We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Prepping / Order Processing Team Lead to oversee the Quote Prepper team and support the smooth, accurate processing of quotes, orders, plant lists, and vendor catalogues.
Reporting to the Estimation Manager, this person will play a key role in the quoting workflow by setting quality standards, reviewing work, training team members, distributing workload, and helping the team meet turnaround targets.

Data Architecture
Design and govern the data architecture for Big Data and BI platforms.
Define analytical data models for reporting and analytics.
Design data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts aligned with business needs.

Modeling and Reporting in MicroStrategy
Design and optimize the semantic layer and metadata in MicroStrategy.

Data Processing Optimization
Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes.

Technical Leadership and Management
Lead Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams.

Our platform ingests real royalty statements from major distributors, labels, and publishers, normalizes them into a canonical analytical schema, and surfaces discrepancies through both deterministic audit checks and LLM-powered contract analysis.
You'll work directly on the data infrastructure that powers everything: the ingestion pipeline, schema normalization, data quality systems, and the preparation layer that feeds our AI workflows.
This is hands-on, production-grade work. Our platform processes 15M+ royalty rows across 30+ databases from 20+ label and publisher datasets. The data is real, messy, and financially consequential.
