⨠Where do we hire from? Find out if we're hiring in your location from hiring at TestGorilla
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. Weâre excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
About the role
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
What youâll bring
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
Bonus skills
While these skills arenât a requirement, weâd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
Whatâs in it for you?

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Design, build, and operate first-party AI tools and platforms that serve internal teams and Wealthsimple clients.

Build and maintain containerized microservices, ensuring our AI platforms are reliable, scalable, and easy to deploy.

At HelpBnk, we donât just build software; we build infrastructure for a future where everyone has the agency to follow their dreams. Co-founded by Simon Squibb, we are on a mission to Free Humanity from the trap of unfulfilling work and the looming challenges of AI-driven automation.
- Ownership. We're small, so there's a lot of open ground. If you spot something broken, you're the one who gets to fix it. That's the good part and the hard part.
- Openness. Problems get named early, including our own. We'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation on Monday than a bad quarter.
- AI as a tool. We build with agentic AI (Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next). We're not looking for people who let it write the code unsupervised, or for people who won't touch it. We're looking for people who've worked out where it helps and where it lies to you.
- Interesting problems. The work here is genuinely unsolved in places. If you like that, you'll like it here. If you'd rather have a well-defined roadmap and a clear spec, we're probably not the right fit for eachother.
We are in a pivotal phase of our journey. HelpBnk is transitioning its mobile experience from a web to a full native React Native application. Simultaneously, we are revamping our UX. As a Senior Engineer, you will have a massive impact on the future of our mobile development as we expand into new countries and verticals.
- Lead the Transition: Architect and build high-performance, scalable mobile applications from the ground up using React Native (TypeScript).
- Master the Machines: Using agentic AI (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in your day-to-day workflow is a strict requirement. We expect you to leverage these tools to ship "buttery smooth" UIs and clean code
- Research & Innovate: Continuously discover and implement new technologies to stay up to date on the latest best practices
- Own the Lifecycle: Take full responsibility for the mobile app lifecycle, from technical design and prototyping to App Store and Google Play deployment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development with a deep understanding of the iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Senior-level expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of state management (Zustand, Redux) and integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle) and mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
- Core Requirement: Proven ability to use AI coding agents to enhance productivity and maintain meticulous code quality.
- Freedom: Work from where you want, when you want, we focus on output, not hours.
- Impact: Your work directly helps people discover their dreams and solve world-scale problems.
- Tools: We provide the software you need to perform optimally.

Company Description
Here's the problem we're obsessed with: when you want to do something in your free time, you open TikTok or you ask ChatGPT and both send you to the exact same place as everyone else. The same viral pasta spot, the same rooftop, the same top-10 list. The algorithm flattens a whole city into five places and funnels everyone into them.
But there's no single Milan! There are as many as there are pairs of eyes looking at it, and yours looks nothing like the top-10 everyone else gets fed. Hic finds your version of the city and lets you live it in one tap. We're live in Milan, Florence, Berlin, London, Madrid, and Zurich.
Our content fights the same fight: not "5 things to do in Milan" (that's the enemy), but the specific, the hidden, the strange. Restaurants worth crossing town for, museums that aren't boring, bars, corners, and the stories nobody told you. The stuff that makes someone feel like the city was built for them. That's what you'd be making.
Role Description
We don't want to hand you a template. We want someone to own our TikTok voice and run with it: your ideas, your style, your hooks. You'll have the creative freedom to make people fall in love with Hic, however you see it, working hand in hand with the founder. You'd make around 4 short videos a week, with room to grow: shoot Milan on the ground, and edit footage for the other cities. This is paid freelance, project-based to start, part-time. A young app whose whole voice you get to shape. The only rule: it's about real places people can actually go. What it's not: a corporate content job or an unpaid "exposure" gig.
Qualifications
- You are original: (you bring ideas, you've got taste and a point of view).
- You live on TikTok and it shows (you get hooks and retention in your bones).
- You have an account that actually posts.
- Fast in CapCut (or whatever gets it done).
- Based in Milan, and you can go shoot on location.
- You own the creative, but you're happy to shape strategy together with the team.
If you are interested DM us your TikTok account or one you manage!

