Salary & Equity

• Participer au développement frontend en apportant des changements à notre application mobile (Angular/Ionic), à notre application web (React) et à nos outils d’administration, avec le soutien de collègues spécialisés en frontend.

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience – 1-3 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with proven expertise in both UI development and backend integration. Experience with Python-based codebases is required. 
• Development – Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or React Native. Strong programming experience with Python or Go is strongly preferred. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, etc), source control (GitHub), and issue tracking (Jira) is also strongly preferred.
•  Infrastructure – Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) is required, and familiarity with NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) is a plus. About the Team

Patreon's Identity and Access team builds and maintains core Patreon systems related to user identity and authentication. They work on projects such as identity verification, user authentication, and account takeover detection and prevention. This team is part of Patreon’s Risk Engineering org that also includes Information Security and Safety Engineering. Role Summary

As a SOC Analyst (Level 2), you are the escalation point for complex investigations and active incidents. You’ll take ownership of high-severity alerts, lead technical triage through containment, and coordinate with Incident Response, Cloud/Platform, Identity, and Engineering teams. You’ll also improve SOC quality by tuning detections, refining playbooks, mentoring Level 1 analysts, and driving post-incident learnings into better controls.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build new products at Pivotal from the ground up.

This role sits on the AI/ML Engineering team. You’ll work on new product surfaces that combine software, data, workflow design, and AI to solve high-value customer problems. The role is full stack, but intentionally backend-leaning. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning product behavior end to end while being especially strong in APIs, backend systems, data flows, and the logic that makes great products actually work.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable distributed systems in production.
• Build low-latency and streaming systems for real-time and near real-time workloads.
• Develop data pipelines and ETL workflows for ingesting, transforming, and serving data.
• Build and maintain application services and APIs used by internal and external systems.
• Implement Web3 protocol integrations, including smart contract interactions and on-chain data ingestion via RPCs, logs, and indexers.
• Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, observability, and operational correctness.
• Participate in incident response, debugging production issues and driving root-cause fixes.
• Contribute to system design and code reviews, maintaining high engineering standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and system understanding, while exercising strong engineering judgment.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building low-latency or high-throughput systems.
• Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 systems, including interacting with smart contracts and consuming on-chain data.
• Experience with streaming or messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• Experience with data storage systems (e.g. Postgres, ClickHouse).
• Experience deploying and operating software in cloud environments (e.g. GCP).
• Familiarity with containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of SRE practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, secrets management).

• Previous experience at financial or trading firms.

The national pay range for this role is $165,000 - $205,000 plus additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for a company of our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.

The Role

Pave Bank is building the future of programmable banking — combining traditional banking with digital assets under a single, regulated platform. We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure our core systems are highly available, scalable, and performant as we grow.

As an SRE at Pave Bank, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Security and Operations teams to build robust infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain reliability across all services. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and scalability of our banking platform, helping our customers trust Pave Bank with their finances.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor, maintain, and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.

• Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC), deployment pipelines, and automation to support continuous delivery, scalability, and disaster recovery.

• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems to ensure lessons learned are applied.

• Implement and enforce operational best practices: observability, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning, failover strategies, and backups.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure infrastructure meets reliability, compliance, and security standards.

• Support service scaling, database operations, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), networking, and microservices orchestration.

• Document operational runbooks, on-call procedures, and system architecture to support maintenance, knowledge sharing, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Technical Skills and Experience

• Strong programming or scripting skills (Go, Python, Bash, or similar) for automation, tooling, and operational tasks.

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent).

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or similar).

• Experience with either FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps-based delivery.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and reliability patterns.

• Experience setting up monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, distributed tracing).

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to respond to incidents under pressure.

• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies, database management, and secure operations.
