- The Pace: We're building at a speed most companies talk about but never actually operate at. If you've been bored somewhere else, you won't be here.
- The Impact: Every person at Giga touches the work that matters. No layers, no waiting for approval chains. You'll see your fingerprints on what we ship.
- The Team: A team of operators defining the future of AI infrastructure. We recruit A-players from the most innovative companies in the world, and they choose Giga because the work here means more.
- The Moment: AI doesn't run without power, and that's us. Giga is the picks and shovels behind the AI revolution. This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening.
As Paralegal, youâll take full ownership of the NDA & intake process. Youâll drive NDAs to execution independently, without attorneys needing to be involved. Youâll maintain a centralized legal intake process â a single place where requests come in, get triaged, and get worked â and then hold the rest of the company accountable to using it. Youâll own the signature pipeline end to end: queuing documents, sending them out, and tracking them to completion. This is a highly autonomous role: youâll be given the outcome we need and trusted to enforce the process to get there, adapting as priorities shift.
This role starts as an individual contributor with real scope across every project at Giga, and thereâs a clear path to take on bigger, more complex work as you prove out the process.
Where youâll work
This role is remote. Travel is light â expect roughly 0â10%, mainly for occasional in-person team time.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end NDA process â draft, negotiate, and drive NDAs to execution independently, escalating to attorneys only on true edge cases.
- Design and own a centralized legal intake process, replacing todayâs scattered mix of personal email, Slack channels and DMs, and texts with a single, clear front door for legal requests.
- Triage incoming legal requests â route them appropriately and set expectations on turnaround.
- Enforce the intake process company-wide: when requests bypass it, redirect requesters back into the right workflow, including on Daveâs behalf.
- Manage the full signature pipeline â queue documents, send for e-signature, and track them to completion.
- Maintain and organize the contract repository so agreements are easy to find, track, and report on.
- Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep the legal function organized and responsive as request volume grows.
- Take on larger, higher-complexity projects as you build trust and track record in the role.
- 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
- Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.
- Experience building, running, or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.
- Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgment on when to escalate to attorneys.
- Comfortable enforcing process consistently while staying flexible as priorities and workflows shift.
- Paralegal certificate.
- 10+ years of experience in a legal operations or paralegal role.
- Experience standing up legal intake or operations processes from scratch.
- Experience supporting legal teams at a high-growth or fast-paced company.
- Experience preparing legal notes or executive briefs.
- Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
- Equity (options) in a rapidly growing startup
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Unlimited PTO
- Parental leave
- Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Commuter benefits
- Monthly team on-sites where all offices come in-person to collaborate
We hire people who thrive in chaos and get sharper under pressure. You don't wait to be told what to do, you spot the gap and fill it. When there's work to be done, you do it. You make decisions with the information you have, move fast, and adjust along the way. We're not looking for perfect; we're looking for people who get things done.

HealthCorps is a national non-profit committed to improving lives by addressing health challenges in communities through innovative programming in education, leadership, and service learning. We empower teens to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Our program is grounded in the understanding that limited access to health education can lead to a lifetime of social, emotional, and physical challenges.
The Opportunity
HealthCorps is launching a new Growth & Strategic Partnerships Division, and the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Growth will be its architect, engine, and external face. You'll hold a broad, high-impact portfolio: leading HealthCorps' national funder and strategic partnerships, driving development, grant management, and fundraising, shaping our brand and marketing, and growing our alumni, community, and hub partnership work. - Partner with program teams to translate research-validated impact data and stories into compelling, consistent external narratives

- Familiarity with health systems, corporate social responsibility, education, or youth-serving sectors; experience working with health systems or school districts is a strong plus

Weâre a team of ~50 people whoâve done 6 acquisitions in 18 months and scaled from $0 to >$100M in revenue. Weâre a global group with businesses across the US, UK, and EU. We buy and build companies that help people find and buy the products they love. Our portfolio includes leading fashion marketplaces like Italist, HEWI and Verishop, affiliate marketing platforms like Stylight and MyBestBrands, B2B technology solutions like Bonsai, and niche Marketplaces in the Creator and Construction spaces like Everpress and DOZR.
About This Role
Italist and HEWI are two luxury fashion marketplaces â one focused on new-season pieces sourced directly from Italian boutiques, the other on pre-loved luxury goods â and together they serve shoppers across the globe. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers: answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling heard and taken care of.
This is a fully remote role. You'll work closely with a small, tight-knit CS team and be expected to bring professionalism, empathy, and a real sense of ownership to every ticket you touch.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries across email and chat through Gorgias, our customer support platform â covering order status, returns, shipping, sizing, and everything in between â for either Italist or HEWI
- Resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly, escalating to the team lead when a situation calls for it
- Navigate Shopify and our customs admin to look up orders, track shipments, and assist with post-purchase queries across both stores
- Maintain accurate records and follow established SOPs, while flagging anything that seems broken or improvable
- Represent two luxury brands with warmth and professionalism in every customer interaction
- Collaborate with teammates across time zones to ensure consistent coverage and quality
- You have hands-on experience in a customer-facing support role â e-commerce or fashion experience is a plus
- You're calm under pressure, empathetic with frustrated customers, and quick to find solutions
- Ownership Mentality: You don't wait to be told what to do. If a ticket needs solving, you solve it â and if something keeps going wrong, you flag it rather than work around it quietly
- You're comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal hand-holding
- Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a meaningful advantage; familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- You're fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, German, Arabic, Japanise) are a genuine advantage given our customer base
- You're okay with some structure and some ambiguity â startups are a mix of both
- A starting salary in the â¬1200ââ¬1,600 range (gross) per month for 40h work week + 20 days of vacation per year (compensation range varies based on candidates experience and performance during interviews)
- A fully remote, flexible work environment â we hire adults and treat them like adults
- Real exposure to luxury e-commerce operations across two global brands
- A small team where your work is visible, your feedback is heard, and there's room to grow
This is a full-time B2B engagement â meaning we'll work with you as an independent contractor rather than a direct employee. We operate this way because ICG does not currently have a legal entity in Croatia. All compensation is quoted and paid gross; you'll be responsible for your own tax and social contributions on your end. If you're already set up as a sole proprietor (e.g. pauÅ¡alni obrt or d.o.o.) or open to setting one up, this arrangement is straightforward. We're happy to walk you through how it works during the process.
What We Can't Offer You
- A formal employment contract. This is a B2B engagement â see above.
- Perfect work/life balance all the time. Startups move fast, and customer needs don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule. We'll work together to keep things reasonable, but flexibility goes both ways (we do not expect employees to work more then 8h a day)
- A large support infrastructure to hide behind. You'll need to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
- Application â We'll review within 72 hours and follow up either way
- Intro Call â A short conversation with Jurica or another team member to get to know each other (30 min, Google Meet).
- Skills Assessment â A brief, practical exercise to see how you handle a realistic support scenario.
- Final Interview â A deeper conversation with Karlo, including time for your questions.
- Offer â The fun part.