The organisation has reached an important inflection point. It has built a proven product, established strong market traction, and is entering its next phase of growth. The challenge is no longer proving the model. The challenge is scaling it without compromising quality.
That is what this role is for.
We are looking for a Product Director who thrives on building operational systems that enable exceptional products to scale. This is not a traditional product management role. It is a leadership opportunity for someone who thinks in systems, has exceptionally high standards, moves with pace, and sees AI as fundamental to how modern organisations should operate.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Product Director will lead the Product Development function responsible for the operational product layer supporting a rapidly growing programme portfolio.
You will transform strategic vision into scalable operating models, build the infrastructure that enables sustainable growth, and ensure products continue to improve as the organisation expands. Your work will directly influence quality, execution speed, commercial performance, and the overall customer experience.
This is a leadership role with line management responsibility for Product Development team members while working closely alongside peers responsible for learner delivery, commercial operations, technology, marketing, and partner success.
Why This Opportunity?
Few organisations reach the point where the product works, demand is growing rapidly, and the next challenge becomes building the operational engine capable of supporting the next stage of expansion.
This organisation is there now.
The ambition is significant. Growth is planned and measurable. Success will depend on creating systems that allow more products to launch, more efficiently, while continually raising quality rather than compromising it.
This role exists because operational excellence is becoming one of the organisation's greatest competitive advantages.
If you enjoy solving difficult operational problems, building for scale rather than today's requirements, and creating systems that enable people to do their best work, this is an opportunity to have genuine organisational impact.
What You'll Own
- The operational infrastructure supporting programme development, launch and continuous improvement
- Product quality across the customer journey, ensuring every improvement raises standards rather than simply increasing speed
- Operational systems, tooling and AI enabled workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
- Launch readiness by reducing friction, increasing repeatability and improving execution without sacrificing quality
- Cross functional operating rhythms that align Product, Technology, Delivery, Commercial and Marketing teams
- Operational reporting, KPIs and decision making frameworks that support continuous improvement
- Prioritisation and execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into delivery
- Building scalable operating models capable of supporting significant future growth
- Developing and leading the Product Development team while coaching individuals and creating a culture of continuous improvement
- Strategic business direction, which is established by senior leadership
- Learner facing delivery operations, which are led by a dedicated Learner Delivery Director
- Academic content, curriculum design or subject matter expertise
- Instead, your role is to ensure the operational systems supporting these functions are world class, scalable and continuously improving
Within your first 30 days
- Develop a deep understanding of how programmes currently operate and where operational friction exists
- Build strong working relationships across leadership and key cross functional teams
- Identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and scalability
- Understand how AI is currently being used and where it can create significantly greater value
- Develop an informed perspective on what excellent operational product delivery should look like
- Lead operational improvements that measurably improve launch readiness and execution
- Introduce scalable operating practices that improve consistency across programmes
- Present a prioritised roadmap for product operations, tooling and AI integration
- Become the trusted operational leader colleagues turn to when complex challenges arise
- Within your first 180 days
- Operational performance is improving across measurable KPIs
- Launches become faster, more repeatable and more predictable
- AI is embedded meaningfully into operational workflows rather than used as a standalone tool
- The Product Development function is enabling the organisation to scale confidently without compromising quality
- Senior leadership spends significantly less time resolving operational issues and more time focusing on strategic growth
Who We're Looking For
- You have successfully built products, operational systems or platforms within fast growing organisations
- You naturally think several stages ahead and build for future scale rather than today's requirements
- You combine strategic thinking with exceptional operational execution
- You have a strong product mindset and care deeply about customer outcomes and quality
- You are highly AI fluent and already use modern AI tools daily to improve decision making, productivity and innovation
- You understand that operational excellence exists to accelerate commercial growth, not create unnecessary process
- You communicate clearly, make decisions confidently and influence across functions without relying on hierarchy
- You enjoy working in ambitious, fast moving environments where expectations are high and bureaucracy is low
- Experience within digital learning, SaaS, technology, marketplaces or another rapidly scaling environment would be advantageous but is not essential
- This role is unlikely to suit someone who prefers highly structured, consensus driven organisations where change happens slowly

- It is not a large people management position. Success comes from influencing across functions, improving systems and enabling others to perform at their best
- If you are excited by solving operational complexity, challenging conventional approaches, embracing AI, and continuously raising standards, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact
- Collaborative, people centred performance culture
- Opportunity to shape a high growth product function during a pivotal stage of organisational growth
- Flexible remote working within UK hours with international collaboration
- Professional development within an ambitious, fast paced environment
We run a fast, transparent recruitment process designed to help both you and us determine whether this is the right opportunity. We value your time and aim to keep every stage purposeful, engaging and efficient.

