Hiring a new team member is a big deal-especially when you're searching for someone who can bring humor, energy, and reliability into the workplace. We're not just looking for any team member; we want someone outgoing enough to make Mondays feel slightly less like Mondays. A team member who walks in with a smile strong enough to power half the office lights. A team member who is friendly, hardworking, and observant enough to notice when the coffee machine is plotting against us again.

The ideal team member should be the type of person who says "good morning" even before the caffeine kicks in. A team member who can juggle tasks, conversations, and maybe even office snacks without dropping the ball. A team member who brings good vibes but also gets the job done with focus and dedication. We want a team member who knows when to joke around and when to buckle down. A team member whose presence makes the team stronger, happier, and a little more human. And finally, a team member who knows that teamwork makes the dream work-even when the printer refuses to cooperate.

If that sounds like you, congratulations-you might just be our perfect team member.

Risora.

— Будувати iOS-застосунок та веб-платформу end-to-end;

— Покривати весь цикл розробки — архітектура, імплементація, деплой, підтримка;

— Налаштовувати інфраструктуру, CI/CD пайплайни та cloud-середовища (AWS у пріоритеті);

— Інтегрувати AI API та third-party сервіси (OpenAI, аналітика, платіжні провайдери);

— Тісно співпрацювати з дизайном і продуктом, щоб перетворювати ідеї у production-ready фічі;

— Щодня використовувати AI-інструменти розробки (Cursor, Copilot тощо), щоб рухатись швидше і писати кращий код;

Must have:

— Сильні навички в розробці бекенду та архітектури або в розробці мобільних застосунків (React Native, Swift або Flutter);

— Hands-on досвід розробки і запуску мобільних застосунків (React Native або Swift);

— Високий рівень AI-флюентності в розробці;

— Copilot або схожі інструменти як частина щоденного workflow;

— Досвід інтеграції AI/LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic тощо);

— Ownership mindset — береш повну відповідальність за те, що будуєш, а не лише за свої таски;

— Досвід з App Store submission та Apple Developer ecosystem;

Nice to have:

— Бекенд-досвід з Node.js (інші стеки розглядаємо, Node у пріоритеті);

— Досвід роботи з базами даних;

— PostgreSQL або схожою реляційною БД;

— Досвід роботи в стартап-середовищі;

— Досвід побудови consumer-facing або гейміфікованих продуктів;

— 10+ команд SKELAR Platform, яка забезпечує операційну ефективність бізнесів: від рекрутингу та технічного оснащення до фінансової та правової архітектури;

— Спільнота фаундерів, які вже запустили не один бізнес та діляться своїм практичним досвідом;

— Внутрішні клуби за професійними напрямками: маркетинг, розробка, фінанси, рекрутинг;

— Тренінги, курси, відвідування конференцій;

About Nabu Casa

Nabu Casa, Inc was founded in 2018 by the founders of both Home Assistant, the open source home automation platform, and Home Assistant OS, the operating system that turns your device into a smart home hub powered by Home Assistant. These projects have seen an immense growth and have helped shape DIY home automation communities around the world.

After being involved in the Internet of Things industry for many years, we realized that there is a need for a cloud service that aims to put users, their privacy and their data first. Such a cloud can only be built as an extension to a platform that does the same: Home Assistant.

With Nabu Casa we are building this cloud service and we’re calling it Home Assistant Cloud.

We are a profitable company with no external investors. Our funding comes directly from users who subscribe to Home Assistant Cloud and purchase Home Assistant hardware, ensuring our only stakeholders are our employees and our users. We also support other open-source projects, including those focused on hardware, standards, and voice technology.

The role

Nabu Casa is looking for a full-time backend developer to join our Cloud & Infrastructure team and work primarily on Home Assistant Cloud services.

As one of the most active open-source projects in the world, Home Assistant exists because of its community. To empower this community and allow more users to enjoy the harder-to-reach features of Home Assistant, we have created our subscription service, Home Assistant Cloud. This service gives the community access to features usually reserved for power users with expensive hardware at home. Current features such as remote access and text-to-speech / speech-to-text support are made available without ever compromising on privacy. We're looking for someone who will maintain the existing features and infrastructure and help us create valuable new features with efficiency and privacy in mind.

What You Are Going To Do

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend applications
  • Participate in code reviews as part of our collaborative development process
  • Collaborate with cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the cloud services
  • Implement security and data protection best practices in your work
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share best practices with the team.

What You Need To Have

  • At least five years of professional experience in back-end development.
  • At least two years of professional experience in Node.js/Typescript
  • Basic knowledge of system administration
  • Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with Git & Github
  • Be based in Canada and able to cover Eastern → Pacific timezones (UTC-5 → UTC-8)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in NestJS, Elixir, Terraform, Grafana or Python
  • Personal experience using Home Assistant
  • Knowledge in modern frontend app development
  • Affinity with open-source development and philosophy

What we offer

Nabu Casa is a fully remote organization that uses Remote to employ people from all over the world. You will be a normal salaried employee in your country.

