Actualmente, estamos impulsando una estrategia de modernización para generar mayor eficiencia en las compras y gasto público, mediante la renovación de plataformas y servicios como la tienda de convenio marco en Magento y nuevos sistemas que faciliten la toma de decisiones, monitoreo y evaluación de los procesos de compra. Esta transformación incluye el paso desde una arquitectura tradicional basada en un data center físico y sistemas monolíticos, hacia una arquitectura de software multinube, con respaldos tanto físicos como en la nube.

Funciones del Cargo

El rol se enfoca en diseñar productos y experiencias digitales eficaces, eficientes y satisfactorias, sustentadas en hallazgos, con el fin de agregar valor en las plataformas del Sistema de Compras Públicas, promoviendo la mejora continua a través de la evaluación analítica de las soluciones digitales de ChileCompra. Para ello deberá:

  1. Identificar y analizar las necesidades de las personas usuarias del Sistema de Compras Públicas, integrando el marco normativo, el levantamiento de procesos y el análisis de información interna y externa, para diseñar o rediseñar servicios y productos basados en evidencia.
  2. Trabajar de manera colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinarios con diversas áreas de la institución.
  3. Diseñar servicios y experiencias del Sistema de Compras Públicas, aplicando un enfoque de diseño centrado en las personas y en coherencia con la normativa vigente, facilitando instancias colaborativas de ideación y asegurando estándares institucionales de calidad y usabilidad.
    1. Diseñar mapas de experiencia usuaria definiendo atributos operacionales y/o funcionales óptimos
    2. Facilitar talleres e instancias de ideación para crear y validar soluciones de manera colaborativa
  4. Diseñar y prototipar productos e interfaces digitales, asegurando estándares de usabilidad, accesibilidad e interacción, desarrollando flujos, contenidos y soluciones visuales que optimicen la experiencia de las personas usuarias.
  5. Coordinar y colaborar con equipos de desarrollo internos y externos, asegurando la correcta implementación de las soluciones diseñadas y promoviendo mejoras continuas en la experiencia usuaria durante el proceso de desarrollo.
  6. Analizar y evaluar la experiencia usuaria de los productos implementados, mediante herramientas de analítica y diversas fuentes de información, generando conclusiones y promoviendo mejoras continúas basadas en evidencia.

Requerimientos del Cargo

Título profesional obtenido de una carrera de al menos 8 semestres de duración del ámbito del Diseño, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias Sociales, o carreras afines, de una institución reconocida por el Estado de Chile.

Deseable:
Especialización en alguno de los siguientes ámbitos (cursos, diplomados, etc.):
- Diseño de servicios
- Usabilidad, arquitectura de la información o similar.
- Investigación en experiencia de usuarios.

Condiciones

  • La modalidad de contratación es a contrata con renovación anual, según evaluación de desempeño.

  • Consideramos la hora de colación dentro de la jornada laboral, y tenemos una banda de ingreso flexible, desde las 07:30hrs hasta las 09:30hrs.
  • La posición tiene una renta bruta mensual grado 13 EFS, correspondiente a $2.828.199. Trimestralmente (en los meses de marzo, junio, septiembre y diciembre) puede pagarse bono sujeto a cumplimiento de metas institucionales, ascendiendo la renta bruta en dichos meses a $3.452.427. Por lo que la renta bruta mensualizada (promedio) corresponde a $3.036.275.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to recruit, build, and scale revenue-generating partnerships across resellers, regional systems integrators (RSIs), and cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure).This role is responsible for driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, onboarding and enabling partners to sell Acceldata, and creating repeatable joint go-to-market motions. Why This Role Exists

Product direction at EVEN is currently shared between our CEO (vision, strategy, partner commitments) and our CTO (day-to-day product and engineering decisions). Our Lead Product Designer shapes UX and design. There is no dedicated product manager.

We are now 35 people with three engineering squads, partnerships with the leading music companies, and a product surface that spans artist dashboards, fan storefronts, mobile apps, e-commerce, streaming, chart reporting, and API integrations.

We need someone whose full-time job is to own the product roadmap, run shaping sessions, write clear briefs, coordinate cross-team priorities, and connect what our partners and artists need with what our engineering team builds.