Our mission is to help organizations win the AI moment.
About The Role
You will own content execution across social, short and long-form video, podcast workflows, and training video.
You own the calendar, the output, and the numbers. You write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email. You edit video people actually finish watching. You build the AI-assisted workflows that make all of it faster without making it generic.
This role is AI-forward by design. You will use AI daily for ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, and QA. We expect you to already work this way.
What You Will Do
- Own social content operations from planning to publishing to performance reporting
- Write platform-native content for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletters
- Edit short and long-form video for marketing and thought leadership
- Run podcast post-production, clips, and distribution
- Produce and edit training video for internal and client-facing use
- Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for scripting, editing, and repurposing
- Hold the line on brand voice and quality across every output
- 3 to 5 years in social content, video editing, or multi-channel content management
- Demonstrated ownership of publishing workflows and deadlines
- Strong writing for LinkedIn, X, and email newsletter formats
- Experience editing training or educational video
- Evidence of AI-native execution in daily content work
- Strong written communication and async habits on a remote team
Schedule. Fully remote, with required overlap 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Technical. Wired internet 100 Mbps minimum. Intel Core i7, Ryzen 7, or Apple Silicon with 16GB RAM and 256GB free storage. Windows 11 or current macOS. 1080p webcam and mic. Backup power and internet.
Process. Application and portfolio review, two-hour practical assessment, hiring manager interview, final conversation with leadership.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary plus performance incentives
- Performance bonus up to 100 percent of base
- Fully remote with earned flexibility
- Professional development budget
- Paid time off
You will own a broad content function spanning social, video, podcast, and training, not one narrow slice of it. You will build thought leadership at a company doing AI implementation work that reaches production, and design scalable content systems rather than grinding out one-off assets.
Let's build what's next.

About Akuity
With the move to the cloud, Kubernetes has become widely adopted by DevOps and Platform Engineering teams, but it has also added complexity. While scaling Kubernetes at Intuit, the Akuity founders started building Argo CD in order to streamline the adoption of Kubernetes. Argo CD helps developers own, understand and deploy their K8s deployments via GitOps.
Today, Argo CD is the third most popular project in the CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) and is used by 70% of companies who are using Kubernetes in production. The list of Argo CD users includes companies like Intuit, BlackRock, Tesla, Major League Baseball, Peloton, and many more.
The team founded Akuity in 2021 to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform enables teams to manage the development and deployment across hundreds â if not thousands â of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane. Trusted by top companies around the globe, the Akuity Platform provides the only end-to-end GitOps platform for the enterprises.
Our mission is to simplify the software delivery process so that DevOps and Platform Engineering teams can move fast, and deploy code effortlessly without the fear of breaking things.
The Role
As one of the senior engineers at Akuity, you will work on actively building and continuously improving Akuity's SaaS platform for our global developer community. We're looking for developers who build tools with an empathic mindset and are comfortable cross collaborating with others. You know developers and how to build tools to solve their pain points. Beyond building developer-centric tools, you will mentor team members around engineering best practices, participate in product development, and help contribute to the company's culture. This is an exciting position for someone to impact developer tools and the developer ecosystem globally.

This role sits at the intersection of Client Success, Member Marketing, and Growth Marketing Events teams. If youâre someone who finds deep satisfaction in logistics done right, and understands that at this volume, the process IS the product then this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of 200+ open enrollment benefit fairs annually, including logistics coordination, vendor management, staffing, and on-site support.

- Track and manage event-level budget allocations across the OE program, flagging variances and ensuring spend stays on plan.
- Proactively manage event calendars, timelines, and internal project tracking in Monday.com, keeping all stakeholders aligned without requiring follow-up.
- Develop creative activation ideas for our highest-priority client benefit fairs. These will be experiential moments, branded touchpoints, and on-site concepts that help Lantern stand out and elevate the member experience at our VIP clients.

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wingâs fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.
About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role is based remotely in the United States. As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will be designing and providing solutions that enable supply chain functions for Wingâs manufacturing, logistics and supply chain operations. You will be the primary link between our physical drone production and our digital ecosystem, supporting a dynamic systems landscape spanning a group of tools and technologies. You won't just be drawing diagrams, you will design the logic, write the requirements, andâwhen necessaryâ work alongside developers to solve supply chain business problems using industry best practices.
What Youâll Do:
- Design and implement supply chain system solutions using custom built and supply chain/enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, Data Visualization Tools) to enable manufacturing, logistics, inventory and supply chain operations
- Lead and manage systems implementation projects, from business requirements definition through user acceptance testing and deployment into production use
- Manage internal and external development programs to implement system solutions in alignment with the business plan
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect robust data exchange (API/EDI) integrations between Wingâs data systems and external partners, inclusive of manufacturing execution systems, inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and MRP systems
- Provide high fidelity business requirements documents and technical specs that allow development teams to execute with zero ambiguity
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing supply chain systems. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a proven ability to deliver efficient planning solutions in complex, global enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle by designing and implementing Supply Chain systems, such as ERP, MRP, WMS, and TMS
- Hands on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and customizing it for the business needs
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions. Proven ability to lead IT-focused projects within a supply chain setting
- Deep understanding of materials management, logistics (forward and reverse), inventory management, procurement, finance principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience working in global teams
- Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and adapt to rapidly changing landscapes
Salary Range: $140,000 USD - $185,000 USD