This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week. Because we are a fully remote company, there is no fixed schedule. For the purpose of team communication, we do try to ensure at least 3 hours of overlap in the workday. You will report to our Cloud team’s engineering manager, based in France.

Core to the establishment of Nabu Casa was the well-being of the people building the future of the smart home. We will provide all the benefits required by the country you reside in. About the Role

    Our retail platform is scaling across multiple brands and needs a senior engineer who can own a service area end-to-end — setting technical direction, writing production code daily, and raising the bar for the developers around you. As Software Engineer (Team Lead), you will serve as the technical owner for a core area of our retail service cloud, designing approaches, contributing code, and mentoring engineers while driving the roadmap from legacy replacement through new feature delivery.

    In your first 6–12 months, success means you have shipped meaningful improvements to the platform, replaced targeted legacy services, and established clear technical standards that the team follows without prompting.

    This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as technical owner for your area or service within the retail service cloud, setting architecture direction and maintaining quality standards

    • Design, build, and ship features — reading and writing code daily alongside the team

    • Identify and resolve technical challenges across the stack, from profiling and refactoring to scaling the platform

    • Replace legacy code and services with modern, maintainable solutions and optimize the overall stack

    • Build frameworks and reusable patterns for upcoming projects across the portfolio

    • Plan and communicate product roadmaps, triage sprint tickets, and push back on requests when technical tradeoffs demand it

    • Mentor junior engineers through code review, pairing, and hands-on problem solving

    • Help build the team by driving developer productivity and contributing to hiring decisions

    Required Qualifications

    • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js

    • Proficiency / production experience with API Gateway, AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB.

    • Comfortable with IAM and CloudWatch for debugging + least-privilege design

    • Experience with Python and Django or comparable server-side frameworks

    • Track record of owning a product or service area technically — architecture decisions, code quality, and delivery outcomes

    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate other engineers while remaining a significant individual contributor

    • Experience replacing or modernizing legacy systems in a production environment

    • Comfort triaging competing priorities, planning sprints, and communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders

    • Strong opinions on code quality and engineering best practices, held loosely enough to find the best solution collaboratively

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand platform environments

    • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices patterns

    • Prior experience in a technical lead role on a small, high-output team

    Why Join

    The people who do best here are builders. They take ownership, move fast, and want to see the direct impact of their work.

    • Cross-Functional Impact: Your technical decisions will shape services that power multiple brands across the portfolio — the scope of your work is visible and immediate.

    • Skill Building: Work alongside senior engineers who will challenge your thinking, with daily exposure to modern frameworks, platform-scale problems, and AI-augmented tooling.

    • End-to-End Ownership: Own your service area from architecture through delivery — no waiting for approvals or handing off to another team.

    • Competitive Benefits: Paid time off policies, 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision and a variety of supplemental policies, and employee discounts across our portfolio of brands.

    Interview Process

    1. Recruiter Screen - A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for.

    2. Hiring Manager Interview - A deeper conversation focused on your technical leadership experience, how you approach ownership of a service area, and team dynamics.

    3. Technical / Coding Challenge - A hands-on coding exercise to assess your problem-solving approach, code quality, and comfort working in the stack.

    4. Possible In-Person Interview - Details and logistics will be arranged with your recruiter.

    5. Reference Checks - Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible.

    6. Offer - We move quickly for the right candidate.

    👩 💻 The Role

    We’re looking for a Content Writer who thinks beyond just writing — someone who edits ruthlessly, researches deeply, and understands how content shapes user decisions and drives bookings.

    At Headout, content sits at the intersection of travel, product, and marketing. You’ll work closely with SEO specialists, marketers, and business and growth teams to create content that helps users discover experiences, compare options, and book with confidence.

    From researching destinations and analysing user intent to writing, editing, optimising, and tracking performance, this role offers true ownership across the entire content lifecycle.

    If you enjoy turning scattered information into clear, useful content, thrive in high-context environments, and care about quality long after something is published, you’ll fit right in. This is a role for someone who is equal parts researcher, editor, and marketer — and is excited by the impact great content can have.

    🤩 What Makes This Role Special

    • Impact at Scale: Create content that helps millions of global users discover experiences, compare options, and make confident booking decisions.
    • End-to-End Ownership: Own the full content lifecycle — from research and planning to writing, editing, optimisation, and continuous improvement based on performance.
    • Data-Driven Creativity: See the direct, measurable impact of your work on traffic, engagement, and conversions, and use those insights to refine content over time.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, marketing, and growth teams to shape content that supports discovery, comparison, and conversion.
    • High-Performing Team: Join a lean, high-context team that values clarity, originality, strong editorial judgment, and content that truly converts.