What you will do:

  • Own the product roadmap end to end. Translate company strategy into quarterly priorities, and quarterly priorities into engineering-ready specs.
  • Run shaping sessions with the CTO and engineering leads. Turn raw ideas into scoped briefs with clear acceptance criteria before they hit a sprint.
  • Manage the product process: Ideas Pool to PRD Library to Roadmap (we use Notion, Linear, and Figma).
  • Work directly with our 3 product designers to define user flows, review designs, and ship features that match the brief.
  • Coordinate across squads (Artist, Fan, Core) to manage dependencies, unblock engineers, and keep the roadmap on track.
  • Partner with BD and Artist Relations to understand what artists, labels, and distributors need and translate that into product requirements.
  • Define product metrics, track them in PostHog, and use data to prioritize what ships next.
  • Report to the CEO. Work side by side with the CTO.

Success at 30/60/90 days:

  • 30 days: You have audited the current roadmap, met every team lead, and identified the top 3 product gaps.
  • 60 days: You own the shaping process. Every feature entering a sprint has a brief you wrote or approved.
  • 90 days: The CEO is no longer involved in day-to-day product decisions. The roadmap is yours.

Qualifications and requirements

  • 5+ years in product management at a B2C or marketplace company, with at least 2 years as a lead or senior PM.
  • You have shipped and scaled digital commerce, content, or creator-economy products. Experience with platforms that have both a supply side (artists, creators) and a demand side (fans, consumers) is strongly preferred.
  • You write clear PRDs and briefs. You can take a vague idea and turn it into a scoped spec with acceptance criteria that engineers can build from.
  • You have run or closely participated in product shaping sessions with engineering and design teams.
  • You have managed or closely collaborated with product designers. You can give useful design feedback and know the difference between UX and UI polish.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal. Our engineering and design teams work primarily in Spanish. Our commercial team works in English. You need both.
  • You are comfortable working across US and LATAM time zones with a fully distributed team.
  • You have used tools like Linear, Notion, Figma, and PostHog (or equivalents like Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • You understand analytics-driven product development. You can define metrics, set up tracking, and use data to make prioritization calls.
  • You have worked at a startup (Series A to Series C) where process was still being built and you had to build it yourself.

We have already proven what happens when someone with the right skills and the right mandate shows up: portfolio companies that received sustained, hands-on AI attention moved from basic ChatGPT usage to deploying autonomous workflows in weeks. Now we need to bring that same energy to our own headquarters.

This is a new role. No predecessor, no playbook, no predefined toolkit. You will translate Everfield's AI strategy into department-specific roadmaps and then work shoulder-to-shoulder with HQ staff to execute them.

You will not be delivering workshops with sticky notes and leaving behind a slide deck. You will sit with a colleague, understand their workflow, prototype a solution together, and stay with them as they build confidence. You would rather ship a rough prototype on Tuesday than present a polished strategy deck on Friday.

What you will do

  • Map the territory. Assess AI maturity across each HQ department. Identify the biggest opportunities and build roadmaps that keep everyone moving in the same direction.

  • Build, not just advise. Develop proof-of-concept tools and workflow automations using AI APIs and low-code platforms. Prototyping is part of the job. Claude Code will become your main tool. We consider Zapier and n8n legacy software!

  • Enable through doing. Solve real problems alongside colleagues, in real time. Sit next to someone, show them what is possible and support them as they pick up new skills.

  • Automate the tedious. Turn manual processes into AI-powered workflows: document processing, data enrichment, reporting automation, and similar.

  • Create materials that scale. Build playbooks, templates, and training resources so adoption does not depend on your personal availability.

  • Prove the impact. Track adoption rates and report on ROI. We care about outcomes, not activity.

What success looks like

In your first 9 months:

  • AI maturity assessment completed for each HQ department

  • Every department has a documented AI Strategy and Roadmap document

  • A working AI agent delivered for HQ teams

  • Trusted working relationships in place with department heads

  • Hosted an AI Hackathon with the other AI colleagues

You will thrive here if you

  • Have 3–7 years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting, a startup environment, or both

  • Are genuinely fascinated by AI. Not from watching Youtube tutorials, but from building things yourself. You have a GitHub account with activity on it even though you are not a developer. You have tried the tools, broken them, rebuilt with them, and you have something you are proud to showcase

  • Have hands-on experience with AI APIs (Completions, Responses, Embeddings) from OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, Bedrock, Openrouter or similar providers

  • Bring consulting instincts: stakeholder management, structured thinking, turning ambiguity into a plan

  • Can explain technical concepts to non-technical people without condescension or jargon

  • We are looking for someone early enough in their career to be genuinely immersed in how AI is changing work, with the hunger to build something from scratch

  • Are fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus

You do not need to arrive as a finished product. The AI Lead will invest real time mentoring you, teaching you the enablement methodology, and helping you build technical depth. What you must bring is raw curiosity and the drive to learn fast.
