream consequences for how our EHRs are configured, and every EHR configuration decision shapes what's possible on the product side. Someone has to hold both at once.
We're looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to own and evolve our core technology stack â including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration, serving as the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.
You'll manage the day-to-day health of our tech stack, partnering closely with both internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure our systems run smoothly and our integrations deliver. You can sit with a midwife and understand why a clinical template matters, then turn around and write a bug ticket that engineering can actually action, then build the SOP so the next market launch doesn't require you to be in the room. When things are ambiguous (and they often are), you'll lean in rather than wait for clarity.
What You'll Own
EHR Configuration & Clinical Systems
- Own day-to-day management of our core tech stack: the EHR, patient portal, and care management platform
- Own Athena and Epic configuration end to end: clinical templates, order sets, lab configurations, payer connectivity, and access management for clinical and ops staff
- Lead EHR integration efforts as the internal and external subject matter expert â FHIR/HL7 data exchange, health system IT coordination and committed go-live timelines
- Own and accelerate Epic integration timelines as we onboard additional health system partners
- Maintain configuration integrity as new markets launch and care model workflows evolve
- Partner with our IT team on infrastructure; own the clinical systems layer they don't touch
- Own bug intake and prioritization from Market Operations â standardize how Engineering receives, scopes, and resolves issues and communicates status back to the field
- Build structured launch toolkits and training materials so clinic teams are prepared for new feature rollouts on day one
- Coordinate end-to-end launches across Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual administrative burden in product operations workflows
- Build and maintain the clinical systems SOP library so new market setup is repeatable â documented well enough that a new hire can execute without you in the room
- Develop onboarding materials for clinic managers and clinical staff on EHR workflows and tooling
- Drive feature parity efforts so patients and clinicians experience a consistent standard of care across markets
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health across clinics
- Develop quarterly reporting for Product, leadership, and health system partners on platform performance
- Ensure data infrastructure is in place to measure the impact of every feature rollout
- 3+ years with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work â ideally at a growth-stage digital health or services company
- Strong problem-solving instincts and genuine curiosity â you like figuring out how things work and making them work better
- Ease with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this role requires you to create the playbook, not execute someone else's
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive aggressive timelines â ideally with client-facing or health system-facing experience
- Ability to speak âmultiple languagesâ â comfort going deep on technical details while communicating clearly to non-technical audiences; you can write a bug ticket, an SOP, and a launch plan that people actually follow; hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience strongly preferred
- Analytical enough to build a dashboard and identify a pattern, even if you're not a SQL expert
In your first 90 days, you've audited our current Athena configuration, identified gaps, and have a remediation plan. You understand the bug triage process well enough to have improved it. You've met your counterparts at every health system partner and know what's coming for the next Epic integration.
At six months, new market launches have a repeatable systems and product checklist. Clinic teams know what to expect before a feature goes live. Bug resolution time is measurably faster and the field is no longer sending issues into a black hole.
At one year, the SOP library is comprehensive, clinical systems configuration is stable and documented, and you've successfully navigated at least one new health system EHR environment. The product team has a reliable partner and the ops team isn't dependent on any single person for systems knowledge.