    💝 What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

    • Content experience: 1–2 years of content writing, editorial, or SEO writing experience across digital formats.
    • Research and clarity: Strong ability to research, synthesise information quickly, and turn complexity into clear, useful content.
    • Editing strength: Excellent editorial judgment with a sharp eye for structure, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
    • Adaptable writing: Ability to tailor tone, structure, and messaging across different page types and user goals.
    • SEO and marketing awareness: Basic understanding of on-page SEO and how content supports discovery, comparison, and conversion.
    • Performance mindset: Comfortable using data and feedback to iterate and improve content over time.
    • Ownership and execution: Able to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and take responsibility for content beyond publication.
    • Quality focus: High attention to detail with strong fact-checking and proofreading habits.
    • AI collaboration: Comfortable refining and humanising AI-assisted content while maintaining quality and trust.

    NeuroDiscovery AI is seeking a Frontend Developer with deep, hands-on experience in medical imaging technology—specifically DICOM, OHIF, Orthanc, and PACS integrations. • Implement and optimize LLM-powered features within the imaging viewer — such as natural language search, study summarization, annotation extraction, and intelligent workflow assistance.
    • Build responsive, accessible, and intuitive web applications that support the review and manipulation of DICOM and multimodality medical images.
    • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and PACS systems via RESTful APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
    • Collaborate with UI,UX designers, clinicians, AI engineers, and backend teams to translate imaging requirements into technical solutions.
    • Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, streaming performance, and cross-browser,device compatibility.
    • Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
    • Stay current with emerging imaging, PACS, and frontend technologies.
    • Document architecture, imaging workflows, technical design decisions, and APIs, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
    • Participate in Agile team ceremonies and engineering processes.

    • 3+ years of frontend development experience with direct expertise in healthcare imaging systems.
    • Strong, hands-on experience working with DICOM image formats and PACS servers (Orthanc, dcm4chee, or equivalent).

    At The Flex, we believe renting a home should be as effortless as booking a ride.

    Our mission is ambitious: enable anyone to live anywhere, anytime, without friction.

    Powered by Base360.ai, our proprietary technology platform, we are building the operating system for modern renting—automating operations, connecting fragmented systems, and creating seamless experiences for guests, landlords, and operators across the world.

    We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help architect and build the technology that powers the future of The Flex.

    This is not a typical engineering role.

    You'll work directly with the founder, influence product strategy, make architectural decisions, and build systems that become the foundation of a global business.

    You'll have extraordinary ownership, responsibility, and impact from day one.

    What You'll Build

    As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll help create and scale Base360.ai—the technology platform that powers every aspect of The Flex.

    From AI-powered workflows and booking systems to operational automation and intelligent decision-making, you'll build products that directly impact revenue, efficiency, and customer experience.

    You won't just ship features.

    You'll create systems that replace manual work, unlock scale, and become a competitive advantage for the company.

    Your Mission

    Build Core Products

    Design, build, and launch the software that powers bookings, pricing, payments, operations, communications, and guest experiences.

    Architect the Platform

    Make key technical decisions and help define the long-term architecture of Base360.ai.

    Create Automation at Scale

    Develop workflows and systems that automate operational processes across multiple countries and thousands of stays.

    Leverage AI

    Build AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that improve productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.

    Work On Challenges Such As

    • Reservation synchronization

    • Smart access management
    • Guest communication automation
    • Operational forecasting
    • Maintenance and cleaning automation
    • AI-powered alerts and monitoring
    • Revenue optimization

    Help Build the Company

    As one of the first engineers, your influence will extend beyond code. You'll help shape processes, culture, product direction, and the future engineering team.

    Tech Stack

    Our Current Stack Includes

    • Python
    • FastAPI
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Supabase
    • PostgreSQL
    • AWS
    • OpenAI APIs
    • Stripe
    • Twilio
    • Docker
    • GitHub Actions

    We care more about your ability to learn and build than your experience with any specific technology.

    What We're Looking For

    Must Have

    • Strong software engineering fundamentals
    • Experience building production-grade applications
    • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and system design
    • Product mindset and customer obsession
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong problem-solving ability
    • High level of ownership and accountability

    • Startup experience
    • Experience with AI products or LLM integrations

    • Critical company operations are automated through systems you've built
    • Base360.ai becomes a core competitive advantage
    • New products are shipped rapidly and reliably
    • Engineering velocity increases significantly
    • AI-powered workflows are embedded across the business
    • The platform is ready to scale internationally

    Why Join The Flex

    Massive Impact

    Your work will directly shape how thousands of people live, travel, and experience cities.

    Founding-Level Ownership

    You'll have significant influence over product, technology, and company direction.

    Build Alongside the Founder

    Work closely with leadership and help define the future of the business.

    Learn Faster

    Gain exposure to engineering, AI, product, operations, growth, and company-building.

    Performance-Based Rewards

    Competitive compensation with meaningful upside for exceptional contributors.

    Remote-First

    Work from anywhere. We care about results, not hours.

    This Role Is Not For You If

    • You're looking for a predictable corporate environment
    • You prefer maintaining systems rather than building them
    • You need constant direction and supervision
    • You avoid ownership outside your immediate responsibilities
    • You are uncomfortable with change, ambiguity, and rapid execution

    If you're excited by building products, solving hard problems, leveraging AI, and helping create the operating system for modern renting, we'd love to hear from you.
